      Absolutely the most ridiculous, disgusting excuse for a company that says the represent the best interest for people. I have been waiting almost three weeks for my phone (promised **** days) and have been following it very closely by the tracking number. I even verified my account and shipping information beforehand. I should have arrived today, and looking at the tracking by the ***** it was returned to sender just a few hours ago due to an incomplete address. Of course I called customer service, which is of course outsourced to *****. I provided my account pin which is used to activate my phone, and they also wanted another alternate phone number. I was just literally destroyed by assurance wireless is a scam exactly like this one. I lost 2 g mail accounts, all of my pictures, my ******** account, snapchat, and I had to secure all of my banking information and use my nieces phone to try to get another one. But that's a whole different story. The company's outsource to *****, sell any information they can get, and longer you wait and agree to the terms they provide, the worse it will be. Do not use this company or any other that outsources to *****, or any other foreign country. I have Paid very dearly. It cost me a lifetime of memories and has put me through one of the most antagonizing times of my life. I am now a very bitter and racist person, thanks to all this. It disgusted me!!!!

      Don't expect any Amazon Prime account through this company. There is none. You can get your 'trial' account directly through Amazon. Truconnect lies to you, then sends you a link to Amazon's own free offer.Spent 3 days trying to get truconnect to provide their agreement with no positive results. They will keep disconnecting you from the call.

      Tru Connect is Absolutely Beyond Horrible! Worst customer service in the history of this country. For a month they've been threatening me with countless emails that they're going to cut off my service and I cannot connect to anybody to recertify my service. They want the 10 digit code which I don't have because I never received a letter that they keep referring to. I've been on the phone for hours and never was able to contact anybody. It cuts off it says the wait will be 20 minutes and it cuts off before the 20 minutes every time it's horrible!. So as trueconnect contains you to threaten me they're cutting off my service because I have no way and it's impossible to connect with somebody to recertify it with lifeline. Beyond ridiculous! How the h*** do they have false five star reviews on their page and not disclose the true and factual reviews that I read here where there are zero Stars if possible but we have to give one star. The government needs to pull this contract with them and give it to a competent phone company.

      In all honesty, there should be a 'number' rating; not a 'star' rating. I would give them a '0' (Zero) rating!! Well, I guess I am convinced now; Truconnect is most DEFINITELY a SCAM!! I have been attempting to become a new customer with ********************** since this past Monday (7/17/23). Unsuccessfully applying for their so-called FREE SERVICE via the Truconnect website. After 4 attempts to complete the application process and 4 calls ?? to their unorganized and unreliable so-called customer service (which by the way is located in *************** and not *****************), unfortunately being told that my application was incomplete (for the forth time). I finally decided to try to find another company. But now after reading these reviews, I am hesitant to try to use any of the so-called free government cell phone provider programs. Something tells me that they're ALL SCAMS AND OR BOGUS NON-LEGIT GHOST ?? COMPANIES!!! Something should be about this by the ****************** of *****************! Such foolishness should not be permitted in this country!!

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR GOVERNMENT PHONE, AND DO NOT BELIEVE THESE OTHER BOGOS REVIEWS. THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!!I was approved for a government phone, but because of a clerical error, the phone could not be delivered. this was over a week ago. During my initial call the following Monday, I called customer service, which by the way is NOT in the US...funny how a tax payer paid program is actually paying the wages of non-tax payer employees, but I digress...so during that phone call, I was told that they could not do anything about the phone that could not be delivered as it was being sent back, so instead they placed an "expedited" request to replace the UNDELIVERED phone. Well, 3 days later, I still had not received the confirmation that the new phone was sent, so I called the customer service number again...in *****...and was told that they were working on it and I should receive confirmation of shipment within the next 24 hours. That was 2 days ago, but I STILL have not received confirmation, so I called again today. Today I was told that they cannot ship a replacement until the original phone is returned...which they know was never delivered and is STILL sitting at a post office in my hometown 6 days later. These are government phones targeted to help people get back to work, and back on their feet. I have now been denied 3 job opportunities because I was told they could not even consider me unless I had "a reliable communication source". I cannot get a "reliable communication source" however, because these mf's won't send me a **** phone that I was approved for. Oh, and as the LifeLine program works, once you're in the system with a provider, you are blocked from trying to get a phone through another provider. I asked the customer service rep to cancel my request then, and get me out of the system altogether so I may get a phone quickly through another provider, and I was told that until they receive the original UNDELIVERED phone back they cannot do that

      I recently signed up with TruConnect after getting shafted by crappy Safelink. I was supposed to get a free phone and they only sent me a **** sim card; which of course will not work without a **** PHONE! I tried calling customer service but just like Safelink their agents can barely speak English either! Where are the Lawyers taking claims for these types of scams?!

      I hat to leave a stare rating but it's not the accurate of what I wanted to leave I would of left a ***** stars Do not get service , I questioned them in what the catch is since they don't need any ones info. And just how do you collect if someone didn't pay there has to be a catch and no s*** THEY Blocked ME FROM Messenger AND LIVE CHAT , THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE Removed from so they can not Collect THE MONEY THE Government puts aside for those lwho have low income ,,disabilities , veterans that foght for our lives and freedom. Or even those that pay out if their own picket . Red flag when you ask questions and you get blocked

      There's always a language barrier. I'm a veteran with PTSD and I always trigger talking to customer service. My phone was stolen and rather than replacing my phone with urgency, they let my month run out.

      Hi I don't how long this has been going on, but I made a purchase today @1:09 pm June 4, 2023 from 250 my but they only gave me 88mb. I called about this issue before but it wasn't this apparent before. I paid and literally checked my balance right away and it was 88mb. I waited a few minutes and it did the same thing. Please help.

      From day one I have had a problem with true connect wireless they took my acp account without my knowledge are approval. That caused me problems with my at home Wi-Fi account. I was left with paying for my own Wi-Fi instead of my acp program paying for it . I have had other wireless networks before and they have never took my acp account from my home ******************** provider before. I tried talking with true connect and it was just a waste of time. True connect takes no accountability for what they caused . Instead I have to pay the consequences for what they were responsible for. This is the worst wireless network Ive ever seen. I dont recommend anyone to use this service.
