I guess it's impossible to leave 0 stars.We ordered a sectional 1 year ago (and from I'm reading from others, the warranty is useless). But, this is about a recent order. I ordered 2 consoles to go into the sectional on 12/15, they got delivered 1/21. (so I had to wait 5 weeks). Once we took one out of the box, it was obvious the other was not going to fit and just make the couch too large, so I never opened the other box. Went yesterday to the store to return it, and was treated very rudely. She said "the return policy is right there on the first line" - I NEVER figured it was 7 days! We couldn't have even made it back out there by then due to work schedules, needing a truck, etc. I've looked up every reputable store I've purchased furniture at previously - NFM, *******, ******* ***** ******* **********, Weirs, 1 Stop Bedrooms, etc. and all are at minimum 30 days (some up to *******d if unopened). Today I spoke to customer service and a manager, was cut off over and over and all but hung up on. Asked for an email or anywhere else to go to voice my opinion and was told nowhere. I asked about store credit or even paying a restocking fee as this is an item they still sell and is unopened, unused - was told no. This is not an item I can just find somewhere to put, it's an armless console (drink holder) for a sectional that I'm now stuck with.Will never shop at Living Spaces again. Just be very aware of the return policy and the completely unhelpful customer service if you do purchase from them.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

The 7 days start the day the customer receives the items and are not placed on pause until the customer unpacks their order. We purchased a dining room set on February 3rd and called to cancel just an hour later. The customer service representative informed us that there would be a 10% cancellation fee. Frustrated, we asked to speak with a manager, but they refused to waive the fee.The next day, despite our cancellation, the store delivered the set anyway and added an additional $89 delivery fee on top of the 10%. We called again and spoke to the manager, but once again, they refused to reverse any ********** a loyal customer who has spent thousands of dollars at this store, this experience is beyond disappointing. Guests have 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery to cancel their order without any charges. If the guest places an order for same-day or next-day delivery, the guest waives the right to cancel without fees. Our records indicate that the order was placed on 2/3/2025, for delivery on 2/4/2025. We show the guest called on 2/3/2025 to cancel the order and the request was submitted to our cancellation team the same day. Unfortunately, an oversight occurred, resulting in the outdoor delivery taking place in error. Due to the error on our part, we will honor a return and waive all associated fees. This company, was greatly disappointing to me. I ordered furniture for my new apartment, because my home was burned down in the fires the fires. I gave them the option to drop it off in front of my door outdoor delivery, which was free, however, The delivery guys decided not to leave it outside of my door because my apartment unit said P 74 but on their list, it said PH 74. Now I completely understand why they would not leave it outside of my door when there is a slight discrepancy, such as there being an H that they could not find. However, when I called the customer service and told him of my situation, he told me that there would be a rescheduling delivery fee.When I told him of my situation, and how I need to reschedule it for free, he had absolutely no empathy or understanding or concern. He didnt give a thing about anything or my situation. When I try to re-communicate to him to understand what he was saying because I was in tears, he just kept quiet on the linefor about 30 seconds even when I asked if he was still on the line. He proceeded with a rude tone.I can guarantee you this, this is the last time I will ever order or deal with Living spaces again.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

I purchased a beautiful couch and Chaise about 4 years ago. The appearance of the couch was stunning, but I ignored the poor reviews about the quality of the item. I decided to ignore the reviews and purchase the couch along with the warranty. (My fault)3 years after purchase, the cushions started to sag, and the fabric started to stain more easily, I reached out to the warranty team and found out no-one serviced my area. Since there was no one locally, I asked if I could purchase new cushions at full price, and i was told that living furniture does not do that. (I reached out numerous times, but no-one seemed interested in helping me) Luckily, I found a furniture company locally that will recover and restuff my cushions.I've purchased some beautiful pieces from Living Spaces in the past and have never had a problem. Unfortunately, this experience left me extremely disappointed. A couch should last longer than 4 years and if it doesn't, someone should be interested in helping find a solution. (Even working with me to find another couch at a discounted price) *The customer service team needs to be more focused on keeping loyal customers.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

Living Spaces offers a one (1) year limited warranty on most of its furniture covering manufacturer defects in workmanship and material. Settling of cushions due to normal wear and tear is not considered a defect and is not covered by the protection plan. They will not honor my 5 yr warranty on furniture I paid for and the furniture is falling apart and only one year old. I paid over $3k for this sectional. So disappointing.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

Upon further review of the account, we show a claim was submitted under the carefree protection plan on 8/19/2024, for seam separation. A technician was dispatched to assess and repair the item on 8/28/2024, per the tech report the separation was on the wedge piece. The item was repaired utilizing upholstery thread, and the issues was considered resolved, leading to the closure of the claim.
On 1/11/2025, a new claim was filed for fraying in various areas on the couch; however, this claim was denied on the grounds of normal wear and tear. If the guest is not satisfied with the decision made on their claim, they can file a dispute by emailing ********************* or logging into ***********************. ******* will review the dispute, and the guest will receive a final decision via email within 30 days.

