    SCAM SCAM SCAM. They charged my government food card for $167 and never confirmed the order. I have yet to get the money refunded. I was trying to buy healthier food for my child. Shame on this company for being so predatory and essentially robbing myself out of money and my child of food. Disgusting.

    Thrive Market charged me $59.99 for an order i never placed & also, Thanked me for *********** I did not renew, NOR placed this order, I am filing a ************ Thrive Markets credit, I have been sent a refund.This refund came, through their chat.I had to REPEATEDLY state my concerns over the *********** RenewalI was offered four different, plans each time I clearly stated the problem.FINALLY I was informed of a refund/cancellation of this, renewalafter repeating my stance, SIX times!This is simply bad business!Shame on you, Thrive Market

    ******** customer service! Would not allow you to select a different address for state routes and highways or what carrier it goes through. ***** had no issue finding us but they used laser ship for other packages and it got lost for over a week. Called and pressed to be called back. Never got a call back and when I called again the phones were off for the evening. Chatted in and got told a supervisor would email me. No supervisor email two days later. Called again today got one of the least sincere agents on the phone who assured me they would call back if I was discconected while being transferred to a supervisor and I stayed on hold till the phones closed. They dont clear thier que they just shut off the phones so I was hung up on AGAIN! I finally asked for a refund and was not given to option to take store credit. While Im still unsure if Ill get the product I had no choice but to reorder if this box doesnt come. Im getting a lawyer to get my money back and canceling my membership. Its a shame too cause they paid so much money for top quality food and they have below quality customer service. I am blasting them on my socials DONT BUY FROM THRIVE they dont actually care about thier customers.

    I signed up for Thrive Market. After I had been using them awhile I went to their app to manage an order and was presented with a screen to approve a membership fee. I did not want to do that and I could not get past that screen, so I assumed that since I did not approve that my subscriptions would be voided. They ended up fulfilling a subscription with stuff I no longer wanted. I later managed to cancel that subscription and thought all was good. I recently have a new charge on my card for $59. When I go through the app and website I am again presented an opportunity to subscribe with no way to get past it. On the web site, I was able to get to an FAQ page with links to chat, but when I click on the chat links, it does not lead to chat. When I call the phone number related to the credit card transaction, I am not able to get through to anyone. I consider this a hostile, unethical business. I just want to cut all ties, but I am failing to find an avenue to do that.

    I did the free trial last year and this year notice that they auto renewed my membership. I never authorized the charge. Tried to cancel on their site. Never found a place to cancel or get my credit card information removed from their site. Tried to resolve with their bot and finally got transferred to, I think a live representative. They could not give me a refund because it has been more than 30 days since they renewed my membership. This site Thrive market is a scam. Everything about their service is unfriendly.

    More predatory than ******* and just as hard to cancel. Last year I signed up for a free trial and placed an order. After it hadn't been delivered in two weeks, I contacted customer service to check on the order and to cancel. After having to deal with a chat bot through 5 rounds of offers about upcoming deals, I was transferred to a representative. I timed it, and it was 5 minutes for the real person to connect, then three minutes to the second for every message after that. I'm sure they have it set automatically so that people get frustrated and close the chat window. They ended up cancelling my membership while we were chatting (after three more rounds of increasingly better offers) and agreed to reship the order that never left the warehouse. The order took another week to ship. Just this morning I received an email that my membership auto-renewed. Apparently because they shipped the replacement order after my membership had cancelled, it reactivated. I didn't get charged for last year, but I did for the renewal. I just had to go through the exact same chatbot system of offers and representative offers before being able to cancel. This company is doing everything it can to take your money.

    Total scam. Zero customer service, liars and cheaters. Stay far away from this ****************. No one answers phones, the chat is circular with no help, no answers and you cannot cancel or get your money back even if it is a single day into your "free" trial. **************.

    I signed up for a free membership because I wanted to purchase one item that I could only find through them. I immediately cancelled my membership, but was met with an email from the CEO, **** *****, saying they would instead be gifting me a yearlong membership with no mention of auto-renewing. This all happened in September 2022. Just this week, in October 2024, one year after my free membership expired, I was charged with a $60 membership for something I haven't even thought of since making my initial purchase. Mind you, this charge came through on a card that I didn't even have back then. I immediately reached out via chat and insisted I be refunded and that my membership was permanently cancelled. They danced around with $20 Thrive Cash offers, "we're sorries", and "we'll see what options we have." I was told I'd be receiving a refund in 3-5 business days. Fortunately, this is not going to make or break me financially, but I cannot imagine being in a position where I was relying on that money to make it through a tough time and they just decided to charge me $60 only to say "Oh, our bad. You'll have it back in 3-5 business days." It's truly despicable.
