      The manager ****** who work at this location *************** lie on dating his employee last two months I made complaint about him giving shift leader ****** more privileges than anybody in the store we got prove his dating her every Thursday Saturday sundays she goes to his house not only we got prove of him dating her we got more to say ****** the manager gave my complaint to some one and they call us to say to leave ****** and ****** alone to my understanding manager should give out the complaint out to nobody ****** the manager hides his mess very well soon as his bosses bring it to his attention his gonna denie how he did in my last two months complaint I did it's wrong how his still getting away with so much at this point somebody need to put stop on this manager ****** cover up his mess very well I work here I seen a lot it's wrong what his doing by taking employees ********** with them and making girl not say anything so he won't get caught

      On 11/21/24 at 8:22pm The night shift manager charged me for a transaction I cancelled.I went back to the store to complain about it. I showed her that the was charged. She said she didnt charge me. I kept insisting and showing it was charged.I asked for a proved-that it was not charged. And told her you are making me waste my time. I asked for her name so I can follow up in case the charge was not returned. She stated she couldnt not give me her name.Told me do whatever i wanted. She closed the window, and left. I proceeded to take a pictures of her. She saw me and tried to physically assault. She tried to physically assault me I started to drive to avoid her hitting me or scratching me with her nail because she went to my face. She couldnt reach and started calling me *****, you fat *****, im going to sue you. This happened around 8:24pm at ********* location on 15th west. I am demanding a CEO or her manager in charge to call me at ************. If you need a video, my car records everything. Im attaching the picture of who verbally assaulted me and tried to physically assault me. the transaction was less than $6 but it doesnt matter the amount. I am customer who works hard for every single ***** and I deserved respect. Your manager verbally and physically assaulted me.

      I went to the Del Taco at ******************************************************************************* twice, and each time the cheese on all the quesadillas were not fully melted, so I did not want to eat them. Each time I ordered 4 quesadillas. I contacted Del Taco who only offered me a $10 voucher, which does not cover the entire cost of all 8 quesadillas. The cost is about $40 total. I contacted Del Taco 3 times, but they don't respond anymore. They need to tell the employees to stop pulling the food out of the cooker too early to get their wait times lower. It's affecting food quality.

      The response from Del Taco corporate does not solve the issue with the lack of communication or the refund I'm requesting. The franchise I listed is not registered with the BBB. I will wait for a response from the franchise.

      I was wrongly fired from this job and when I was fired was told it was because I contacted HR. There was a previous issue which was said was resolved and they were going to leave it alone but then I contacted HR and went to work and got fired. On my last paycheck they shorted me. I have been trying to reach out to get my money and I cant get anywhere with anyone they will not respond. I do have proof of the money I was supposed to be making from the dates it was supposed to start and everything. This does Include texts from the regional manager stating how much money I was supposed to be making and my last paystub with the incorrect pay.

      I was made aware of IRS that someone has been using my social security # at Del Taco resulting in owing taxes for a place I have never worked for. I contacted Del Taco about this situation and it has not be resolved creating problems with the ****

      On 7/1/2024 at 6:27 pm, I ordered food through the drive-thru as the lobby was locked. I ordered 12 tacos, 3 fries, and 2 drinks. After paying, the drive-thru attendant gave me my drinks and all the food in one bag. I pulled forward and checked the bag, but I was missing two crispy tacos.I returned to the drive-thru and informed the attendant of the missing tacos. She insisted that everything was in the bag and claimed she had placed the crispy tacos at the very bottom. I informed her that I had taken everything out of the bag and the tacos were not there. She insisted I was wrong and stated that she was the manager and does not make mistakes. She refused to check my bag and made me leave the drive-thru.This feels like fraud. What's to stop her from taking people's money, handing them a bag of napkins, and keeping the money? She can tell customers they are wrong without any investigation. I have tried multiple times to get a refund. If she is indeed the store manager, she has the authority to steal from customers with no accountability. When you submit a ticket online, it is sent to the store for review. I am sure she just deletes these as she believes she is incapable of making a mistake. I simply want my money back. I paid for food and was treated disrespectfully.

      I called corporate and was told I would receive a call from the district manager, I was sent a $10 certificate for my issue but I don't think this has been resolved. I went through the drive thru at the ************* location and the employee at the drive thru threatened me and asked me to step outside to beat my a** I feel after being threatened this employee no longer needs to be working for your establishment and my order should be completely refunded. This occurred on 6/26/24 at 12:28pm order #** amount $24.98.

      I received food poisoning from one of the locations in ********* **********. After submitting a report on the app, the manager called me soon after, and accused me of lying. I have called several times since September in order to get a refund, only to be ignored, lied, and fed false information. I have called their customer support over a dozen times at this point, every time they claim they are submitting a report and refund request, with a follow up. No one ever attempted to contact me, no emails, calls or texts. I keep having to recall and be told the same thing, even several of their support team supervisors. They claim there is no one else I can talk to regarding this issue and they have no control, and only have the ability to file reports. I am continously told the same things over and over yet I still receive no ticket numbers, no refund or compensation, nothing. At this point I believe compensation is due on top of a refund for the time, stress, and length of this issue. They do nothing to help, so I file this in hopes someone else may do something. I type this even while on hold with another supervisor in another vain attempt to get assistance.
