  TruConnect made the complaint right. The guy vwss very nice, professional,very apologetic of the problem.I have my old number back very pleased with outcome. Thank you All.

  Truconnect is the worst company to deal with. They have trouble speaking ******* and talk to fast. They don't listen to what you say. I had to do a recertification and they told me the wrong way to do it. I ended up closing my account and opening a new one. That would not have been a big deal except they would not take the new account number from National Verifier and they made me crazy. In short you are better off talking to the wall!-

  I have had the worst time with TruConnect and another phone service company. My service did not work from day one and the customer service reps weren't much help, either. I have found better service elsewhere.

  This company IS such a Scam and Lies. It means NONE of its values. I have been trying to return a DEFECTIVE AND NO LONGER BEING DISTRIBUTED phone for OVER A MONTH.They should be ashamed of themselves for cheating the MOST VULNERABLE PEOPLE!!!Take HEED!!! Run DONOT walk from any business with this **************** that sells OUTDATED PRODUCTS.

  I signed up with TruConnect from an ad saying that I would receive a free tablet. I was approved and they collected the money from the government. However I was not to get the tablet that was promised, instead they said they sent me a phone. I never received the phone and informed them many many times never to receive a response. I not only didnt receive the phone but could not get one someplace else because they were collecting the money from the government. This is not a trustworthy company and I would urge everyone to not use TruConnect. This was in 2021, the delay in response is due to becoming ill and almost dieing when ****************************************** April 2023.

  It is just like what other people said. The website said it is unlimited for ACP and Lifeline. But I just asked them that I do not have unlimited with both ACP and ************ is a scam. They said it is because I am in **********.

  Locked up my acp/lifeline. Sent different phone than offered. Says they are collecting both acp/lifeline, just checked, actually. They tried to upsell me another phone, when I told them the phone they sent retails at $10.01 new, and does not work. At all. And even on their website, it states you're offered a choice of phone, I was not, at all. In fact, I was shocked when anything arrived. You chose it when you opened it goes out the door, the application was listed as pending, then the phone showed up. And it's not what your site says. I am supposed to get unlimited talk/text/data, all their ads, and even when I went through their website to reverify, I checked a box to agree to that, and submitted, and said I was already recieving Acp/Lifeline, unlimited everything. I get 4.5GB of data. Less than any plan offered on their site. I Contacted via email. Just tried to upsell me again. And tablet? What tablet? I can and will post all the links on your site and from ads, as well as emails. All data is sent to the *** via ACP/Lifeline, for company compensation, I read the entirety of the data offered by the **** I'll go straight to the ***. You can't refute what I can prove. The *** and FTC are amazing, and helpful, great sources of information, if you're willing to look. This company, as all do, must report the data to the ***. Oh, it was supposed to be 5G, not only was it 4G LTE, the phone flatly did not work. Then what tablet? I never made it past a phone, just straight to "you're done, pending, then a discreet box." Oh, and I was given no options, actually, not one thing said was true, and complaining isn't all I can do. I cannot believe you think this is okay, to treat mentally ill, physically disabled, homeless people like this. I am unable to work, at all, but you want to lie to me, then try to force me to pay for what? A phone? More GB of data, your lowest listed plan is 6gb, I got 4.5, and that with all the other lies and manipulations.

  Hacked Phones - I opted for the free phone and tablet. Worst tablet ever and the phone constantly goes on by itself. When you check the phone the camera is on and it's flashing and clicking like when the camera is taking pictures, however I see no pictures on my phone. TruConnect phones are hacked.
