I ordered they told me my order was canceled due to possible fraudulent activity.. then I placed another order they said that order was canceled as well due to possible fraudulent activity.. then I called my bank and they said they had no alerts for possible fraudulent activity.. they took the money out of my bank twice. Told me to waitc2 to 10 days for refund I'm still waiting.........Teleflora

My wife was unable to attend her grandfathers funeral due to illness and desperately wanted to send something to show that she was there in spirit. Since their daily delivery deadline was after visitation would be over, she scheduled delivery for the day before. They took it upon themselves to reschedule for the day of the service because the shop wants to deliver fresh flowers, insisting it would be there before visitation started. Then the start of visitation came and went, and they canceled the order because they were unable to deliver it on time. She was disconnected (or hung up on?) twice while trying to sort this out with them. I cant begin to describe how upsetting this was for her at an already difficult time.Teleflora

The arrangement I ordered contained flowers and greenery considered to be pet-safe. Under special instructions on my order I asked to be notified if any substitutions would be made. I was embarrassed to see the photo of arrangement that arrived! It contained only 1 of 3 flowers and completely different greenery than what was shown on Telefloras website. The entire arrangement was carelessly and sparsely put together. I received no phone call that the actual arrangement would be so drastically different from what I ordered. Teleflora would not disclose which local florist did the arrangement. They fully refunded my money at my request and gave me a 50% coupon which I dont plan to use. Ill never order from Teleflora again!Teleflora

I am sincerely sorry that the bouquet delivered was not what you ordered, nor was it filled to value. That is definitely not the Teleflora quality anyone should expect! We do have a substitution policy for online orders that if the exact item you order isn't available, that a comparable one will be delivered. The bouquet delivered definitely did not seem filled to value or professionally designed. Again, my apologies for the negative experience with our services.

OK. Bouquet i received looked nothing like the photo. There were three sad carnations (carnations, really? Those are the cheapest flowers around, and 3??) And some filler foliage. For $88 dollars? With ordering "discount" included. This is an outrage. Second, I asked customer service to change the greeting on the card, but they never did, although I called immediately after the order was placed. For their outrageous price, I expected something nicer. I have never paid so much for flowers before, and 3 carnations? This is a scam operation. The "price" was $51.00 but then they added their service fee. I would never have included a tip if i knew how my order would be treated. I gave 2 stars, because, at least, they delivered on the right day.Teleflora

1 starI ordered sympathy flowers for a funeral service. An hour before, my friend texted me that they were not there. I contacted Telefloral and talked to 2 agents. The last one assured me that if they were not delivered, I would get a refund. They told me they could not get up with the florist, that the line was either busy or they didnt answer. I paid an extra $15 for early delivery. An hour after the service, they still were not delivered. I contacted an agent again, asking for a full refund. The agent, *******, refused. He said they had to talk to the florist first. The same florist that either didnt answer the phone or the line was busy. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. I am upset that no flowers were delivered to my friends moms funeral and on top of that, I have to fight to get my $150 back. Buyer beware.Review fromPG T

I had a horrible first experience with Teleflora. I spent almost $150 on a bundle of peonies to send my best friend on the first year anniversary of her mothers passing. I was checking the order status all morning and afternoon. The tracking said with florist, but was not yet delivered. I received an e-mail around 3pm that they were unable to deliver the flowers today and to choose another delivery date instead. I placed the order on 4/17/25 and I chose this company based on popularity, flowers available and that my order would be fulfilled. I could have chosen another company that would have fulfilled this order on this date, but now its too late to do so. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed that my gift, to my grieving friend, will not arrive on the confirmed date now. I will never order from this company again.Teleflora

Company took my order and my money only to cancel it 8 hours later leaving me unable to have flowers delivered to my mother that day. Then tells me the refund will take up to 10 business days. Dont take my money if your are unable to hold up your end. Other companies like **** return the money instantly if the service is cancelled. Seems like theft.Teleflora

Ordered $70 fruit basket. Supposed to have azalea plant, 6 bananas, 6 apples, 5 pears, 5 oranges. My sister sent photo of rotten, bruised ugly fruit. Included 0 bananas, 1 orange. 2 pears and 6 ugly apples. The fruit was in a bag, not arranged attractively in the mundane looking basket. The plant was a boring kalanchoe, not an azalea. If I could give negative stars I would rate the cost, service and product as negative 100. I will never ever deal with this company again. Just yuck! I paid 70 dollars for 9 pieces of rotten fruit in a plastic bag when I was supposed to receive 22 pieces of fruit, a beautiful azalea and a nice bowed basket. Just garbage! Do not deal with Teleflora or its subsidiaries. Save your money and go somewhere else.Teleflora

I ordered flowers from Teleflora to be delivered in another state. This review will cover two issues. First, the flowers were not delivered on the day indicated in the order, even though Id paid extra for early delivery, but were instead delivered the next day. Second, the arrangement delivered looks nothing like what I orderedsee attached pictures of what was ordered (lots of daisies in a yellow vase) vs what was delivered (a few daisies with lots of greenery and filler in a clear vase with a yellow ribbon). It it came from the grocery store and not a florist shop. I understand substitutions sometimes need to be made based on flower or vase availability, but the final product should be comparable to what was ordered. It was not in this case. Teleflora has issued me a partial refund, but I wanted to share this review to make others aware as well. I wont order from them again.Teleflora
