    I am being taken advantage of with Dollar Shave Club. Been a member since 2015 with no problems until they have made changes. They have my account info and of course their web site is "Undergoing changes" which does not allow me to cancel. The company will not respond in an email, phone or chat they offer and I do not know what to do. Cost $35 for the bank to put a hold on payment which I should not have to do.Guess they have made their money and now they don't care about the customer or their business.

    Can't cancel the membership. The options are all grayed out. You can't chat to a live person. What a joke.

    New blades are VERY dull and not good AT ALL. The old ones were much better quality, not sure what happened here. My guess is it's another company taking the cheap route to save money. Disappointing. I cancelled my subscription and there was no apology or remedy offered.

    Ive canceled my membership back in May of 2022 but they continue to charge my credit card.

    It looks like the account under the email you submitted this review with, is still active and we never cancelled. Which is why you were getting billed and shipped orders monthly still. We've cancelled the account effective today. We're sad to see you go.

    Total scam. I ordered razors and did not receive them . DSC tracking system says it was ready to ship a month ago but cannot give me any tracking information. DSC Chat Bot does not answer questions and referred me to a Pro which never responded. Phone number goes to voicemail. sent three emails with no response.

    The new series "Club" blades and handles are very disappointing as far as quality is concerned. Don't let them fool you into believing its a better shave. Also so disappointed in there **************** as its non existent.

    I noticed I hadn't gotten my package, I went to the website to try and reach out to customer servive, only to dicover they no longer have a wat to contact them the same day. I sent a email and heard nothing back. I waited to see of the tracking would be updated or I owuld hear back. I haven't I sent to more email. one of them being a few second ago.I think it is terrible that they don't have agents who can help yo directly anymore and you have to wait for days for email that seem to just not be answered. After this I feel mor eonly solution is to issue a chargeback and cancel my service. I have been a member since 2018. Before now I have had problems but was able to get them solves in real time/same day. If this in theor new customer service model then I think I willhave to look elsewhere for my razors

    This is the greatest brand of razors available at wal-mart! You can rarely find 6 blade razors however I know that they are labeled on the package for males specifically. I do think that these are for females also and I am not the only one who thinks so/uses them!

    I'm absolutely disappointed in the new blades you sent. The blades feel extremely dull the first shave. Never had an issue with the old blades. Always had a very nice shave out of the old blade...very smooth. As for the handle that came with the new blades it is not as comfortable to shave with. Why a company would change an extremely good thing is beyond me!

    Have over a years worth of unused product and don't want anymore shipments. I have been trying to cancel my account several times, however when following the online directions, the link just spins and doesn't work. Nor does the directions to "go to Membership Settings, Cancel Membership, and reason". No such option in the Account Settings!! No live help, no customer service phone number, no email, and the 'bot" is useless! I also changed my address online awhile ago and the shipment continues to go to the old address. I cannot even remove my credit card number from the website! ClubPro...no such assistance! Called my credit card company and placed a stop payment on the charges. Please cancel my account!!
