    My account with this company had well over $300 worth of virtual goods invested into it, the account was never compromised in any way, but one day I was just no longer able to log into the account. ****************** support staff has refused to help me gain access to the account, or to refund me the money invested into it. After five different attempts in which I provided specifically dated transactions with ID's from their own e-mail receipts and PayPal, as well as got a Riot staff member to confirm that they were able to see that I was in fact the user of the account and the one who made these purchases they still have not assisted me in any way. There is no other account owner it is only myself. I attached a snip of my email from Riot staff verifying that they could in fact see it was my account, and then another in which they claim they cannot tell it is my account, a direct contradiction of their own words.

    After about two years of playing the game VALORANT, on approximately November 4, I tried logging into my account only to find out that Riot Games had permanently suspended my access to the game. Despite my appeal through Riot Games Support, asserting my innocence, the ban was upheld without a clear explanation. I've spent over $2000 on the game, and I'm left without any information or chance to resolve the situation. The suspension by Riot Games has triggered a mental depression, making it increasingly difficult for me to continue with my life because I spent almost my 2 years in playing VALORANT. Moreover, this has undermined my trust in online, as VALORANT streamer. I understand that Riot Games targets individuals who abuse their games by using programs that provide unfair advantage to players, colloquially called "cheats" or "hacks," but I have never downloaded nor used such programs.     So it's not a transaction but simply my account got banned for apparently modding and scripting is what they said at first and then they said third party program that gives me an unfair advantage over other players I told them I could prove that's not true and I went to the support team submitting a ticket stating that I have proof that I did not see and I think their system made an error and they said their systems can't make an error and that they reviewed the account and they are justified in the band they did not let me even dispute or show proof before stating that their actions were justified and when I brought up the fact that I have proof showed it they said it doesn't matter because they already proved that the ban was justified and in their terms and conditions it strictly says I have the right to dispute they have completely ignored that and wouldn't even give me the chance to I had to submit eight different tickets because every time they would respond they would close the ticket and I have all the conversations in emails too the games they're talking about that I apparently cheated on I play horribly and lost and I have video recording of it and I've screenshots of the actual matches I've done a data request for my personal data now so I can actually go through all the information around the ban this is absolutely deceptive trade practice and malpractice I spent money on my account I've been a customer with right game since 2013 this is the first time I've ever had to go to the support team and they have completely disregarded anything I've asked not once have they actually gave me a chance to dispute or treat me fairly and they're using the thing I'm saying is wrong as justification to itself I even went to the superior and they said the same thing and I've seen multiple people have the same issue and report the same issue that they were unjustly banned and they're not getting a chance to speak

    I am a valorant player, on february 18th ******************************** riot games with account name KONGGJJING. i love this game very much so i have recharged a lot of money into it and it is a very good FPS game. But on October 31st when valorant was updated, when I opened the game and wanted to recharge to buy new skins and then play, I realized that my account was permanently blocked (because I was detected using a third party plugin). I was shocked to see this news, because I love this game, so I would never do anything to disrupt the balance of the game, and I did not use any so-called third-party plug-ins. I know exactly what I'm doing and I have no need to cheat on an account that I've invested a lot of time and effort as well as my money into. It's a stupid behavior. I was very disappointed when I gave official feedback on this situation and all I got was that I could never log into my account. Why is it that some people who upset the balance of the game were not banned (Smurfing) but banned my account as someone who loves the game. I don't think this is fair and I hope your company can unblock my account or refund me. I also upload all payment confirmations.

    I am a gamer of legue of legens, a game by riot games, and my account has been permanently banned by riot for using third party software. I've topped up my account with close to **** euros, I've spent a lot of time on this game, there's no reason to cheat on this game, and I haven't used any cheating software, but my account is still banned, and riot games has only bots coming out to deal with my appeals from start to finish, and doesn't give me any chance to make any appeals at all.My riot ID is fearmyfire#******** ID is midmuteallGGWP Please contact me at my email address if RIOT can see my claim, thanks!

