      I had a dispute with Netflix over a partial refund (their service was down temporarily) they refused to provide, which I then took to my credit card company. Today, after they were forced to provide a refund, they terminated my account without even sending an email to communicate the decision. I was a customer since 2008. ???????

      Netflix is now just simply price gauging their customers! I have a family account with myself and my two children that I pay for monthly. Now that my children are in college Netflix is blocking them from using our account while not in our house. This is despicable! We pay for this account each month and it's been the same profiles since the day we set up our Netflix, and now they want them to pay additional to use this account while not at home. Horrible customer service when I called to speak to someone.

      Netflix support is rude and condescending. I have the Premium package that includes my household. When I got that plan I specifically asked the agent if my two children who attend college would be able to use the package. I was told my package included 4 members of my household. I asked what about college students, and the agent said yes. I called to complain that my two college children could not watch Netflix. Well, the agent let me know that household means the building not the people in the home. The definition of a household is the people occupying the building. The thing is I asked him to speak to a Supervisor and he stayed on the phone arguing about the definition of a household. I am urging the US government to crack down on these greedy unfair practices by these businesses. If this is the case then they are going to pay me back every dime because they sold me a plan using false pretense. This is deceptive and misleading.

      Netflix support is just simply bad. On the website, it says "call **". Wait time is less than 1 minute. When I called that number, i got a message that "our support volume is higher than normal. call us back later". And it was like that for the next hour! And the chat support was just waste of time. They read through some script and didn't even care they solved my problem or not. I don't understand how a company operates like this survived for so long :(((

      Estoy en desacuerdo de sus actualisaciones que an echo ahora no me **** ver en mi televicion donde yo beia las peliculas por que disen que ya no es compatible con mi dispositivo esto realmente me est frustrando .ahora de afueza tenemos que comprar una nueva televisin y ni siquiera resivi alguna notificacin de que esto pasara

      Someone illegally accessed my account and made changes to my billing. Netflix used this opportunity to break my contract and charge me $ 5 more per month claiming I had authorized this change therefore could not go back to my originally agreed upon cost. Even when I alerted this breach to them within 3 days and before any billing took place.

      Their customer service they do not tell you the same thing and when you explain that X said you could do this.....well yes but that will cause this issue, if you do my way you will avoid that issue.I have a premium account which I pay extra for.....at one time I can have 4 people watching ANYWHERE ANYTIME per Netflix.They changed their rules but forgot to inform their subscribers. Before if I traveled out of state and logged into watch a movie, my children could be at home and also watch movies [up to 4 devices]. Now the rule is only ONE IP at a time. So my premium package that was so enticing, 4 can watch at once ANYWHERE ANYTIME was just a bait and Netflix switched its contract to one IP. Yet continue charging me the Premium package is fraud!!! BAIT AND SWITCH!

      Their customer service is terrible, they are poorly trained, give wrong information and are rude. Because calls are diverted to *************** there is language problem. Executives at Netflix don't care about their customers.

      Im paying for a service I can not use. Nexflix lied saying i can use their service i when I travel. Their customer service is terrible. I hope they go out of business.

      Charged twice without prior notification.I wanted to renew my subscription I used the card that I had on file, I selected the lower priced package than I had previously subscribed to, I checked out with the total showing 1 charge of $16.61 which I had enough in the bank to cover that charge.When I checked my bank account right after renewing, I seen 2 charges from Netflix, so I used their chat feature to see why I was charged twice for 2 different amounts. The rep told me one charge was for the monthly subscription and the other was for a hold they put on your card and that it can take up to 30 days to get that payment back. I explained to the rep that this charge caused my bank to go negative and that I would like to cancel my subscription and refund my money so I won't get hit by my bank for insufficient funds, he told me it will take up to 30 days. I was never told beforehand that I would be charged a hold on top of my renewal subscription. This is poor practice, the consumer has the right to know what they are going to be charged, Netflix has no right to just take money from someone's bank account. Now I will have to pay a bank fee which they caused me.
