    I placed an order on October 22, 2024 and am paying 4 installments 2 of which have already processed and I have not received my order. The ONLY method of contact available is via email. I have reached out numerous times and am given the standard reply copy included basically they are tooo busy and please be patient but they can not provide ANY shipping date. I filed a complaint on ********** and also provided a copy of their response. Still NO shipping information. This is very frustrating as these shirts are Thanksgiving themed which will be here soon and Christmas as well. I have seen posts on ******** where others said they have already received their product and they placed their order around the same time AND after mine was submitted.

Our email replies were sent to you yesterday at 3:45 pm PST. We are happy to refund the order at any time, please just email us back to let us know. In our email to you on 11/13, we let you know that we did request shipment of your order as quickly as our team can. They have acknowledged that they are working on the order fulfillment.

    September 1, 2024 $21.20 $21.20 USD Refunded Sep 1 You received a partial refund for this order. THIS REFUND WAS NEVER RECEIVED BY MY BANK.I have contacted Love in Faith several times as well as SHOP, the payment processor they use. Neither will respond. **** has verified that refund was not received.

Your order was paid for with Shop Pay which is a 3rd party payment processor.     Bought cloths online from love in faith at beginning of September, beginning of October tracking said delivered. I never received the package when I contacted the company I was told they do not ship from ***** though my tracking number was from *****. Then I was told they would reissue my stuff again a tracking # from ***** that after 20days when I was told 7-15 nothing arrived again. Then I was told I would receive a refund of which they refunded 9$ of the 60$ spent, this company is scamming people and getting away with it

    Hi, we have been experiencing companies pretending to be our brand online. If prices are too good to be true, they usually are and we recommend taking caution purchasing. Our order numbers are 7 digits and we always appear as Love in Faith on a bank statement as that is our registered business name. The order confirmation you sent says munoast and is not our company. 

     

    We recommend reaching out to your bank to dispute the charge. Please note that your review and complaint is very damaging to our legitimate business as we are working as hard as we can to take down these fake, scam companies. Our domain is ************************* and all emails/order confirmations will come from there.

    I placed an order with Love in faith on October 1 for tshirts for my daughter. I normally get an email the next day and then they ship within a day or two. NOTHING!!! I have been emailing every couple of days to check progress and keep getting told due to high volume of sales my order has been delayed. I emailed this past Monday and asked if we could just cancel the order and get a refund, no they are unable once the order is placed. I either want my money back or my tshirts plain and simple.

    This is absolutely a scam. It's been almost 2 months waiting patiently just for them to say they delivered it and never did. They have no phone number to call. I will be reporting as fraud. I want my refund.

    Hi, 

    Based off the screenshots you provided, you did not order from our website. We do not sell embroidered sweatshirts as low as $2.90 and advise customers to be cautious when pricing is "too good to be true". We have been experiencing companies pretending to be our brand. We do not ship from China, we ship from Anaheim, CA. 

     

    Also, on your bank statement we only bill from our business name, Love in Faith SP Anaheim, CA. All of our order numbers are 7 digit numbers and our email communication/order confirmations come from our domain that matches our website, our email always send from an @loveinfaith.life.

    I ordered a sweatshirt , received it on July 31; returned it to exchange it for a different size. I received confirmation on August 6 the return was received and a new item was mailed and I received a tracking number, stating there was a delay. I still have not received the item, and have reached out to the company on Sept 9 and Sept 12, continuously telling me to check the tracking number , wait another 15 days.

    I am rejecting this response because: it has been more than 15 business days since the pkg arrived at the mailing facility. On 9/12 I recd a msg from someone named ****** stating it appears the item was shipped but not delivered by the carrier and a $20 gift card was sent in a separate email. I do not want a gc because I do not intend to make any further purchases from this business. I want my money refunded to my original form of payment.

    I placed 2 orders from this company.and have never received the shirts. The 2nd order was to take the place of the first one. When the 2nd one didn't come..they reordered my items ..but even this last order seems stuck in **********. I think they are fraudulent. Would like the shirt or shirts I ordered..as opposed to a refund..the 2nd order # was *******..and the last order #*******.

    Over a month ago i joined a ********* monthly t shirt order website and I placed my 1st order with this company and they never shipped my items. They have charged my card twice now. Once for the items ($35ish) and again this month ($9.95) after they confirmed my cancelation last month and said they canceled my subscription.I emailed them multiple times trying to get some sort of ipdate and they were always short and would avoid my questions. They refunded the first order when I told them I was going to report them because after it had been 12 days and no shipping conformation. Now they have charged me $9.95 again for a subscription they said was canceled. Someone is communicating with me through the support but they aren't being helpful. Giving vague responses. I've told them that I will reporting them as fraud to the BBB.I will be reporting them to my bank as well.There isn't a phone to contact this company also.

We have been experiencing other companies pretending to be our brand, please be sure the charges came from Love in Faith on your bank statement as we will only charge under that name.
