      How do they expect to retain viewers if they keep hiking up the prices and cancelling the best shows? Whoever is making the decisions around that place needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY

      I work in healthcare as a traveler, I stay at two locations for work. I have been paying for Netflix since 2016 and have never had issues besides paying more money as prices increase with less options for movies and shows to watch. Recently any time I log in I am berated to pay more money and add family members when I (the account owner) am staying elsewhere for work. Its none of Netflixs business where Im staying or why Im staying where I am. **************** was useless and just told me I could pay more money (for the same services Ive used since 2016). When I told them if this is the service they offer Id be cancelling they just offered to help me cancel. I hung up and cancelled the service immediately.

      We had had a shared family account for years, we've always had the highest level with multiple ************, they have changed it to where every household has to have their own. Fine, we'll do that. So I set up the account and transfer my profile over, and it creates a dummy profile as my main profile, and there's no way to make my transferred profile with years of history my main profile on my own account. Why did they not plan for this?Reached out to customer service and it was "sorry about your bad luck" and copy and pasted responses. Such poor customer service, and they know they have people hooked and they don't have to try. Very disappointing.

      **************** is not helpful with complaints. I was told there are no emails and no phone numbers for any supervisors to call or for them to receive an email. It really wasnt a big issue but they made it bigger by not helping. *********, the customer service rep,hung up on me during a chat. My issue was resolved by another CSR, but then I felt my complaint wasnt dealt with. So I went to chat again because I couldnt find an email. ********* was better at handling a complaint but told me not to worry, he would handle it, which doesnt mean anything. He wouldnt tell me anything more or give me any more options.So here we are. A 10 minute troubleshooting issue turned into a 2 hour witch **** for a SIMPLE EMAIL ADDRESS TO A SUPERVISOR.

      My complaint is about NETFLIX's policy of only allowing a person(s) joining for service with an auto-pay option. Every business that I have service through, allows me to pay on a monthly basis. NETFLIX provides tv and streaming options, like a satellite or cable company. Their service falls under the same category. Yet I have the option to pay on my own time and or amount on a monthly basis with any of them, except NETFLIX. How can the *** or any governing agency allow NETFLIX to operate like this? I DO NOT FEEL comfortable giving any company automatic access to any of my personal money accounts. Yes, I understand I am not being forced to sign up for NETFLIX, but with the forever rising costs of TV Viewing, NETFLIX is, at this time, reasonably priced. Their company is also, currently, set up not to allow customers to enter feedback, or get their service comments or problems heard through NETFLIX's website.

      I am deeply frustrated and disappointed in the business practices of Netflix. My grievance pertains to the recent changes they have implemented, which I firmly believe are not only deceptive but also a blatant betrayal of their loyal ****************************** has embarked on a path of deception, engaging in a bait and switch strategy that is harming its user base. They have introduced a new policy that mandates household members to create separate accounts, a ***** departure from the user-friendly experience that ******************** once provided.The extent of inconvenience and the utter disregard for their customers' preferences are appalling. The burden this change places especially on senior citizens, like my parents, who have come to rely on the straightforward nature of Netflix, is unacceptable. Forcing them to grapple with new account setups is not only technologically challenging for them but also a time-wasting exercise.I am more than willing to pay extra for the convenience of adding households to my existing account. The cost is not the issue; it's the sheer insensitivity and negligence displayed by Netflix towards their loyal customers.Equally disheartening is the quality of customer service that ******************** now offers. It is not something any customer should ***************************** should be held accountable for their actions and compelled to reinstate the user-friendly viewing that once made them a beloved source of entertainment.

      The price keeps going up. 2 of my 3 daughters are in college but unless they come home every month and sign in and watch Netflix on a portable device they continuously get kicked off my account as not in my household. We are being punished for them being away at college and furthering their education? I still have to pay out of state tuition because my address IS their permanent address and they still get charged taxes in my tax bracket because my address IS their permanent address but NETFLIX will not honor them as my household because that way Netflix can charge me even more??

      Netflix allowed someone to reactivate a old account and charged me hundreds of dollars before I even knew. They couldnt log in or change the password because they couldnt access my email. So they allowed them to Change the email and password without verifying their identity then reactivated my subscription charging me every month and when I realized it they told me they could only pay back 3 months and failed to even do that.
