      I ordered a premium flower bouquet with a special color vase and specific flowers from their online ordering page. I was so disappointed that what was delivered was NOTHING like what I had ordered. Now I get that they may have to substitute here and there but the ENTIRE ORDER!?!? Very disappointing and I will not be using them again.

      Better Business Bureau needs to review their rating for this company, ****. If I could leave negative stars, I would. I ordered funeral flowers to be delivered on Saturday, and instead of EVER receiving flowers, I received the following lies and errors, beginning on Saturday: First, my "personal card" (for which I paid an additional $8) was incorrect, which Teleflora said they corrected upon my request. Second, they said they tried to call me (this was a lie, as there was no record of any calls on my phone) to tell me they would have to make floral substitutions, but when they allegedly couldn't reach me, they went ahead and made substitutions. When I pointed out the lack of a call and the fact that I was unhappy with substitutions and wanted a photo or list of said substitutions, they said they were unable at this time to do that. Third, in the "substitution" email on Saturday they said, "The good news is we will be able to make the delivery on time." This turned out to also be a lie, and the most egregious one as, on the morning of the funeral service (I had ordered the flowers to be on time for a visitation a day before the funeral), I received an email and phone call saying "Regrettably, we were unable to deliver your order for the services." WHAT?!? What is the purpose of ordering funeral flowers if not for the FUNERAL?? Finally, they offered to either send the flowers to a family member or to the gravesite. I, unable to trust anything they now promised and grief-stricken to not be able to honor a woman who had loved us for decades because of an unethical and unquestionably greed-based company, requested a refund, which has been promised, but I will watch my credit card statement carefully to be sure, as I was promised many lies before. Absolutely unconscionable. This no longer appears to be a legitimate business. Order your flowers somewhere else, or risk ending up empty-flowered at a loved one's funeral. Do not let our grief be yours.

      Flowers, chocolates, balloon never delivered. Ive tried calling multiple times. Their automated system says its been delivered. Not true. and then hangs up on you. Finally got someone on the phone and they spoke to local florist who said they delivered. They did not. Still hopelessly waiting for a call back. To this date, promised delivery date is three days late with no promise in sight.

      I placed an order for birthday flowers for our daughter last week and the flowers never arrived. I have spent an hour on the website and on the phone trying to find out what happened and you just get automated service that hangs up on you, and AI claiming the order was delivered, but it wasnt I dont know if they simply do not have trustworthy local florists (this was for *******, **, delivery) but its frustrating when the service you pay for never arrives and you also cant contact a human without spending hours. I am beginning to wonder if thats intentional I wont order from them again.

      terrible. their website promises a delivery date, but halfway through the date promised, they sent a message saying they can't meet their commitment and i get to pick a day in the future for delivery. Still waiting on confirmation on a delivery of SYMPATHY FLOWERS. such c*** will never use again.

      Teleflora was supposed to deliver flowers to a visitation. They were given plenty of notice and the specific time. The tracking showed it did not arrive. When Teleflora was called, the operator (who was clearly just an answering service with an accent) said they were unable to get in touch with the florist, and they refused to divulge who the florist was. NEVER use this company.

      We received a fraudulent charge from this cat box of a company. We call CS to be told minium about this charge but asked for our credit card. After they got it they started being defensive about this order. We asked for a time, location and where it was going? Nothing but short blow you off replies if I could even understand her accent. Even screamed red flag like Teleflora is the one doing the fraud. 100$ isn't a small fraudulent charge and Teleflora treating us as the problem says a lot. This experience has ensured I'll never use this company if I needed flowers. Pick a local florist over this trash can of a company!

      I will never use this service again. I ordered sympathy flowers to be delivered. I received a a text message saying my order couldn't be delivered on the day I requested which was a Saturday. I called and was told it could be delivered on Monday, the day of the funeral. On Monday, I received an email saying there was no florist available to deliver so the order was cancelled and a refund issued. No option for an alternate arrangement or anything. I was able to order the same arrangement from a florist directly at a lower cost. Very poor service.

      I'd give them zero stars if I could. I have been a loyal customer for several years and had over a thousand reward points that the text messages from Teleflora kept reminding me of. I went to order online and clicked on the reward that would give me a premium bouquet for the price of a standard. When I put in the code it only took $10 off even though their was a price difference of $20. So I called the *****- customer service number and she couldn't help so I asked for a supervisor and he offered to charge my credit card for the premium bouquet and then in a separate transaction refund me the $20. Never mind that the reward points already have come off my account. They were adamant that they could not do it any other way but to issue a refund after they charge me full price. So ridiculous and after 20 minutes, I decided that Teleflora has issues internally with customer service and appreciation. So I will not return as a customer until they learn how to better serve their customers and especially their loyal customers.

      Worst experience i had ordering Flowers online, apart from them talking 12hr to deliver them. When they arrive they look like something you brought at the supermarket. If they offer me flowers for free for the rest of my life I would not take it.
