    To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally dispute the wrongful termination of my Amazon KDP account (Account ID: ******* ******* baji) Email: ************************ On 12/05/2025, Amazon KDP terminated my account without prior warning, citing inaccurate, incomplete, or invalid account information. This action is unjustified, as I have not yet published any books and ensured all provided details were accurate and compliant with Amazons Terms and Conditions. Key Facts: 1. No Violations: I have never published a book or engaged in any activity that breaches Amazons policies. 2. Valid Information: My name (******* ******* Baji), address, and tax/banking details were entered correctly and match my government-issued ID. 3. Lack of Transparency: Amazon has refused to specify which information was deemed invalid, despite multiple appeals (see attached correspondence). Resolution Requested: - Immediate reinstatement of my *** account. - A detailed explanation of the alleged policy violation. - Confirmation that no future account restrictions will occur without clear justification. I have already attempted to resolve this issue directly with Amazon KDP Support, Amazon KDP/KEP Account Alert Case #********, but received only generic, unhelpful responses.     I signed up to sell books on Amazon's KDP platform. All was going well until a ridiculously small payment was declined several months ago. Since then, I have spent COUNTLESS hours trying to get help. I've been told I have the wrong email, and given the "right" email. It is NEVER right. I've spent probably 20 hours on their website trying to get help from customer service. I have yet to receive help. I am repeatedly told to go to my credit card holder (which is my bank - ***************) and resolve the issues. I HAVE spoken with BofA. There was no real issue - a small payment was declined for insufficient funds. But that was addressed MONTHS AGO. I still get this message:"Your campaigns were paused due to disputes related to your credit card charges in *************. To continue advertising without interruption, contact your payment provider and resolve any issues." Their customer service representative are absolutely no help. I have been disconnected, redirected and everything in between. I am 68 years old and TRYING to set myself up for retirement. This income matters to me - albeit negligent at this point. But I cannot move forward until they fix the issue on their end. The issue is NOT on my end. My credit card/debit card is fine. I am at a complete loss to describe the level of anxiety, stress, & frustration dealing with this organization has caused me. My children fear I'll have a heart. Amazon KDP provides ZERO help to their customers. Please help me with this matter. I am shocked at the lack of service *** provides - about 180 degrees from all of AMAZON's other services. ***** **** should be royally ashamed of himself - but believe me I know he doesn't care one iota. But I care. And after months of dealing with their blatant no-customer service policies, I have had it. They keep signing people up - all that matters is they have $ coming in. I've tried their "make a payment" button, if I owe them I'd like to pay them. But that, too, is IMPOSSIBLE.

    On August 15, 2024, we signed up with Amazon KDP publishers to help us publish a book. They gave us an SOW with the things they would do for a $10000 package. They said they are the publishing **** for Amazon, which gave us comfort that we would be safe. They offered a 50% discount and we signed up and paid. Immediately, we were told that we weren't covered for marketing without a separate plan. We signed up for a 12-month plan in addition for $26,999 on Sept 18 which would be paid 70% up-front and 30% later. We paid the initial amount of $18,899.30 on Sep 25. Both plans had 150% ROI commitments and detailed services and 100% money-back guarantees.Over the next month the book was being finalized and marketing was expected to start, but work against the marketing plan was particularly slow. For example, we were supposed to have online interviews produced that have not yet happened to this date. I attached the list of deliverables issues as a PDF.We want them to provide the SOW deliverables, but they have said they have stopped work, and they have stopped responding to our calls. Worst of all, they have sold books with the online store they set up with my name ***********, and they collect money but do not deliver books! You can see ~$3500 in orders attached and they cannot say if any have been delivered.We have tried to negotiate a resolution, but without their company providing someone authorized to help us, we are stuck. We organized a trip with their knowledge to meet with media for interviews, but they cancelled those interviews because of our final payment, despite our money that they have been holding since 2024 and lack of delivery on most of the marketing SOW. So our expensive travel for a book tour had no meetings organized that they were paid to provide to us.Attachments: our 2 contracts, email mktg details, and list of sold books from last year they are not paying us for.     In 8/26/24 I paid $699 ($762 after taxes) for editing, formatting and publishing of my book Why I Am Who I Am, A Product of the American Dream. I paid this money with the understanding that my book would be out by Christmas. On 9/23/25, I agreed to a marketing plan at a cost of $4,000. When asked I promptly provided a $2,000 down payment. On that down payment I was "taxed" $260 which is 13%. When I questioned this I was told that that was the tax rate in **********. I later learned it was only 7.25% and I demanded a refund which has been refused. I have asked for copies of the contracts for months and have never been provided them. Through out October, it appeared as if we were tracking toward the Christmas release. In November things began to deteriorate. The quality of the edits were substandard, requiring exhaustive reedits by me, doing their job. On December 23, I sent what was supposed to be the final reedits after spending an enormous amount of time and effort to provide them what was necessary to meet the Deadline. I got no book, AND no response until January 2, which cam only after i disputed the ** charge with my bank. Despite promises that the book was 70% done, an additional deadline of January 26, 2025 was missed which was my Mom's 90th birthday, which was going to be my gift to her. The book was finally published on 2/7/25. The quality of the published book was horrible and the spine was blank which was not what I had approved back in September. As soon as I received my copies of the book which I purchased directly from Amazon ( no author copies were offered), I requested that the book be pulled, and after another exhaustive round of editing took place. The book was republished on 3/7/25. I have not been provided access to the website, SMC, or video trailer and have no idea what if any marketing of the book has taken place as i have never received a marketing plan. The only sales generated are from a ******* I did in February and March. Tip-Iceberg

