    They charged me for razors and handle that I didn't have in my subscription and didn't even want. While they were "revamping" their website, I could not cancel my subscription so I emptied the razors so they wouldn't have anything to send /charge me for. But they sent me a handle and 2 razors anyways. I contacted customer support to cancel the shipment but I waited 3 weeks and they never emailed me back and they still shipped it. I sent them another email and they told me they would refund me and the refund would be in my account in 5 days. It's been 2 weeks and I have not gotten the refund. Dollar Shave Club used to be a great company with great customer service and great product. What happened???

    not receiving my order....tracking # they provide is fake. You cant call because there no legit phone number. I've sent multiple emails with nothing more than an automated response telling me to wait 5 more business days. There really is a reason that you can't leave a review on their website. I've been using DSC for years but never again. Used to be a quality product but the new razors are no where near as good as the old ones. I've also copied the *** on my emails.

    My order never arrived due to incorrect shipping address. I have contacted their support email and ******** messanger with no response within weeks. Very poor customer service.

    Stay away from dollar shave club. I ordered razors on 6/22/23 and they shipped out 6/23/23. As of today 7/19/23 I still havent received them. The tracking number they gave isnt even a valid tracking number. You cant call because there isnt a phone number. Ive sent multiple emails with nothing more than an automated response telling me to wait 5 more business days. There is a reason that you cant leave a review on their website. Ive been using DSC for years but never again. Used to be a quality product but the new razors are no where near as good as the old ones. I have cancelled my subscription and filed a dispute with the credit card company and it seems that is the only option I have

    New blades are awful and customer service is now nonexistent. Did not receive my last order (June 18th) and they do not respond to my emails. What a shame. Used to be a great company with a great product.

    I sent instructions to DSC to suspended my subscription because I have way too many razors. They did at first and the restarted it on their own. I tried to contact them and they do not respond. They also blocked me from entering my own account stating that my email is not on record, yet they still send me confirmation emails. So now I have been charged for razors I don't need and have no way to cancel future orders.

    I've been a DSC member for almost 10 years now. Anytime I have had any issues, they have assisted in resolving the issue. Yes, their support isn't always quick to resolve, (I'm guessing the many issues etc..), both both times I've reached out they have replaced whatever product I was having issues with, (primarily the handle). I'm on a subscription, and when I needed to make a purchase outside of my subscription, for some odd reason it went to my old address, (Subscriptions had been going to the new address for two years)! I reached out to DSC using FB Messenger, and the issue was resolved. They sent a handle to the correct address. Yes, it took time, and I informed DSC that it would be in their best interest to provide a way to cancel an order if you needed to re-order w/the correct address etc.. Even though it was a long process, DSC sent me a new handle to the correct address.

    Not sure what happened, but the shave club has died off. Very POOR and non existent customer service.Placed an order in May, they neglected to put the apartment number on the package so it was returned undeliverable.Got an email several weeks later they had corrected and re-sent the order. NEVER received the order - but guess what - they still charged me for the order I never received.ADVICE- be done with DSC - go to ******* (and I hate ******** you can at least get what you need when you need it..T *******

    new blades are horrible. Don't shave close and leave razor burn
