If there was no star option that would be my choice. I ordered a sofa last evening and realized I ordered the wrong size. Too late to speak to anyone by phone to change the order Stayed awake most of the night worried I wouldn't be up first thing when they opened! Finally got ahold of guest services at 8:45am to change item and confirm. Paid additional $99 for full service delivery guaranteed by rep it will be delivered today 6pm-12am. Here I am at 12:14am no signs of delivery check status states not en route yet. Can't talk to anyone guest services closss at 9pm. What good does it do for customers to have a delivery window of 6 PM to midnight when there's nobody there to help you on the evening of your delivery people have jobs that they need to be at in the morning and asking them to stay up this late at night and not showing is unacceptable not to mention the hundred dollars that they ask for a full service delivery on a $1300 couch and then they don't even have the decency to show up or contact me. Nor did I ever receive an email from the representative about my delivery and confirmation. Only confirmation I have is in my tracking history yes I have not received a text or message from anybody regarding my delivery and I am not able to contact anyone at this time of night huge inconvenience now I have to take time off of work tomorrow lose more money so that I can make phone calls to find out where my stuff is and then probably be delayed even longer on the deliveryLiving Spaces Furniture, LLC

I have been trying to buy a cabinet from Living Spaces for four days. Visited the ********* store, found a cabinet I want and am ready to buy. Because the cabinet is going to a home in *******, the ********* store forwarded my information to the ******* store. Going on Day 5 today playing email and On Hold phone tag with the ******* store. Given what is going on with the economy and retailers complaining about decreasing sales, trying to understand why making a purchase at Living Spaces is so difficult. ?????Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

AVOID AT ALL COST! Spent several thousand $ furnishing a new home. Most of the pieces were broken, discolored or scratched.Like pulling teeth to get replacements. Refused warranty service with a lame excuse about natural and unique woods. How about due to lousy quality, cheap materials and warehouse abuse? Very hard to get through to a decision maker by email or phone. Might have luck going in the store but you have a much better chance getting COVID than seeing a decision maker who follows through. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Worst major purchase experience ver! Spare yourselves!Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

Have it your way. I will hold you accountable. I will be in the desert next week and will take lots of close up pictures for you to undeniably see the film that is NOT natural on the finish. That you are basically saying I am not telling the truth illuminates Living Spaces' contempt for its customers. It's not like I am asking for a refund. I had one of the best experiences shopping with Zoe and Monique in the Fort Worth location. They were very attentive and helpful. It went all downhill from there. I was supposed to receive a base, mattress and bed frame the same night I ordered, customer service called and said that there was an issue with quality control on the base and someone would call me back to reschedule or give an eta. Since the base wasn't going to be delivered, I stated that I did not want the bed frame or the mattress at that time. Well that was not relayed to the delivery people. They delivered the frame and it sat in my formal dining room for a week. Several phone calls to the 800 # to get an eta, since no one had reached out to me and still no resolution. One week later I had to go to the store and talk to the operations person, who was Sommer, and she was amazing. She stated that they wouldn't be able to get another base for 2 weeks because it had to be shipped from California. I told her to cancel my order of the mattress and base. After canceling those 2 items, I told her that I need to be on the schedule for them to come build my bed. She did that Friday 6-12pm. NO call & NO one showed up. We stayed up until 12. Called customer service on Saturday they put me on the schedule for 6-12p. Again NO call or NO one showed up. Finally the scheduled me for Sunday 6-12p. 2 nice young gentleman came to fix my bad. The moral of the story is if you can't take it with you from the store, the likelihood of you getting it delivered when they say, is very slim. I will not be shopping with Living Spaces ever unless I can transport whatever in my car.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

Ordering my Capri outdoor 5 piece sectional was a breeze, it is the incompetent delivery and horrible customer service that has been the issue. 1st set was delivered by guys who did not wear gloves and not only sweat all over the cushions but emptied and left their pee bottle near my car. I provided security camera footage as proof since they accused me of lying. I spent my own money washing their pee off my car. Customer service asked if I could wash off the brand new cushions. Full replacement was sent and delivery team did not lock the pieces in place. My son fell off and sprained his wrist. Regretfully it was not captured on camera or my lawyer would be involved. A rescue delivery was scheduled, then cancelled without notice then rescheduled for a few days later. The rescue team came out but were told I had the hardware which I did not. They called dispatch and told the person 8 clamps are needed and he apologized saying he would call me to let me know when a team can come out. They left and I was stuck with loose furniture. I never got a call back. I called LS again and had another rescue delivery scheduled two days later. The team this morning brought 2 clamps for a sectional requiring 8. Living Spaces customer service said there were no notes about how many clamps were needed, only that it needed the hardware. I guess they do not know their own products. The level of incompetence of this company is spectacularly breathtaking. I did not take the BBB reviews seriously but should have. The customer service manager said I should be lucky they waived the delivery fee and gave me a $50 gift card as consideration. Outdoor pillows start at $49. Shop somewhere else and I am telling everyone I know including those with businesses to avoid Living Spaces.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