    Since January 2025, I have used KDP Amazon publishers to publish art books. The last 6 books have been published in a grey muted background instead of the color that I submitted. I contacted *** several timeshare they promised to assist me. They promised to call me back. They did not. I called again tonight and the *** representative told me that I have to hire a formatter to format the files I submit they will not format it or instruct me how to format it.This is an additional unexpected burdensome cost and it is KDP that should refund my money for the last six purchases of books and help me to format them.

    My Amazon ************************ (KDP) account was terminated on March 23, 2025, without a proper explanation. The only message I received said it was due to a guideline violation, possibly related to a title issue. However, I was not told which specific title violated the rules or what the actual issue ****** an independent author, I have published 58 original stories over the past 5 years on Amazon KDP. I have invested a great deal of time and effort into my work. I have continuously emailed Amazon KDP support (************************************************************ and content-********************************* requesting a clear explanation and offering to correct any unintentional mistake. I am also willing to remove or revise any content if necessary. But I have received no further replies.I even reached out on ******* and LinkedIn, but my case is being ignored. I am not asking for compensation or making accusationsI only want a clear explanation of what went wrong and a fair chance to correct it. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of communication from Amazon, especially after years of loyal work on their platform.I am filing this complaint hoping that someone will kindly look into my case and respond with humanity and professionalism.     Back in late November of 2024 I hired and paid Amazon KDP to publish my children's poetry book. I sent them the completed writing and all illustrations, including book cover. At the time I had wanted to wait on publishing since I was awaiting copyrights I ordered and paid for separately. It took 3 months to get them, but since I received them and gave the information to Amazon KDP and told them I am ready to now. Over a month has now passed and I still do not have the finished and printed copy and no published book. I have lost ability to contact anyone as the publisher that was helping me has stopped answering my texts and emails for days. I continue to try and reach them with no response except from someone wanting to market my book and asking for more money. Why would I want them to market my book when I don't even have it printed or published yet? This is very alarming to me as I have already paid for the publishing in November 2024, but have no book publication as of yet.

    I am the owner of the *** account (email: ************************** that was deactivated by Amazon team without any notices beforehand. I tried to appeal the deactivation of my *** account to the Support team and to **** ***** team, but all my requests are being ignored and I am left without any answers. This is very important for me and I kindly ask you to help me reactivate my account. I take all responsibility for actions made in my account and sincerely apologize for letting any violation happen. At the start of my work on the *** account, I listed several books with Piano Sheets containing songs from the popular brand. I failed to check whether my sheets were similar to those that are freely available on the web. Despite the fact that my sheets are authentic, very similar sheets are available on the web, as I created them based on the popular songs. By doing that, I disappointed customers and violated Content Guidelines (****************************************************************).Please, help me reinstate my *** account, I did my best as a newcomer to the *** Amazon account. It was not my intention to violate the policy. I am a Ukrainian musician, and it was always a passion of my to create music. The situation has happened by mistake, I just wanted to create the book of Note Sheets for passionate musicians based on the music of a popular band.
