1 starExcels At Neglecting The Elderly....We were quoted $14,362.00 to connect my Elderly Father's septic system to the City's main sewer line, we were told by the representative for Bell Brothers' Mr. *** on August 1st, that the project would take two weeks to complete, the project was completed today, 01/19/2023. Five Months Later!!!!The Bell Brothers' representative blamed our family for not having paid for the permit to have the connection made, we had to prove to Bell Brother after they would start work when all the information was available to Bell Brothers if they would have performed the necessary inquiry with the City as we were assured by Mr. ************ Brothers were not licensed to perform work in the *************. It took Bell Brothers over two months to send the license and paid for the encroachment permits to the City.My elderly sister had to make multiple trips to the City and the County to prove to Bell Brothers of our right to be connect to the main sewer line, fine out if Bell Brothers contacted them, if they paid for the permits and if they sent the business license, as we could not get answers to these questions from Bell Brothers.Repeatedly Bell Brothers' representative would assure me that he would keep me in the loop but in actuality I would have to repeatedly text and call Mr. **** then call the main Bell Brothers land line until I could get a response, I was told repeatedly by Mr. *** to only call him and not the main business line.The Bell Brothers main customer service line would take my name and number, they would tell me someone would contact me with ************************************************************************************************************** front of the house, next to the road way and beside the house for over four months.Buyer beware of this company, especially if they have Mr. *** give you a quote, by the way Mr. *** liked to me honey...very unprofessional indeed!Review fromRick B

They did come out the next day to redo the plumbing sink work I just completed two days before, but I feel like I was WAY overcharged!!! The hose bibs connected to the wall were leaking and I didn't know how to repair that myself, so I called them. I was charged $2,100 to put in what was probably $50 worth of plumbing and the guy took two hours to do it. Then, they never emailed me a receipt. I called and asked for an itemized receipt and they said that they didn't do that so that they didn't have to charge me sales tax. WHAT??? If you can wait a bit, find a local guy to do your work. BEWARE before giving them a call...Bell Brother's Heating and Air, Inc.

One Star. The repairs to fix a faucet was costly. I signed up for a maintenance agreement. Now that it is cold and time for a Central Heating maintenance, I cannot get 24 hr complimentary service that I was lead to believe. Unless there is a repair, Bell Brothers will not come out timely. I have to wait weeks for maintenance. Bell Brothers even suggested that I use the Central Heating Unit even if I feel it needs to have the maintenance first. I will find another Company and pay the maintenance fee. Very bad service for Seniors.Bell Brother's Heating and Air, Inc.

I feel like we were scammed. We are in our late 80's and had plumbing work done. Among the things done was to put in a new kitchen faucet. The computer screen we signed showed the statement in such small letters that we didn't realize the faucet cost $700.00.Called and complained and never got any satisfaction. I would never ever call them or recommend *********. to anyone. I should have read the comments before calling them. ************Bell Brother's Heating and Air, Inc.

I was working out of town working 6/10's. I knew I had a bad Thermal coupler on my GE heater. My wife was getting cold so I thought I'd call the "No surprise guys" Willing to pay there arrival fee and a couple hundred more for part and replacement. What a big mistake that was. The tech came out very polite to my wife, got into heater and told my wife the unit is old and they would have to search for parts and if they found parts we could easily spend $2000.00 and it wasn't guaranteed to work. NEVER told my wife what parts needed replacing. As tech was leaving another SALES rep met my wife and advised her of our older unit and stated , " here is an alternative solution instead of possibly spending thousands for nothing. WE can finance a new unit for $500.00 to $750.00 a month for 7 to 10 yrs.. My wife called me crying and I was livid knowing what the issue was. I left work early, drove 3 hrs. back, stopped by local store and bought a $39.00 Thermal coupler, came home, cleaned my pilot tube with water, slipped in the knew part and its working perfectly for years to come. How can a company take advantage of people like that. Someone should go to jail for that. NOBODY WANTS TO REPAIR ANYTHING ANYMORE!! Just want to sale sale sale. There is nothing on my GE heater that cost $2000.00 with installation. It was a 30 minute job.Bell Brother's Heating and Air, Inc.

I feel so scammed. A Bell Brothers team of a salesperson and technician came to our home to repair the furnace. Before we knew it we were advised that our system is incredibly dangerous, and that we could have a combustion in the furnace if it wasn't replaced. For a mere $23K our our home blowing up could be adverted. We almost fell for it.Bell Brother's Heating and Air, Inc.

5 starsBell Brothers installed a complete new HVAC unit at our home a couple of years ago. They do an annual checkup on the system on our prepaid service plan. They keep our system in top condition. In October they replaced all the original metallic HVAC ductwork in our attic with new, well-insulated flex duct. The job was fully explained in advance, with complete pricing (not an "estimate"). The job was scheduled at our convenience, and the crew arrived right on time, with all the necessary materials and equipment. The crew was professional and courteous, and treated our home with respect and care. Bell Brothers takes care of all permitting and walks the homeowner through the entire process of scheduling the inspection with the Building Department. The cost was EXACTLY as promised. Not a penny more. Bell Brothers is not cheap, but I have found them to deliver high quality, and to back their work fully.Review fromJudy H

This was our first time using Bell Brothers and it is very doubtful we will use them again. They advertise on tv the no surprise guys. The bill was not only a surprise, it was a shock. We had them replace the lift rod drain in two bathroom sinks. My husband actually had one installed, but because of neck surgery was not able to get his head in far enough to adjust and tighten the assembly. The bill would have been more than $900, but we chose to join the monthly $19.95 monthly service to reduce the bill to $787.95. Seems pretty high for approximately two hours work and we provided the parts because we wanted both sinks to match. I did call the office and spoke to a receptionist who said she would elevate to a plumbing manager, but we were never contacted. That was pretty disappointing customer service. The repairman deserves 5 stars, but the company deserves 2 stars.Bell Brother's Heating and Air, Inc.

3 starsVery professional is providing service. Not very efficient in following up with water heater permit procedures. Had a water heater installed and a permit is required. 5 stars******* from ********* performed the 26-point AC Maintenance completely, including (first time ever) removal of leaves from/in condensing unit. All relevant check-points were clearly explained, and within nominal operating tolerances. I highly recommend this HVAC servicing organization.
