      How do you still stay in business? After a half hour wait for a shuttle and n hour wait in line, the clerk told me I am an hour late for my reservation which was PREPAID!!! I laughed and to them I paid for 10 days, so my car better be here for all of them no matter when I come. Then he started telling me that I have to pay for an additional driver. I pulled up the *** policy that clearly states that spouses are free. To make matter s worse he was pushy in selling me additional insurance by lying about the travel to different states. Which is nonsense because my personal insurance covers all 50 states and my credit card platinum Amex covers all costs as well. I don't need a third insurance. Then he tried to upcharge me for upgrade, I originally agreed but then realized they don't have my car and I shouldn't be paying for it. He then proceeded to rent me a ******* Kona telling me that it's a midsize SUV. I pulled up the manufacturer"s website and sia not it's a compact SUV. He then told me that it's listed as midsize in his system. I busted out laughing. You telling me if that car identified as a convertible that would be sufficient??? Why not list it as a motorcycle in your rental system? What a stupid comment. I told him, that I don't care what it's listed as in his system and said it's advertised as being able to fit 5 people and 4 suit cases. He wasn't able to do that, as expected, and called the manager. It took me 3 hours at a rental counter to get what I had originally agreed to a month ago by prepaying for it. Never again am I renting from ***. And I am certainly not prepaying and putting myself in a situation where I can't walk away from a dishonest company.

      Terrible company and location. I picked up and dropped off a car at the ****************** location and despite mentioning I had 2 different insurances that cover car rentals, they added insurance without my knowledge and charged a couple hundred extra for that. I filed a dispute weeks ago and they have avoided getting back to me. When i finally spoke to someone yesterday they said dispute answer is no with no real explanation why. When I asked to speak to a manager they say they can't connect you to the actual general managers. You only get to speak to an outsourced team. They are a horrible sneaky company and would never rent from them again or recommend anyone else rent from them. Save your money go with a more reputable and trustworthy company. *********************** and **** (Phoenix general manager) are the people I was dealing with and just be aware they will never call you back.

      I am very sorry that there was a question regarding the charges. In order for anything to be added to your account you would have had to sign a rental agreement and a physical copy of the summary of charges at the time of pick up. If both were signed, no refund may be issued due to the acknowledgement at the time of pick up. I apologize for any miscommunication with the explanation.

      Refused to rent to a military mom traveling alone with kids because the clerk didnt like my VALID REAL ID from TN and military ID. No manager on site. 3 hours of nastiness and the worst human interaction Ive ever experienced. Left me stranded with my kid and stole the entire payment for a full week rental. Im hiring a lawyer but do yourself a favor and BOYCOTT this company. Worst of the worst right here. Booking.com needs to drop them.

      Rented a car 8/2022 and was in an accident, other driver was at fault. Both insurance companies handled everything. Two years later 7/2024 rented through Expedia, paid in full. Arrived at *************** to pick up my car. Employee said I was on do not rent list, gave me a # to call. Then he told me he wasnt going to rent me a car anyways, because he said I was being non-compliant and HE CALLED THE POLICE!!. Give me a break.. Im a 66 yr old grandmother who came to ** to visit my sons grave. Im not done with Fox and my complaint. Ive called several times, sent emails, requested someone to call me back. I get nothing!!!

      I waited 40 minutes for a car at 6 am (reserved the day before). One person in line ahead of me. The counter person typed with one finger. When I went to check out with the car, there was no one at the booth.The car had trash in it And the inside of the windshield was so dirty I could barely see out of it with the sun on it.

      We are waiting in line for about one hour now. The line to register counter is super long with so many customers but it seems that the people working at the counter are in no hurry. Never had we experienced such a long wait to get a rental car. We are so tired and very frustrated. We hope that we will be get a car soon. We probably will be done in 1.5 hours.

      Worst ever. Never again. The car was not cleaned. Cracker on the floor in the back seat. The center console had spilled soda on in it (grape soda to be specific). When trying to leave, I sat at the gate waiting for someone to let me out (about 10 minutes). Backup to allow me to turn around and do back to the customer service counter to complain. Finally, someone went to the gate, but the car did not have the appropriate paperwork showing it was even cleaned. So the gatekeeper had to do it himself. Of course, he did not document the fact that it was not cleaned. Only cared about any damage. Oh, and I took a picture of the interior and exterior prior to leaving the lot. So they can't say I am making this up. I wanted to rent for longer, but decided to take it back at the end of my rental due to the horrible experience, and rented with another rental car company (Budget). It was so much better.

      This company is a SCAM! The rental price seems very reasonable but they will sneak in charges to your credit card about a month after you get back from your trip. I didn't get a copy of rental agreement upon renting or returning the car. **************** is non-existent basically. I filed a dispute with the my credit card company. *** sent them a copy of my agreement showing that we took out insurance and added fees of $167.00 Since I had no copy and all the credit card company could tell me was you signed this. So now I am going after Priceline who I rented the car through and probably won't get a refund. However, I want others to know not to rent from this company. I wish I had researched them prior to renting. YOU CAN'T TRUST FOX! I feel blessed they only charged me $167 I see many others that were charged $500 up!

      Zero stars! Paid collision damage up front on Expedia. When at the counter was asked to sign, asked what the total was? Was told the agreed amount of $ ******. When I picked up the car, was told they charge deposit in case of cleaning fee like smoking. When I got the bill they kept the deposit and said it was for insurance. Trying to get through to them is a nightmare! Could not understand person on the phone, asked for a supervisor, she said they may get back to me in ***** hours, still waitingDisputing charge with my credit card company.

You have the option to decline the coverage and would only be charged for anything you signed for at pick up. Thank you.

      Paid for a rental car through Priceline and Fox Rent a Car clerk told us she could get us a better deal and lower that Priceline quote.but what she was really doing was charging us add-ons. She explained what the final price would be, which we thought was total cost for the rental but what she was really quoting was all the add-ons plus a deposit for car. She lied and misled.
