      I am not liable for this debt with LA CURACAO, I do not have a contract with LA CURACAO and I have been dealing with identify theft in the past because someone is using my information falsely. La Curacao has not provided me with original contract as I requested.

      This company lied about pricing promotion. Once you are at the store you are told you need to buy a membership to get the price they have online. The cashier refused to sell the item as advertised. I called customer service, and a supervisor named *****. Transferred me back to the operator instead of assisting me.

      "I am writing to file a complaint against Curaao of ************************* regarding an unauthorized charge that has negatively impacted my credit score.On June 2, 2024, I returned a phone to Curaao of ************************* and expected the full refund to be processed. However, I later discovered that an unauthorized charge of $7.13 was posted to my account on June 25, 2024, without my knowledge or consent. This unauthorized charge has resulted in additional fees, including interest and credit shield charges, which have damaged my credit history.I have attempted to resolve this matter with Curaao of ************************* and was able to have the unauthorized charge removed. However, the store has refused to assist me in correcting the negative impact on my credit report.I am requesting that Curaao of ************************* take immediate steps to dispute the erroneous charge with the credit reporting agencies and provide me with any necessary documentation to support my claim."

      Aug 1 2024 I placed Order Number:1000453422 Aug 5th I arrived home late in the evening to find there was no package at my doorstep I searched around my home as well as checked with both neighbors on both sides. I also checked my Ring door bell and no one came to my door. My neighborhood is all built by the same builder and there's only four different colors to a 600 home community I attempted to check with other homes nearby that looks similar to the photo. I was unable to find anything immediately I contacted the courier and let them know and the following day I contacted Curacao that I had not received the delivery I was told I would receive a call within 48 hours and then I needed to submit three photos of my home I did this on the same day August 6th. Again in August 9th I received an email requesting three photos of the home I sent five just to ensure they had everything they needed August 11th I received another email asking me to resend the photos they were unable to open the pictures August 12th I recent the photos and confirmed that they were able to open them at that point the email back I received said I would receive a call within 2 to 3 days that was August 12th since that day I have emailed four times I have never received one response I have attempted to contact you but after waiting on hold the person picks up and hangs up I feel that I'm being avoided and curious to see if this may be some type of scam. I am forwarding over all the emails I have sent and communication

      Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Mr. ********** complaint. After reviewing our records, we can confirm that a picture was taken at the moment of delivery, which we have included in our response. This picture, both shows the package and a distinctive element of Mr. ********** home, which is what seems to be a small piece of gravel lodged in the bottom right corner of his screen door. This feature is clearly unintentional and would hardly appear by chance in two different houses in the exact same spot. We have included one of the pictures provided by Mr. ******** to us in which it can be appreciated that said feature appears in the exact same spot as in the picture taken as proof of delivery. Other elements like the carpet and the cushions on the bench are not permanent and could have been changed, as for example, the pictures found in ****** Maps for Mr. ********** house do not show the cushions from the picture he sent and the carpet seems to be different from any of the ones appearing in the picture he provided us and the one for the proof of delivery. We apologize if this information was not provided before, this feedback has been escalated to our management team to ensure that an improvement is made in the promptness with which updates are provided to our customers in these cases.

      August 2023 I was given a replacement computer and sold an additional warranty so I am up to now having paid almost ****** in warranties alone, due to covid the manufacturer warranty was not used the computer face was off and clerk snapped back on and swore the computer was new I used at home until it fell apart on me I called store they said bring in for exchange store refused and started new claim on warranty warranty company states the computer was broken when sold to me so store is responsible I have had brain surgery and have not or am not able to keep driving out to this store who has threatened to remove my 60 old in a ****** at times stating I am a threat I just need a new computer since I have paid this store 1100 plus credit fees then 749.00 second time and still am only receiving a ****** computer that falls apart with daily use

      Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Ms. *********** complaint. We are sorry to hear of the medical hardships Ms. ********* is currently going through and wish her a full and prompt recovery. We provided the device and its accessories to Ms. ********* in working condition in 2023, and she did not bring any issues with them to our attention in the following months. Records of Ms. *********** call with the warranty provider, ***, from January 2024, show that it was Ms. ********** and not ***, who claimed that the charger was damaged from the moment of purchase. Ms. ********* also claims that the computer was sold to her with the face off, but during a call with BWG on August 2024, she indicated that the top frame of the laptop snapped off after a technician visited her house (apparently for an unrelated issue) and tangled with the laptop's cord, making it fall off a table.

      Ms. ********* refers to the warranty she acquired as an imposition but our records indicate that the warranty was offered to her and she agreed to it. Furthermore, Ms. ********* is making use of the warranty; as already stated, she is in contact with *** and her claim was recently approved, with Ms. ********* receiving store credit.
