I placed an order for 2 different flower arrangements on 2/7/25 to be delivered before 1PM (extra service charge of $15) on 2/14/25. I received an email at 1:40 PM (40 minutes after they were supposed to be delivered) that they were unable to fulfill my order within their network of florists and they cancelled my order. This is something that they should have known and communicated to me well before 2/14/25 so I could take my business to another company that could fulfill my order. They completely ruined the effort that I put in to surprise my spouse with flowers on *********** Day and to add insult to their poor business practice, they say that it will take 2 to 10 business days for the refund in these days of electronic payment. They should be liable for paying interest of the cash they have held since payment was immediately accepted on 2/7/25. I will never use Teleflora, not recommend anyone using Teleflora for their flower delivery.Teleflora

Ordered Valentines day flowers, they waited until 5:30 PM to inform me that they could not complete my order. I called them and they kept trying to have me get flowers delivered at a later date which is completely useless. I had to fight for them to give me a refund and had to go scrounge up flowers last ********* the end all they sent me was a measly 30% off coupon which I can go online a find a same value coupon on line for free so that was useless. First and Last time using this company.Teleflora

I was sending flowers to my friend BD through teleflora.com I have recieved confirmation on 02/12 at 11:22 am. Later 02/12 at 12:09 am I received order canceling note."The order is questionable and was canceled for my protection?!!" I have called customer service. The agent was unable to explain the reason and asks very strange questions regarding my credit card and my home. What has nothing to do with the order.02/12 after conversation agent restore my order. I received a second confirmation for my order 02/12 at 3:04 ******** morning my friend did not received the flowers and I wanted to check delivery status. Online it does not work.I called customer service to find out that my order is canceled again! For the same no reason. How come? After the third call today 02/13 around 12:00 pm when we demand to talk to supervisor and said that we will complain to BBB about the treatment of your customers the supervisor promised to resolve the issue. This is terrible experience we ever get from lousy customer service. My wife and I had nerve break down and high blood pressure went through roof. You are seniors in our 80s and if something bad happens to us the Teleflora will be responsible and sued for seniors abuse.I am still not sure that Teleflora service will deliver BD present on time, Feb 13.On your request I will send you all emails confirmation and cancelations I got from Teleflora.com.Thank you for your considerations.Teleflora

Ordered 36 roses and tulips. Received 4. A day late. Check the photos. For 75 dollars I expected much better. **************** does nothing. It's not my fault if you delivered to the incorrect address...I wish I could show pictures in this review.Teleflora

The second order was received at no additional cost; however, the bouquet was not to your liking, so a full refund was issued at your request. Im so disappointed with my order. They were to deliver a flower arrangement that I ordered for $150 for a dear friends Aunts funeral. The quality of the arrangement is very poor and looks nothing like it was presented online. Its embarrassingly bad. I apologized to the family & even showed them a photo of what I ordered. Never again with Teleflora. The florist they used should be ashamed of themself!Teleflora

These people are absolutely horrible I paid $130 for them to deliver $58 flowers and not just that I was like okay since they're just $58 I'll get a balloon and a flower and a handwritten note they charged me $130 there's $30 is that is a service fee and that service fee is saying if you pay me this money we're going to make sure it's delivered correct like right I think maybe and nothing was there except for the flowers and then when I called to ask for a refund or some something to make me feel better about the situation they sent me $15 like how dare you and noTeleflora

My son sent flowers to my daughter because her Birthday the vase was big with very few flowers for the price he paid. They delivered the flowers at almost 6:00 in the afternoon,. I used to sent flowers with teleflora before l never had any problems. But this time we are very disappointed. Not more teleflora.Teleflora

5 starsordered a floral spray online from Toronto to be delivered to a funeral home in Quebec. It arrived on time and was apparently big and beautiful but I was mistakenly informed a few days later that it didn't arrive. I contacted Teleflora and they handled the whole misunderstanding very well. The phone representatives I spoke with were all professional and pleased to assist me. I'm very pleased with this experience.
