      Worst experience i had ordering Flowers online, apart from them talking 12hr to deliver them. When they arrive they look like something you brought at the supermarket. If they offer me flowers for free for the rest of my life I would not take it.

      I ordered flowers two days in advance of my daughter's surgery and received confirmation that my order would be delivered. More than 24 hours later, at 3:30 p.m. the following day, I received an email saying that my order had been canceled and that I would receive a refund in 2 to 10 days. The explanation said that they were unable to find a local florist to fulfill the order.Fortunately, I was able to contact a local florist in that area and order the exact same bouquet, for a better price, and have it delivered on time. If they cannot manage certain orders in certain towns, there should be a notification on the website that prevents you from placing the order. I have never had a similar experience with other national flower delivery companies. Appalling.

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered something that was supposed to be delivered three days later. This was to be delivered 20 minutes outside ******. They contacted me the day of and said they couldn't deliver it. That I either had to cancel or have it delivered the next day. I chose the next day, despite the fact that it would be a day late. The next day I got a confirmation that it would be delivered that day. At 3PM I received an e-mail saying they couldn't fulfill the order, and it was cancelled. And I would get my money back in 2-12 days. When I called and complained they said not to worry, they would refund my ********* I'm scrambling to find something else from another company to send my friend, which will be arriving four days late.

      My son ordered flowers for his girlfriend on *********** Day. He never received any communication from Teleflora about order confirmation, delivery times, etc. I had to go online and chat with someone to get any information. The flowers were finally delivered at 11:00pm and they weren't even the right flowers! I ended up getting a refund but still - please don't ever order from this company. It's the most ridiculous company I've ever ordered from in my life. I will never order from Teleflora again.

      Horrible experience. Ordered at 7am, still not delivered at 7:30pm and no one can tell me where my order is. These flowers were a sympathy arrangement, unpaid $23 for same day delivery PlLauS A TIP and finally at 7:55pm told them to cancel. I am hoping for a full refund but am not confident that will be easy to get. I will NEVER order from ********* again, nor would I ever recommend them.

      Horrible. We placed and order for a succulent plant. The picture they advertised vs what they send looks nothing like the picture. Was suppose to have a stand and a tall planter and no stand was delivered with a short planter that has dying plants. We reached out to complain and all they did was send a ***** credit we will never use with there company. They even spelled Happy with q's.. *****. We should had read the reviews on the internet before we used them. Just horrible.

      Dear *********** am writing to follow up on order number placed for delivery to my daughter's workplace on February 13, 2025. I paid for same-day delivery service.Unfortunately, the order was not delivered as expected. Instead of being delivered to her place of employment, the arrangement was delivered to her home on February 14, 2025. Photographs illustrating the significant discrepancy between the delivered arrangement and the one I ordered are attached. The delivered arrangement was considerably less elaborate than what I purchased, and the helium balloon was missing.Given this significant failure to meet the agreed-upon delivery terms and the substantial difference in quality, I respectfully request a full refund. Furthermore, I would greatly appreciate it if you would arrange for a replacement, comparable in quality and style to the original order, to be delivered to my daughter at her workplace. This is a matter of considerable importance to me.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter and your assistance in resolving it.

It will not be exact bouquet you ordered; the local florists can't make it at the moment, but it will be a beautiful designer's choice bouquet with a mylar balloon.

      Very poor at best, customer service. Outrageous fees; service fees as well. Order times for delivery are not guaranteed or even followed through on when its a very late delivery. $75.00 bouquet of flowers after bogus fees came to $180.00! Plus it was a very late delivery at that. Buy from your local florist, better quality & prices, plus it supports your local businesses

      I ordered over $100 bouquet to delivered on Valentines day. I paid the ridiculous fee to get them delivered on Vday. I received no communication that they would not be arriving and I contacted them multiple times to get an estimated arrival time. They were never delivered and my spouse was left without a Valentines day gift. Had they communicated earlier, I would have went elsewhere. Im crushed by this situation.

      I placed an order for 2 different flower arrangements on 2/7/25 to be delivered before 1PM (extra service charge of $15) on 2/14/25. I received an email at 1:40 PM (40 minutes after they were supposed to be delivered) that they were unable to fulfill my order within their network of florists and they cancelled my order. This is something that they should have known and communicated to me well before 2/14/25 so I could take my business to another company that could fulfill my order. They completely ruined the effort that I put in to surprise my spouse with flowers on *********** Day and to add insult to their poor business practice, they say that it will take 2 to 10 business days for the refund in these days of electronic payment. They should be liable for paying interest of the cash they have held since payment was immediately accepted on 2/7/25. I will never use Teleflora, not recommend anyone using Teleflora for their flower delivery.
