    I have reported to you this company before but I'm still really concerned about it's practices in addressing concerning issues with it's users regarding harassment, bullying and threats. Over the past couple of weeks I have made multiple reports to this company about some of it's users in the game Valorant. Users that have made death threats, sexually disturbing comments and racist remarks. When I report these players or users through Riots report system at ************************************************************************* my tickets are often answered with a copy and paste script and the ticket is closed without discussing any sort of action taken against players that engage in such a hateful manner towards others, often times I find myself in another game or match in ******** with that same player doing the exact hateful behavior, which leads to believe that Riot doesn't take action against these harassers. One of my main concerns with this is that there is underage users in this game and there is very little effort in addressing the problem in ways that solve it permanently. ************************ Ignores my requests to remove these players permanently and again I know this because I'm matched with some of these players in future games but also even if Riot Games took permanent actions such as suspensions and permanent bans, users are able to create another free account and play again, which is a never ending cycle of bullies in the game, they're beyond bullies at times and I can't find words to describe some of the people on this platform. I myself encounter many of them and although I'm "hard headed" towards such negative comments I think it's important to remind ourselves that when underage users are involved we ought to rely on the company's ability to address the ********** hopes is that someone in congress can press these issues and get them under control, because I've tried many times dealing with Riot Games, ****

    My account was stolen by someone else who used my account and caused my account to be permanently banned. I tried to file a lawsuit with Fighter, but their responses were all bots and didn't resolve anything. I haven't used this account since July ********, they banned my account without any investigation and after many appeals with the same result, I think the replies are all AI and I have spent a lot of money and time on this game.

    My Riot account has been permanently banned without any warning or notification. I talked with the "human" *** and their answer is that my account was linked with account compromise.I did purchase some skins from ***, which turned out one of the sellers was a fraud and then my account was marked as "fraud" in Riot systems.I've spent hundreds of dollars from their official store and have been played on the ** server since 2016. I have so many feeling with this account, so I wrote Riot a very long letter and hope to talk with them. But none of the ***s seem to care about our long-term supporter and just talk with me like an answering machine. They also provided a link to their terms of use and have to check what I violated against. However the link was broken and I asked them for a valid link (they provided a broken link again). After seeing my long story letter, they just decided to say sorry and don't want to talk to me like a real person. This makes me really really ******** I said in my letter, yes you can ban me as a penalty but not permanently since I really don't know that was a fraud. If I know, I would never risk my account for that. You should trust me since I used to only buying from the official website.I hope Riot can see this and hope they can really talk with me one time.

    On September 18th, 2024, my Valorant account, "southpaw#gloop" was falsely banned due to "third party software". I am unable to file a ticket on that account. I recently purchased my PC about a month ago, and have not installed any sort of third party software that warrants a ban. The only software I have running at the same time is Valorant Tracker (an app that allows you to view in-game stats), Outplayed (a recording software), and Discord. I never cheated in ********, and my stats reflect this. I attempted to make a new account to circumvent my inability to access the account, assuming it was just hacked (which it was not). However, after making a new account, it was instantly suspended for the same thing: "third party software". I was able to file a ticket on this account, and got a response back, admitting that there was no third party software on my computer but that my account would remain banned "as a reminder" to not attempt using third party software on Riot games. I was utterly aghast after reading this message. If there is no third party software on my device, there should be no ban.What I am requesting from Riot Games is simply the following: An unban on my "southpaw#gloop" Valorant account.

    Since August 2024, I have been trying to update my email to my riot account. I keep getting the multi-factor authorization (MFA) prompt to an old email ************************* *** interchangeable). Despite having access to the email, I do not receive the codes to be able to sign in, even in spam folder. This means I cant do anything that the ********************** page mentions, because everything requires an MFA. I dont recall ever signing up for ***, PRECISELY for the reason I'm trying to update it. Its a spam/old email that I used in high school/college. I've already submitted tickets for this issue and the insult and disrespect does not end. No matter what I provide, I am told that **** does not have enough info. #********* is the original ticket and was closed falsely by employee Sana, who never responded to my emails providing the requested info.#********* is the most recent ticket of which I requested a manager to contact me. It is also not possible to click on this ticket to follow updates or comment. Is this ticket still open or did the employee mark it solved again without actual resolution?I only play league of legends with Riot. I don't understand why this is so difficult. On some level its nice that the security is tight and gives me some peace of mind; but why is it that you'll still accept my money when I buy RP, but yet I cant even update my email? Maybe Thresh. Most of my RP purchases have been for skins, recently orbs and gifts for friends. Very frustrated, please help.

    Hello, today I want to explain the extent of my extreme sadness and the injustice I suffered from the game Valorant. On May 1, 2024, I was playing the game with my friends, and my account happened to be automatically logged out without any message received via my email. When I enter the account, a message is sent with a special code so that you can log in. The hacked person changed all the things in the account, including the personal name. I contacted Riot to recover my account and send all the main information for the account, and my account was recovered. Indeed, I changed all the personal information, and before that, I checked my device before doing anything to make sure that there was nothing that would harm the account or be hacked again. Finally, I did not find anything. I restored the account and took all the security in the game and linked it to all my platforms and protection through the 2FA code. On 5/5/2024, the problem was repeated again and I entered the account without receiving anything I could do.Prove this through emails. I have contacted Riot a number of times and nothing has been of any benefit. All the messages are that my account has been closed, as this is a right and a danger to customers in ********. Can you explain to me how to hack an account without entering any code, changing the password, or changing a personal email? ? Is this my security system? I don't understand and I can't understand how this happens? I want to recover my account or recover the money that I spent on my account. You have made the decision to close the account without reaching a solution to your security system.

    My Riot account is ************************************)I have been using this account for years and i did not not do anything to violate the rule. However they closed my account for no reason and i'm 100% sure i never use any kind of hacker for any game.They dont accept complaints,and customer service won't overturn the puninshment.     I spent over $1K on this video game. My account got hacked and then Riot Games banned the account for cheating and/or 3rd party software and punished me for the fact that a hacker was able to bypass email authentication and access the game that I spent $1K on. I tried to resolve this issue with Riot Games through their support system, but they were entirely unhelpful, dismissive and rude to me. All I wanted was my account to be restored given it was hacked, but they closed off communication with me and won't talk or try and reach a conclusion on the matter. I've provided the evidence I gave to the unhelpful customer support. At this point I would like a refund of all my purchases on the account or to have the account restored

Recently, I found out that my account has been banned, which made me feel very shocked and helpless. As a loyal player of the game, I was caught off guard by this sudden ban, and my mood has hit rock bottom as a result. I have always been a passionate gamer, so this ban not only affected my experience of the game, but also made me feel like one of the important pillars of my life had been taken out of my hands.In fact, I haven't played in a few months. A while ago, due to work and life commitments, I had to put the game down for a while to focus on other matters. However, when I tried to log back in recently, I found that my account had been banned. After some investigation, I found that my account had seen a lot of suspicious activity unrelated to me during the time I was inactive. It was even more disturbing because these operations were not from my own hand.I realised that my account may have been hacked and exploited for some irregularities, which directly led to the banning of my account. This discovery made me feel very painful and helpless. My account is not just a gaming account, it carries my love and dedication to gaming, I have spent a lot of time and effort on this account, and accumulated a lot of valuable gaming experience and memories.