    I had a dispute with the costumer service due to the fact that I was permabanned from the game due to me, being misslead, the costumer service, and the last person i spoke to, has a lack of empathy that I could feel through my screen, the person didn't even let me geta response and closed the ticket, the person was rude, and out right cold. I will put in quotes what the representetive said: " Hello again, We will not be reversing this decision. Accounts that have been involved in the compromise of other accounts pose a risk for other players, and we must do our best to minimize that risk. I am not able to discuss the details of our investigation but I can assure you that we do not take action against accounts without thoroughly investigating the situation first. If you have any other questions that are not related to this issue please feel free to create a new request here. " after that was a link and a really nice a cute emoji. and, I'll quote as well, my plea : " I know now why i was banned, and, i am here trying to appeal it, due to the fact that, all of my years of game time, and all of my experience has been pristine to say the least, i was trying to communicate with another representetive, but both messages where not getting in. So, i just want to plead, in my case, to give me a second chance due to my game record. I know i made a mistake, without knowing that was that severe to begin with, if i knew, seeing by my records, you would notice i would never do such a stupid action. So please Riot, please at least consider my request. I asure you, you wont regret giving that chance. Again, im appealing due to my game record for so many years, why would i make such a stupid mistake ********** if i knew i would put my account at risk ? Please.. Thank you ". So Riot is this the training you give to your costumer service ? When they plea to seek and go through your players accounts to check and see that acctually the player was misslead and wrong ON TWO sides ?

    Date of Transaction: 08/17/2023 Amount of Money Paid: $150 What the business committed to provide me: A working game and good development team What the nature of the dispute is: Airship Syndicate who is contracted through Riot Games, has delivered a terrible game that was labeled as Early Access but is very clearly in a early beta state. Their excuse is the game was promised to be ready and the whole point of early access is to collect data and get the game ready etc. Which is absolutely false. Early Access, especially PAID access, is the game is finished, maybe slight bugs here and there and allowing people to pay to gain access to the finished game early. Data collecting of any kind is exactly what free beta's are for or how company's should be doing by paying people to test the game, not us paying the company to test for them. I have requested Airship Syndicate to figure a way to fully refund me or credit me items in game for compensation and they have been very dismissive and rude over the request. I am only looking for a full refund at this point. I realize this complaint is filed towards Riot Games but through research I've found that Airship Syndicate is contracted through Riot Games and there is no BBB listing for Airship at this time.My psn transaction ID made on 08/17/2023 in the amount of $150 Transaction ID ************

    My account got suspended, based on what I've read, I'm purposefully destroying someone's gaming experience. The fact is, during pre selection phase, I select a champ Lux. A player took it knowing that I wanna play this champ. So I have to ask: Isn't this player stealing my champ, knowing that I selected it first, considered spoiling my gaming experience? Why else would game have this option? Is it true that I'm not having a nice game experience first because of that player's shady actions there? I'm at best merely paying it back, therefore I'm not convinced by this decision. I feel strongly that I am being treated unfairly just because I am Asian?

    I have spent hundreds of dollars over the course of this game for them to have a code of conduct policy that is on levels that seems to infringe on free speech and pushes their own views on what speech is allowed and isn't I have spent hundreds of dollars on skins for them to lock my account and not allow me to access these this is not only a scam its theft seeing as how I have no access to any of those things I paid real life money for. I need a response from someone more than just an automated response from Riot Games telling me what exact chat logs they chose to ban me for an excessive time of over 3 weeks. I have said nothing that even comes close to verbal assault i have said nothing thats racist nothing sexist nothing bigoted in any sense. I can understand if anything of that sort was typed out and resulting in a 3 week ban. But never have I said anything remotely close to that.

    I made 4 transactions. All ***** each. The intent was, if I roll all 60 attempts for the cosmetic items from the "treasure realms" in the *** tab, I was guaranteed all 3 items. Nowhere on the page did it say that you are only going to get ONE of the items. If you click each of the 3 items on the left, as you are rolling, it indicates you are going to get all three because the roll attempts go down simultaneously. You have a 1% chance of getting the items and of course I spent all rolls and never got any of the three items so at this point, once I roll again, I am guaranteed all 3 items. That wasn't the case. It wasn't until AFTER I spent the ****** to buy the Riot Points to roll those 60 attempts that I found out I only get ONE of the items. I got ONE item and then the other 2 options reset to 60 roll attempts again. Eventually I found a very SMALL question mark bubble that tells you the roll chances but doesn't explain the payouts once you reach all 60 attempts. The disclaimer is the same on EACH item but doesn't divulge that you could potentially have to spend up to ****** to get all three items. That is ABSURD for 3 cosmetic items. I emailed them multiple times requesting a refund and eventually informed them that I filed a report with the *** (Report Number: *********). I told them that I was also reaching out to representation to find out what to do. I was advised to try and request a refund from the company which they denied ANY conversations with me moving forward because I spoke to a lawyer. I HAVE NOT PLAYED A SINGLE GAME SINCE MAKING THE PURCHASES UNTIL THIS IS RESOLVED. Each of the three cosmetic screenshots show how the attempts roll down together but aren't specify anywhere that you won't get all 3 after spending ****** nor does it state the chances reset.
