      They do not follow tenant laws at all. Rented a one bedroom at the end of my lease I was not notified of any rent increase. Upon the sending of the new lease I saw that my base rent went up from 970 to ****. They also charge a residential fee and other fees that all add up to around 120. My rent is effectively going from around **** after all costs up to nearly ****. I cannot get ahold of anyone to correct this issue so they are basically trapping me into a lease that eats up half my income for a one bedroom, poorly maintained, and cheaply renovated apartment. Wish I could give 0 stars. I am thoroughly shocked that places like this exist

      Where to start? Its so much wrong I dont know where to start. All trash areas are horrible and nasty, pool was down the entire summer, basketball court shut down more than half the summer, basketball court has no air, maintenance team has a high turnover rate so maintenance request havent been getting done. You put the work order in and they **** it as completed without completing the work. THE LANDSCAPING IS ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!!!!!!!!!!! On top of all these issues my rent increased THIS MAKES NO SENSE!!!! I have so many pictures I wish there was an area to add pictures for proof. Ive never seen anything like this!!!! Im referring to Arwen Vista!!!!!!!!!

      This has been the worst living experience EVER. two coast living is neglectful and extremely rude to their residents. When I moved into my unit which was upstairs, the ** was broken. I made multiple calls and filed multiple maintenance reports and every time they came to look at it, they told me everything was working properly. As temps got warmer, I noticed that I could not even cool my place down to 75 when it was 81 outside. I worried that in the summer months it would be unbearable. They still told me nothing was wrong. It reached 87 degrees in my apartment in the peak of summer. I continued to complain (ten months later). I even requested to move to another unit, or end my lease early, how ever they denied my request. It wasnt until after I signed the paperwork to leave the property that they decided they needed to change my entire ** unit since it was, in fact broken. They told me the process would take 5 hours. I went to work and they left me without an ** for over 24 hours. When I came home, it was 98 degrees in my apartment and my dog was laying on the floor for god knows how long. I went to the office and expressed how AWFUL this is and to not be notified they were leaving my place in this condition. They told me they could do nothing about the situation and did not offer to put me up in a hotel for the night. When I told them I wanted to break my lease early they said to reach out to their resident relations. I explained the situation and they wrote me back three weeks later saying this issue has been resolved they did not apologize nor answer any of my questions about exiting my lease. They are the absolute worse company. Upper management does not exist, nor can you contact them.

      I recently rented an apartment at ****************** in ********** **. My apartment flooded 2 days after my move in. I have sent multiple emails to management and went into the office to speak to them face to face. I feel as though I have been tricked into a c*** apartment and they do not care about resolving the issue. Even their maintenance man stated the foundation of the apartment needs to be repaired and that is why it's flooding. I have requested to be moved to a new unit, which is my right and I keep being told that it's not that easy to move me. I wish I would have read the reviews about this place before I signed my lease...they are terrible! The front desk staff is rude and not helpful at all! Managers aren't available and no one else can make decisions. This complex needs to be shut down until it's repaired.

      This review is my experience with two coast property management. I addressed the pothole that is in parking lot owned by Two Cost Living. Their pothole has been there since we moved in late may of this year. The office manager stated to me bids are finally getting gathered to fix this, which is great. I'm afraid it's too late because damage has already been done to the car my fiance owns. While she was trying to park, she was unable to miss it due to Two Coast's neglected pothole being in the middle of the parking lot where we and multiple other residents park. Her tire ran over it, and with how deep the pothole is, completely destroyedthe under-coverage to her passenger side fender. we've already called to file a police report that was recommendedby the office manager and unfortunately the ************************* will not come out and file one becauseit is not an emergency and its on privately owned property. ******* PD also said they would be more than happy to have a discussion explaining it further if needed, which Two Coast did not reach out. I confidently believe my fiance and I should not be required to pay for the damage to our vehicle. I did get a response saying they are not legally responsible for it, and to keep enjoying my day. I'm confident no action will take place from this company, more than likely there's small print in my signed leasing docs that protects them as well. I can confidently say I do not recommend *************************** in *******, ** to others seeking to rent an apartment or townhome. Feels like their model is to "over talk and under deliver." This review was tough to put on here because the last I want to do is right a bad review, but I believe my experience with Two Coast Living ******************* is worth sharing. I encourage anyone seeking apartments in the ******* area to do thoroughly their due diligence. Thank you.

      Terrible experience with staff at **************** in ********. Company does not handle proper tenant/landlord laws in *******. Deposits not returned within proper times and staff does not return phone calls or emails. Thus company is not professional - beware of renting from them.

      This is THE WORST place to live. The property managers are not able to work with corporate and everything in the building is backwards. Until the health inspector fined the building there were piles of trash, rodents and bugs and larvae all through out the building. Cars follow you into the parking lot and threaten violence. Maintenance staff has broken in to MANY apartments and cars are broken into weekly. None of the cameras are operational, and none of the promises told before the lease signing were true. I was given one hour to sign my lease, or else I would lose my apartment, and not the "luxury" NOT building is trying to charge me close to **** for my 1 bedroom. This is deplorable. The are relisting my apartment 175 less than what I am paying. There is no respect for tenants and my experience has caused me extreme emotional stress and suffering.

      This company is terrible to their tenants I would not referral anyone to this establishment. They have horrible communication skill with their ***************** My dishwasher, dryer, and refrigerator are all out and i have been trying to speak with someone for 3 months to fix the issue. They dont take care of the property at all my building is full of wasp nest and the stairs are badly chipped and weathered with liffing floor boards. I've never experienced such poor property management in my life.

      It would be easier to get a response from a DEAD FISH than it is to get one from "mismanagement" , this was the closest that I could get to leaving a -*!
