    This business does not help you save any money on groceries. I had to cancel my membership through a chat online and requested 5 times to cancel my membership. When I want to cancel my membership - give me a button or listen the first time.

    Once you are in their system you You can only get your name and credit card out by jumping through many hoops and then it is still there. It is very difficult to get any of your information taken out or erased from this company. I suggest never putting any information in this company!

    Agree - this company does not make cancelling easy. I cancelled via their bot - and then the charge showed up on my credit card. I called to cancel, but since I didn't see it until my statement arrived - it was 1 day after their "30 days" policy.

    I received an email that someone logged into my account and that I should change my password. I did not have an account but stupidly logged in and changed the password, Now I want to delete my email totally from Thrive but there is ABSOLUTELY NO way to do this or contact anyone, Ridiculous to have spent this much time on something that should be easy, That's when I realized that the initial email was probably just a phishing or marketing email from Thrive to obtain more members. Shame on you, AND DELETE MY EMAIL FROM YOUR LIST ASAP.

    This company does not allow you to cancel your membership online unless you are a California resident. This is because it is against state law to not allow a reasonable and easy way to cancel the membership online. Get wrecked if you live anywhere else but CA. In order to cancel your membership online, which was very easy to sign up for online, mind you, you need to speak to an actual chat person. And they will do everything they can to make sure you do not leave. Just a matter of time before Congress passes the *** law and makes this illegal federally, and not just in the state of California. If Jai from thrive market chat ever sees this, you can personally get ******. Terrible business. Needs to be eliminated.

    SCAM - I just found that I have been charged for three years for a "Membership". I had to create an account today just to try to contact them to dispute the paypal charge. I have received no goods or services from this company. Instead of issuing a refund, they are trying to give me a discount to use their service.

    I purchased some makeup that was expired, so they reimbursed me. A couple of months later I saw the product on their site and I assumed that they had got new stock so I ordered it again, but it was again expired. The first time was bad as it was makeup and they should check and not sell expired products, but the second time was totally inexcusable as they were fully aware for several months that it was expired, but they continued to sell it and leave it on their site. And yet, I just checked again a couple of weeks after returning the second order and they are still selling the expired product. It's really unethical and could cause someone health issues if they use expired makeup on their skin. Someone should enforce health standards at this company.

    I received an email from them saying "Thrive Market Account Alert: New Login", which I though was weird because I had never heard of this company before, and when I looked at the email content, it had my email address but the location log-in was from ****************************** seemed weird since I knew I never signed up for anything. I went to the thrive market website (not clicking the email but manually going to the site), and when I went to reset the password, thinking it shouldn't work since I didn't have a known account with them, I received the password change link. Apparently the account information was for a first name "Thrive" last name "Market" using my email address, with a membership as of 01/2024. I tried to chat with customer service to close my account (thankfully no payment information was in there), but was redirected to submit a form to the "Data Team" to request my information be removed from the account. I can't believe this system is in place for something I never signed up for. 0 stars (had to choose 1 star or else I couldn't post this) and still trying to get my information removed and account closed. This is so predatory.