I purchased several pieces of furniture from Living Spaces. I was very impressed by my in store experience. The sleeper sofa I purchased arrived with dye stains from the black sleeper fabric, the bottom chaise part and the other end seat cushion. Let me tell you, their phone customer service is horrible, in fact I was hung up, I called back and spoke to a guy who sounded very unprofessional and acted like he didn't care. How can the in store experience be so great but phone customer service is horrible??? Anyway they ordered a new couch, I told them I only want the 2 pieces not another couch. The first couch that was delivered, the men put marks all down my walls. I just want the pieces, unfortunately I'm afraid it's going to be delivered and packaged the same way with dye all over it. Also it's going to be another 3 weeks until delivery. Unacceptable. Today I'm getting my bed delivered, I'm very nervous. The 2 pieces that need to be replaced is the bottom half of the chaise (ottoman movable part) and the end cushion on the other side of couch that you sit on. I ordered a couch, table,chairs and coffee table and nothing arrived. After failing to deliver 3 times in 7 days and being told I wasn't home to receive them the last delivery attempt. I work from home and made sure to be in the living room by the front door each attempt. Delivery and customer service is absolutely horrible. I purchased and still have not received $2000 worth of furniture which is accompanied with a restocking fee if canceled: June 25th: ORDER 1 (not a special order) was placed; updated a delivery address discrepancy; living spaces confirmed my delivery address; living spaces provided an expected delivery date of July 9-18 July 4th: ORDER 2 (a special order) was placed; living spaces provided an expected delivery date of Aug 10-19 July 7th: living spaces contacted me stating that ORDER 1 was canceled and reordered because my delivery update placed on 6/25 was not approved July 27th: I cantacted the delivery company concerning my order. Aug 4th: Here was the response from the delivery company, "We have not yet received the order from Client. Please contact the client regarding this." Aug 5th: I contacted living spaces and living spaces said ORDER 1 was transferred and should be arriving in 1 week from the local facility Aug 7th: Living spaces canceled ORDER 1 with the following message "ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT XPO NEVER RECEIVED CUSTOMER NEVER RECEIVED"; ORDER 1 (not a special order) was reordered again; living spaces provided an expected delivery date of Aug 23-31 Aug 21st: Did not receive ORDER 2 which was expected Aug 10-19. I contacted delivery and received only an automated confirmation response. Aug 24th (today): I cantacted the delivery company again concerning ORDER 1 and ORDER 2. Here is the response, "At the moment the order status shows as not received. We have raised a concern with the local facility to check the whereabouts of the products. Your order will be expected to be scheduled around the dates of 8/22-8/31.
Additionally, on 8/7/2022 I was told that my refund for $1,054.70 will be refunded in 2-4 weeks. I have not received my refund in the amount of $1,054.70 for SO-XXXXXXXXX.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

I purchased a custom sofa from Living Spaces. I measured my living room prior to purchase. The sofa I purchased was a sectional in 3 sections. As soon as the delivery guy walked into my townhome and saw my stairs he immediately said "Its not going to fit". He even mentioned he's been doing deliveries for over 10 years and he knew it would not fit just by looking at the stairs. The delivery guy called Living Spaces on the phone and the company stated pictures would have to be taken showing the item could not fit. However, the delivery guy took measurements of the longest piece of the sofa and measured my staircase (I have video and pictures). The sofa was 101 inches and the tallest point in the staircase was on only 97 inches. Not to mention the sofa was apparently wider than the staircase. When I initially purchased the sofa, not once did the sales person advise or ask about the area to get to the living room. When I went shopping for my furniture, I looked at everything from a consumer standpoint. I knew what pieces would fit in the living. I was never guided by anyone to think about if these larger pieces could fit going up my staircase. Now, I'm stuck with paying over $1,000 restocking fee. I even asked if I could come into the store and find different pieces. At the end of the day I still need furniture. I was told I could purchase anything additional but the restocking fee would not be waived because the restocking fee is stated in the terms and conditions. I could not believe it. Now I'm stuck paying over $1000 and I have nothing to show for it. All I want is furniture that can fit in my house and to not pay $1000 and not have anything purchased. That is outrageous and absolutely poor customer service. Living Spaces has lost a an excellent customer and I will share with everyone I know about my horrible experience with Living Spaces in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

For any tight fit, the driver may request that you sign a damage waiver prior to attempting delivery.