1 starThis is by far the worst company *** ever dealt with, built on a completely unreasonable business model. I spoke with a representative and had to practically beg to speak with a manager to cancel an item that wasnt scheduled to be delivered for over a month. Its baffling that in 2025, a company doesnt allow customers to change their minds just 72 hours after a purchase (their policy only allows 48 hours), especially when the item wont even ship for another four weeks.The representatives repeatedly emphasized that this is a nationwide company, as if that somehow justifies their policies. Most American companies that sell products are nationwide, and many (from ****** to *******) allow customers to cancel orders without outrageous penalties, even when third-party carriers like ***** or *** are involved. Living Spaces, however, insists on equating cancellations with delivery and imposes a 10% restocking fee, even though the item more than likely hasnt left their warehouse. This practice is exploitative and completely out of step with any legitimate customer service standards.The manager and representatives I spoke with were dismissive and tried to gaslight me into accepting this absurd policy. Living Spaces clearly prioritizes profits over maintaining fair and respectful relationships with their customers. ***************. Zero customer service. Purchased a dining table, chairs, bench and buffet of the same collection, paid, repeatedly asked for assurance that order could be completed (Ive had issues with them before), set up delivery. Also purchased a separate collection bedroom set and sectional. Was told that some items in order for the dining set would be coming from ********** as they were not available locally in *******. There was also stock in *****, but this medium size chain is unable to ship items west, only east. All items are scheduled to arrive on the same day, roughly 2 weeks out. 2 days before delivery, I get an email saying they cannot fulfill my dining table order due to the item being discontinued and the table top not having stock. All other pieces in dining set are available new. They ask me to call their 877 number and lay out two options, cancel my order or pick a different table. Local showroom has a floor model of my item available, but they refuse to fulfill my order using just the missing table top. Instead they insist that I must take the entire floor model, chairs, base, etc. Theres significant damage across all pieces but they insist they will not separate the table top. On top of that, theres hardly ANY discount offered for taking the damaged floor model. So now I have a buffet (that came missing the glass shelves on top of all this other nonsense) and no matching dining table. Fantastic. I do not blame the local store employees for this abysmal experience, they did what they could with the limited resources available to them. The problem is rooted much higher up. Institutionally, Living Spaces is rigid, devoid of rationale, logistically challenged and overall moronic. How they have an A+ rating with the BBB is unfathomable.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

Buyer beware if you have any issues whatsoever, the one only phone number they provide is to customer service that provides anything but service. This includes speaking to a manager. I asked on numerous occasions to speak to a manager and was told they have other duties. Delivery drivers will forge signatures on delivery documents and make promises they can't keep so they can leave your premises and not deal with the issue. When it comes to normal and fair compensation they, Living Spaces think only their time is of value. I waited four days to have a bed that was missing parts to be finally be assembled correctly. Four days of my time and they think a reimbursement of a delivery fee and 10% is reasonable. I will never do business there again and hopefully this helps other consumers to consider their options when it comes to spending thousands of dollars on furniture. I also was convinced to purchase a warranty and from reading reviews it is worthless. I can only hope that I don't have any issues with my furniture and need to call for warranty service because it sounds like they will do everything in their power to deny a claim.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

As I mentioned and did not deny, the delivery fee and small percentage was refunded that totaled a ridiculous $377 and some change on a $8,500 plus order. Living Spaces doesn't compensate for inconveniencing you, however, if you miss or change your delivery date/time they will charge you another delivery fee. Sounds fair, I think not. Thank you for the info on canceling the Carefree policy, I will definitely be cancelling that but I can only imagine the fee they charge to cancel.Review fromTova S.

I purchased a purple mattress in October 2024 from Living Spaces in **********, *******. that cost $2,399.00 .After it was delivered I immediately knew that I could not sleep on this mattress due to medical reasons. I went back into the store and tried to arrange a date to switch that mattress. I was told that I had to keep that mattress for 30 days. So I went back into the store after 30 days.Than I was told that only the manager from the bedding **** could arrange the switch. He was extremely hard to get a hold of. When I finally met with him , I told him that I wanted to switch the purple mattress for an avocado mattress. He said that was not a good mattress , and he recommended a ****** and ****** reserve model. I reminded him how important it was for myself for medical reasons to have a mattress that had a plush, cushy top. He assured me that this would be great mattress for me. In addition, this new mattress was more expensive than the first one and cost $3,999.00. So I had to paid additional money for the second mattress..Once it was delivered it felt hard like a rock. Being very unhappy ,I went into the store several times asking to speak to store manager. I tried on numerous occasions to get some sort of a response or answer to this situation .Never getting any response. In addition there is no direct telephone line to the store. So a customer is forced to go back in person to try to speak with someone in management.I kept getting the run around. Eventually the manager from the bedding **** called me back . He told me that he knew i would not like his answer.But said there was nothing that could be done and basically too bad. I told him thats a lot of money to loose on an expensive item. He agreed and said yes it is, than he hung up. I sincerely hope that BBB can reach out to this company and help me with some sort of a resolution to this situation. If you are not completely satisfied with your qualifying mattress*, you have the option of exchanging it for a different selection (subject to restocking fees and applicable driver pick up fees). We require that you sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 30 nights, allowing your body to fully adjust to the new sleeping surface. You are allowed to exchange your initial purchase (subject to restocking fees and applicable driver pick up fees), as a one-time offer. Exchanges are only allowed on qualifying mattresses. Sleep trial is available for qualifying mattresses. See list below for qualifying mattresses*. All other mattress and box springs sales are final. Sleep trial length is 100 days, and you are required to sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 30 days. One-time offer. Bought a table that was on price cut. I wanted to take it with me. They wouldn't load it on my truck nor would they help me load it. The salesgirl said you will need to bring a couple of guys back with you to help load it. ( it was a sofa table) I was there with a truck, paid for the table and the sales staff and management was very condescending...Told me to go thru a third party to have it delivered and pay them.I was there with a truck. Note: I had bought over $ 7000 worth of furniture last month, and also joined the pro account. You would think I could have been treated with some respect and let them say instead of no we can't, lets see how we can get this loaded and make a good customer happy.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC
