      Dear Facebook Support Team,I am writing to request assistance in recovering my hijacked Facebook account. Around February 2025, my phone was stolen, which was a Galaxy A54 5G with my old phone number ***************. Unfortunately, this incident led to the hijacking of my Facebook account and both of my email accounts associated with the addresses ************************** and ******************************** then, I have relocated to *******, but I have been unable to recover my Facebook account. I have attached a copy of my photo ID to verify my identity. I am requesting that my login credentials be reset to my new email address, [email protected] would greatly appreciate it if you could assist me in recovering my Facebook account.       Receiving Text messages at 8:08 am from Facebook for an account. I no longer have a Facebook account that I actively use. Facebook has refused to let me close my account due to not letting me use my current email and phone number to close an account. This text being sent to my phone is perpetrators more than likely using my account for their own malicious needs. I have contacted the ***,***,State of ********,and ******* about the fraud text..I would like Face Book to immediately close my account. This issue has been going on for the last 5 years.       I run a legitimate, verified small business that relies on Facebook Marketplace to generate work. Without warning, **** restricted my access to Marketplace, claiming I violated their Community Standards or Commerce Policies yet they have never provided a single specific example of what I did wrong.I have opened multiple support cases (including Case IDs #****************, #****************, and #****************), and received only vague, copy-paste responses. Each case was closed without explanation, no evidence of wrongdoing was given, and no appeal was allowed the Request Review option is disabled on my account.**** promised a manager would escalate the issue multiple times but never followed through. I have complied with every instruction given and still have no access to ************** the meantime, **** has continued to take my money Ive spent hundreds of dollars on Facebook ads to promote my business, but I have been locked out of the platforms core sales tool for months without any resolution. This has directly impacted my income, growth, and ability to operate fairly on the *********** asking for a manual review of my account and full reinstatement of Marketplace access, or at the very least a clear explanation of the alleged violation and the opportunity to resolve it. The current situation is unacceptable and damaging to my business.

      I am a **** verified subscriber on Instagram @itsjoseohfloress. On June 3, 2025, my account was suspended for an unspecified community guidelines violation. I submitted an appeal immediately but have not received a response in over 3 ******** connected Facebook account was also restricted due to this suspension. Despite paying for Meta verified- which includes access to support- Ive have had zero assistance. Multiple support channels are unresponsive or nonfunctional.       I have been bullied, harassed, and abused by my ex boyfriend for almost 6 months now. A large portion of which has been on Facebook. Even if I block him, just creates new accounts to torture me from. He has messaged me telling me to kill myself, calling me any name you can think of, etc, he has posted vaguely about me on his profile, as well as even calling me out by name. I have reported his accounts to ******************** a million times over the past almost 6 months, and they have only removed ONE post. His account should be disabled. His phone and emails should be blocked. Its disgusting. And whats almost even worst, is that Facebook clearly does not give a single care about peoples safety or mental health.

      I am absolutely devastated with how Facebook deleted my Live video without a single warning.I filmed my sons graduation from ******************** using Facebook Live option. It was the only digital memory I took from this most important moment of our lives. Over the past month, I received tonns of other notifications urging me to watch other peoples stories, reels, and content. Facebook spends so much money to make sure people forget why they come to the platform and spend more time watching reels and stories. Yet, not a single notification or ***** period for things that are really important!!! Ironically, the Facebooks feed distracted me to the point where I repeatedly forgot my original reason for opening the app to download that priceless video. Now, Ive discovered the video is gone. I was never shown a clear and urgent warning that such meaningful content would be permanently deleted without any reminders. This type of action should be shown as an alarm on peoples profiles! Had I seen one, I would have saved it immediately.This experience has been heartbreaking. I feel betrayed by a platform I trusted. After I paid such a devastating price of being on this platform, I dont even want to open the app anymore every time I do, it just reminds me of what Ive lost. If I hadnt trusted Facebook, I wouldve brought a camera to record it with ?????The worst part is that I have no idea who to contact. Theres no support, no human response just a generic feedback form that leads nowhere.?? Im begging Meta: please check if these videos can still be recovered from internal backups. Im fully willing to pay for recovery costs. Please!Please escalate this request.       Starting in January of 2025 my personal Facebook account was hacked. I attempted to recover the account using ********************'s native recovery services many times, but all of these were unsuccessful as: A. ************** are glitchy, buggy, and broken, B. There is absolutely no live/human recourse or support. Facebook allowed the hacker to infiltrate so far into my account and was ignoring all reports of their fraudulent activity by my family and friends. Every report that was made was shut down and they allowed the hacker's activities to continue, even those that go against Facebook's own user standards including the hacker attempting to sell/recruit others for cryptocurrency. Once my attempts to recover my original Facebook failed, I then created a new account. Shortly after, both my new account AND my husband's accounts began getting periodically disabled by Facebook, requiring re-authorization. This happened a couple of times until most recently--when even though we submitted the video selfie they required proving our identities--they PERMANENTLY disabled both mine AND my husband's accounts; my husband is not in any way connected to any of this and it makes absolutely no sense. There is no way to contact Facebook or pursue any kind of recovery action. I have 20 years of memories, photos, interactions with people who are no longer living on my Facebook that are just gone with no option to get them back. My husband is suffering the same through absolutely zero fault of his own. I am seeking assistance both with regaining access to my original Facebook account and getting the imposter removed, and with getting my husband's account re-established. I need contact with an actual human representative at Facebook who is able to help us. I have a police report proving that my identity was stolen and I was involved in a data breach that led to all of this occuring.

      I have a Facebook account that has been hacked. I wrote Facebook/**** about the situation several times with no response. I even had my Facebook friends write to Facebook about my account being hacked and every time Facebook would close the account and re-open it again. I believe somehow (maybe through my previous email address ********************** someone obtained a picture of my license) and verified the account. My username on Facebook is Unique ****** and when I tried to change my password, I saw the WhatsApp symbol showing someone using the app trying to change my password. Also, when I checked to see if anyone made an account under my real name, there was an account made with my real name Erronchelique ******* where I NEVER made an account using my real name due to my need for privacy.
