      My boyfriend is having to go and file a small claims suit against them to return his deposit. Getting ahold of maintenance or anyone in the office is a complete joke. He had two different instances while living at the apartments for 14 months. First was a garbage disposal which he had to submit 3 work orders and call the office daily to get someone to finally come and look at it 1 week later. Then about a month before he moved out (feb 2023) I was cleaning his aparment and brought a mold issue to his attention (it was concealed behind his sectional couch). He called ********** and it took about 3 weeks to have someone come out and they sprayed the wall with a solution and asked him if he was cleanly. Now fast forward it is April 3, 2023 he moved out on March 6, 2023 and he has yet to recieve a call, email, or letter in the mail as to where his deposit is or an invoice showing the cost to repair the damage that was caused by him. The apartment was left in immaculate condition and we both have videos that prove so. He has emailed and went in person twice to drop off demand letters and the only response he has recieved is, "A manager will be in touch." Do yourself a favor at look elsewhere for somewhere to live this place is not worth it I CAN PROMISE YOU THIS!!!! April ****** UPDATE *** **** into the office with yet another demand letter and this time ******* helped me and she said someone put in the system the move out date at March 16. I told her that makes no sense to pull up the 60 day notice and she said it was never uploaded I let her know I had my copy and that keys were turned in on March 6 and that rent was only paid up until the 6. She stated she believed me and she would call the regional manager to have the date fixed and the check expedited. I let her know that my boyfriend will be proceeding with a small claims case regardless on when the check is received since it is way past the 21 day ***** She told me to do what I have to do and did apologize.

      I would NOT recommend this place.They move your move out date to Sunday, every year. So when I moved in, the date was like the 8th and then by the time I moved out it was the 18th because they ONLY do move outs on Sundays.They will charge you a cleaning fee even after admitting that they will be gutting and remodeling the entire apartment, the fee is taken!They dont work with the people they rent to. Every time something comes up my hands are tied but when you turn in that 60-day notice, oh you should have talked to me!Yeah- for $1783 a month, I dont think I should be living with roaches, disrespectful neighbors, people running their place as Air B&Bs, dog p*** everywhere.Im so glad Im out of this place. Oh, they take part of your security deposit but they DONT send you an itemized list of what was subtracted.In the summer time- everyone and their mother from the adjoining neighborhoods comes to the pool, makes a mess. Resulting in the pool being closed for days, not allowing those of us who pay for it to use it.The gate is forever broken.

      I have had a very bad experience with this company in regards to my renters insurance. I moved in three months ago, provided a copy of my policy, this copy was accepted and then suddenly I get a notice of noncompliance. Apparently the company changed names and they provided me with the wrong information to update it to. After another notice of noncompliance (after changing my policy to an address they asked for), they then send me another address and company name which I then change my policy to immediately. Then several days later, after the company has sent an email and mailed a copy to them, they add a $60 noncompliance charge. This company is trying to take fees and punish their customers for their own mistakes.

      Checkout ****************** Aptartments in Panam city Becah ******* before considering it. The office does not care about the place or the people and issues are not properly handled. They will come into your apartment after you specifically tell them to contact t before entry.

      Nothing gets done at Deerfield Apartments. They have only excuses not to do their job. People are waiting for months to get their A/C, Dishwasher, Laundry machine or leaking pipes repaired. Cars are getting stolen or broken in very frequently. They are refusing to have security. Since 2 years there are no lights in 90 % of the carports and the sidewalk lights don't work either. If you like to pay rent for a luxury apartment in the ghettos, Deerfield is the right place to be.

      I cant speak for the women who work in the leasing office, No Im NOT racist, BUT that punk a** white boy going to catch someone on the wrong day and regret it. Fake thug, want to be sarcastic about someones moneyOn top of that, the outside of this place looks run down. So glad I cant afford to overpay here lol.

      I lived here for 1 yr , the place is dirty dog fesses everywhere, homeless sleeping in garages shady stuff going on, fitness room equipment run down smelly . My garbage disposal smelled nasty despite the cleaning . When I moved in a drawer in the kitchen was broken, bathroom mirror all messed up h horrible water pressure a/c ***** so loud . Front gate always was broken, that felt a little safe. Never worked .Lets just say not many to chose from the front office who are of any help.utilities in this place is outrageous something is not rightSara was helpful

      Since I have been denied approval of an apartment that I applied for online at Apex Riverfront Apartments in ******* on Nov 27, I have been asking about my deposit of $776.95 which I was promised back within 2 weeks of the 27th in check form. We are now in the new year (XXXX) and I have still received nothing in the mail from Apex Riverfront Apartments. During the extensive period of waiting, I have shown up to the office a couple of times, made phone calls, and sent emails regarding my deposit, only to feel like I've been getting the run-around from the people who work at the company. All I want is my money back in full, $776.95. I can care less about the apartment at this point.

      No stars if I could. The worst apartment experience. I been there since end of November 2022. they moved me into an apartment that's has no heat and a 30 gallon hot water tank for a 2b 2b. I kept telling them something was wrong because my apartment was not warming up and I was using my oven for heat. I cant take a bath with the little hot water I have. Water leak in my roof everything wrongly done has paint over it. My shower rod still haven't been fixed since I been there I payed out of pocket for my own home inspection and they confirmed that I don't have heat just emergency heatv
      ( that I been using and now have a high power bill) and small water tank for my unit plus other things.. they knew this before moving me in they had to. I have kids and I cant even be comfortable and haven't been since I been there. the office manager is rude and don't care to help at all. They need a new staff and update they apartments correctly. Im ready to move and do not recommend this place at all.. they are far from luxury and not worth the lost of money.

      I have made several attempts to get ahold of someone to make grievance complaint regarding a harassment on a management in my apartment complex and have been ignored over the phone was well as via email. I have been hung up repeatedly. This is the most unprofessional office on all accounts. Not one ounce of empathy or care from anyone associated including the corporate offices. At this point I will be contacting and attorney.
