      so if an unauthorized entity changes your streaming plan without authorization, Netflix won't give it back, even though you are still currently on the plan until the end of the month. They say it no longer exists, which is clearly untrue since I'm on the plan. This company is effing up over and over again. If they are trying to drive business away, they are doing a good job of it.

      Netflix allowed my daughter to add another user to my account, without my permission, or even asking her to verify that she is really wanting to pay an extra amount monthy to add to my account. The change was immediate. She knew right away that she made a mistake and contacted Netflix to change it back. They refused! We are no longer able to have our $9.99 account which allows only one person at a time to be using Netflix. They say it is no longer available. I did speak with customer "service" myself who actually said to me "I would not change it back for you even if it was allowed". This is a terrible business practice - so we have cancelled our account, and encourage others to do the same or at least warn others not to do business with this shafty organization!!Certainly a warning say "are you sure you want to do this"...with a yes or no....or a warning "this will increase the cost of your account AND there is NO POSSIBLE WAY TO CHANGE IT BACK!!!""

      They have made it to where a plan is "unavailable" and did not warn that some shows would be locked before the plan was changed. Then they refuse to change it back. They are nothing but liars.

      They are asking us to now pay an additional $7.99 a month for my college student who's legal address is still my home address despite him being at school until May. Outrageous and apparently, according to my chat agent, a new policy (Which is obviously about making money and nothing else - exactly what we don't need in the current economy). Greedy, self absorbed company.

      Let me start with I have been a customer for *******! A rep named **** was asked to look up my pay history because Netflix took out $ for the ultra plan i was previously on even though I had dropped down to a lower cost plan... i was asking for a refund of the difference in cost and to make sure i was on the plan i selected. Easy peasy.. instead of doing what was asked of her she canceled my account while on the phone with me and didnt say a word that she was doing it! No permission no nothing! I only needed a partial refund! The difference in cost between the 2 plans! She canceled my acct. When the email popped up I asked her if she canceled and she at that point said yes! **** and inconsiderate arguing took place and she refused me a supervisor multiple times. I finally hang up and called back in... got a supervisor... nothing they could do either. Wow! What a joke!

      I had fraudulent activity on my Netflix account. In 2 separate chats with Netflix they indicated that there is no option to speak with anyone in a supervisory position via chat, phone, email or even writing. They merely said my feedback would be passed on. I would have thought they would be more concerned with fraudulent activity. There is a clear language barrier with their representatives, they sent me an email in Thai and had a difficult time understanding English nuances of conversation and never really understood my concern.

      I called Netflix twice about subscription refund. After two months, still not credited to my account. The reps. I talked to are from a third world country. After talking to them. Next, is BBB. Their ratings are (1).

      Net policy -- They claim they are cracking down on password sharing, but they are doing it in a way that actually cripples genuine users. My entire household was logged out of Netflix and I was told I have to register my devices. I began that process with my living room, which uses my PS5. Moved to my bedroom and it wouldn't register. I called Netflix and they indicated "You cannot have multiple networks in your house. Move everything to a single wireless network and we must know every device using the account on that network". I can't do that. One of my TV's has only a wired connection and my gaming system uses the **** The other two tvs in the house use wireless. So, despite being a customer for over a decade and never sharing my login, they have effectively trashed on a customer, forcing a process to which I cannot possibly abide, short of buying all new televisions for the house and collapsing my secure network into a single use. My job can't have my laptop on an unsecure network. And I can't use my gaming systems at all with this new process. It is time to give them up, because they have devolved into a process of punishment for those of us that have always paid them and never shared. Hopefully, they go out of business for ruining relationships with their otherwise loyal customer base. Awful company now.

      Horrible service. They double billed me for almost a year and actually acknowledged it. They said they could only credit back 1 month and I would have to get my bank to credit the rest. Turns out my bank only credits for the last 60 days. So I lost most of the over payments for the 2nd, unneeded account for the last year. Netflix has the worst customer service.
