    I am a self-published author using Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP). Recently, my *** account was terminated without clear justification. Amazon claims my account is "related to a previously terminated account" and cites violations of their Content Guidelines, but they have not provided any specific details, evidence, or explanation of this supposed relationship.I have repeatedly reached out to Amazon requesting clarification, offering to cooperate fully, and denying any association with other accounts. However, their responses have been vague, repetitive, and dismissive. They have upheld the termination and stated I am no longer allowed to publish on their platform or receive any further royalty payments.This action has not only caused a sudden loss of income, but also removed my books from sale without due process or the opportunity to resolve any alleged issue. However, I provided all required details accurately and followed Amazons policies.Due to this termination, KDP has:Revoked my access to my account.Removed my books from the Amazon marketplace.Withheld my outstanding royalties.Banned me from opening a new account, without a clear reason or chance to fix any alleged issue.I contacted *** for clarification, but they failed to provide specific details about what caused this action.     Amazon KDP unfairly terminated my account despite my attempts to verify my identity. Their support team sent contradictory emails, repeatedly asking me to verify, yet the process remained inaccessible.?? Timeline of Events:January 2025: Amazon requested verification, but I was caring for my husband after his double hip replacement surgery and missed the email.February 2025: I was given a second chance and submitted high-quality photos of my Permanent Resident Card and Driver License. ********************** rejected them without explanation.February 5: Amazon stated that a decision would be made within five business days.February 8 & 14: I received new verification requests, but the process was unavailable.February 16: Amazon notified me of my account termination but allowed an appeal.I appealed, explaining my situation and offering medical documents as proof. However, Amazon denied my request without properly reviewing my case.??     5/9/24 Entered into first contact with them for printing and distribution of my book. 10/23 - they told me 1st set of books all sold, I would receive royalties of at least $15036 for those books, but it wouldnt be released until stores are restocked.10/25 Entered into 2nd contact for printing and distributing more books. Contract stated I would be receiving commission for 1st set by end of December.I have been receiving horrible communications, sales reports and false info about commission pay the entire way. I have $18282.53 invested with them just for expanded distribution.I have 1 contact - a project manager named ***** ******. Her phone is not working anymore and its very hard to get any responses from her.I want my money back and I want to know if they are actually affiliated with Amazon.

    I was most distressed just now to see an email from Amazon KDP saying the following message:"Your request for an author copy version of Street Daddy has expired because 24 hours have passed without completing checkout."If I had been notified in some way other than telepathy, I would have responded in a timely manner. I am well-known for being very organized, but no, i am no mind-reader! Not only that, when I was told " You can request a new author copy order from your KDP Bookshelf," it would help to give me some instructions so that I will make the request correctly so I won't be booted out again without warning. On **************, i will have my 73rd birthday, and getting notices such as these definitely do not make my senior years very happy ones. Amazon surely has some knowledge of the true story on which my novel is based; I think I deserved more consideration than to give me an announcement after the fact. No, I did NOT receive any notice from Amazon KDP about the need to request an author copy order and I was not born knowing the rules and regulations that relate to this matter. I am very, very hurt that this was done to me. I do not feel that i was given considerate treatment if this is how I am just dumped like trash!

    Amazon KDP Publishers is a copycat company that fraudulently claims to be affiliated with Amazon ************************. I accidentally went onto their online site at ************************** when I was looking for the legitimate business. I was immediately pulled into a chat with someone claiming to be ***** or *********** ****** *********** or ********************************** I made a CC payment for $3,031.00 in March of 2024 for a four-book publishing deal. I made an additional $1,875.00 CC payment in April of 2024 to my project manager, someone claiming to be **** **** *********** or ************************************** for an additional two-book deal. I have also worked with a project manager claiming to be ***** ******* *********** or ****************************************** The general numbers for the agency are ********** and **********. The email address for their finance ***** is *********************************** *********** stopped providing services to me primarily before the end of 2024 and is now unreachable via phone, text, or email. While the Los Angeles mailing address they provide on their business forms has proven to be faulty, I have reason to believe their calls are stemming from a business in ******* by the name of *************. That name appeared on my caller ID when I received calls from *****. I looked up ************* online, found out it is a facilities-manage company, and called their general number ***********). The wait music on their phone lines is the same as that of Amazon KDP Publishers. I spoke with one woman there who said her name was ********* and that she worked for **. She was very suspicious in her behavior. So, I called the general line again, got in touch with someone who said they have no ********* either answering their phone lines or working for HR, and was transferred to HR. ** confirmed the one phone line had been theirs. **** V on the *** support forum also seems suspicious to me and told me I shouldn't share info. ***

However when responding to his email it does exist The job was not completed as stated. Contacted my bank for recoupment of payment and credit was issued. Per Invoice 100% money back guarantee. **** has been calling me none stop. Totaling 150 call in last 30 days to force me to reconsider. Want a full refund and the calls to stop please and thank you
