      I just started my claim process today but so far I couldnt be happier either customer service end ****** was outstanding helping me with questions and knowing the industry! I was in the auto repair business and never received such great service in 30 years she knows the drama most places gives and does t do it!!!! If the claim process goes as well as my introduction I email advertise for this company!

      you would be better off just saving the money youll pay for future repairs. I bought a car from ************************* near ***************** because they offered a 30 year ******* mile warranty which i purchased. Drove the car for almost 4 years during which i kept up with the maintenance and kept receipts for all of it. The transmission started going out and i brought the car in to have it checked. I was told they could find no issues even though it had severe torque convertor shudder as well as slipping going into second gear. This was confirmed by another auto shop and even showed the slip rates while hooked into their computer. I was charged $200 for diagnostic fees and sent on my way. I took the car in a few weeks later when it failed and they then told me it was bad and would submit the claim. I sent them the receipts for the transmission service and was told that wasnt enough to fall under the warranty. After calling them repeatedly and being told i would be contacted they have now sent me to voice mail everytime i call and do not respond. At this point i asked the dealership to either refund my money for the useless warranty or purchase the car from me which they will not give a decent price because it needs a transmission. In closing avoid ******* auto groups and avoid portfolio.

      I did call mr **** as i was instructed and was assured id hear something back but have yet to hear anything. Seems to be just more of the same run around between them and the dealership. i paid for the warranty and was told it was hassle free, what a lie. My car has now been at the dealership since November 18th, today is December 10th. No rental car has been approved so im making payments on a car i cant drive waiting for a warranty that i paid for to find more and more excuses to not hold their end of the bargain.
