      They scam people. Sign them up without authorization. Fraud, being investigated, reported to police, ********** Lifeline filed FRAUD.Horrible treatment of seniors, signing them up for a service they did not want. Scum of the earth

      The absolute worse service I've had ever. From the start of having it nothing has worked right. Text sounds won't come in I have to periodically check to see if I had a message. Can't use it at any public building because the service cuts out so no calls no texts until I find a spot outside. If left on over night for an alarm I cant make any calls it won't ring in until I power it off then back on again every time. Their customer service is a joke tells me to wait 10, 20, then says 40 mins after I reboot to see if the "problems solved" then hangs up on me. Recommend another phone that I had to pay for or factory reset and lose everything i have. They were no help at all and didn't even try to explain why or what could be going on.

      Their customer service ***** both online and call center, they end the chat when you're responding and the call center won't answer the phone, they won't let you speak to a supervisor ******** and ***************** was charged $22 for a phone and tablet which they never sent I'm calling my bank and no disputing the charge and then calling the *** and filling a fraud complaint and filing a complaint with the ********** Atty *** and **** Atty ***

      I called you connect to order a mobile hotspot but was tricked into buying a phone that I already had purchased in August their salesperson told me this was a new phone that had two SIM cards he could see on the screen I already had this phone but I didn't realize this was the same phone I had purchased in August this happened in November of 2023 after receiving the phone realized that I have this phone already I attempted to return it to get my money back but was told because it was a sale price phone there was no warranty and the other phone that I had was out of warranty already so I spoke with a supervisor who said he would listen to the tape but call back in a few weeks because of the holiday and which I did as of this today's date and I was given the same answer could not get a refund for this phone I feel I was strict or bamboozled into getting the phone that I already had and it doesn't seem to have the features that I was told, this is a government entity or at least they're working for the government so I'm filing a complaint with the better Business bureau

      Idk yet I'm still trying to figure out if my new phone came with a sim card. Its doing a system upgrade but, before that it said, no network detected. What good is the phone then? Are you suppose to use some other sim card? From what I've read in other reviews, customer service isn't going to be much help. I'm glad I didn't have to pay for it!

      a male came to my door saying he has got my new phone and the second male that came today said its already to go its activated in your name.i never asked for this im with someone already i find these two separate males are lying to try and get me to switch.and the second person said it was with ******* wireless unlimited on everything.has this happened to anyone else i wonder.

      Worse company ever. I'm filling complaints about them also.porred my number Jan 3,2024. Still no service!! Numerous emails, told to call them. NO SERVICE!! Now emails come back undeliverable. Still no service, no response.Now, no customer & filing complaints with FCC, ACP, BBB. Buyer Beware

      Truconnect lies about there being unlimited data. Its only been two days using their service and they have been throttling it to no end, making the phone I got from them completely useless other than being a paper weight. I even put more money in todag, just in case to stack 150 gb on ************* data, it worked only for an HOUR before they started throttling it again to where I can't even use it.

      Had some person knocking on my door today saying they had my free phone and tablet. I did not ask for any thing and quite confused how he (****) got my information. He had a clipboard with different pictures of various organizations, VA, SSI. MEDI-CAL to ask if inbelonged to any of these. I told him no. I asked for a card, he didn't have any, I asked for a number and what company he was with. It makes me quite uncomfortable to answer my door let alone being asked information that can scam me. This is not a good way to run a business if you are legit. I had to leave a star. But would have rather left NONE.

      Sold me a faulty device and refused to replace it. Instead tried to upsell me a new device after I purchased mine one month ago.
