As a decorated veteran and civic advocate, I find it deeply concerning that a private Messenger conversationdiscussing a June 26, 2025, press conference on South Korean election interference and a documentary screening before Congressresulted in abrupt censorship. I had not made any public posts in over a year, and my private communication was peaceful, factual, and lawful.Metas actions reflect political viewpoint discrimination, suppressing conservative Americans who support election transparency. This coincided with a major civic event, chilling free expression. There is no due process, and no clear explanation of any policy violation. I request immediate account reinstatement, full disclosure of the flagged content, and a commitment to uphold digital due process and neutrality.Moreover, whistleblower ***** ****-******** testified that **** aided CCP AI efforts and considered launching a censored Facebook version in *****. Congressional leaders have raised national security concerns.       I am filing a complaint against Meta (Facebook) regarding a highly unreasonable and unexplained restriction placed on my ********** account has been active since 2016 and is a legitimate, personal and professional account. I have over ****** real followers and publish original video content that has reached millions of viewers. I have never violated *************** Standards, and I do not use bots, spam tools, or automated software.Despite this, my account has been placed under severe restrictions I cannot like posts, publish content, or edit my profile. Most importantly, the system states that these restrictions will last for ******** days** more than 50 years. This duration is clearly excessive and unjustified by any standard.I have contacted Meta Support Pro multiple times. Each time, I received automated or generic replies with no specific explanation or path to resolution. No one has reviewed my case seriously, and the restriction remains in place with no end date.This situation is harming my ability to create content and communicate with my audience, and I believe it represents a violation of fair user treatment and transparency.I kindly request that Meta:1.       My Facebook account was hacked and there is no way to get access back to remove the hackers additional emails or change my password.Any attempt to reset the password sends the emails to the hackers email address instead of mine.I even tried using an old "recognized" device and I can get a one time password sent to my email and get logged in but when I try and remove the hackers email address or change the password I get a message stating my recognized device is new and for "my accounts" security i cannot remove the emails or change password. Meanwhile the hacker is able to keep adding additional email addresses and even change the password. All I want is to secure my account and get all the hackers contact info removed.I even get emails when new contact info is added but when I say it "was not me" I get stuck in the same loop I mentioned above because the hackers changed the password and all password reset codes get sent to the emails that are not mine.

      Subject: Request for Review or Deletion of Disabled Instagram Account @haitianbratz Dear Meta/Instagram Support,My Instagram account @haitianbratz was unexpectedly disabled around June 7, 2025, with no clear explanation. I received a generic notice stating that my account had violated Community Guidelines, but no specific details were given. I was not notified of which content or behavior allegedly violated policy.Since then, I have attempted every official method to appeal the decision, including all links provided in the app, ****************** and external support portals. None of the links worked they either timed out, returned errors, or redirected me back to broken forms. I have also tried submitting ID verification but received no confirmation or response.Meanwhile, my Threads account remains publicly visible, despite being tied to the disabled Instagram account. I no longer have access to my data, content, or the ability to manage my digital presence. I am locked out without a path forward.I am requesting one of the following actions:1.A fair and human review of my account and a path to recover it, or 2.If recovery is not possible, the permanent deletion of my Instagram and Threads accounts along with any associated data.This situation violates my right to a clear appeals process and, under applicable data protection laws, my right to access and remove my personal data.       My Instagram account (@************ and Facebook account (@************ were suddenly disabled for allegedly violating the Terms of Service, but I did not engage in any behavior that would violate Instagrams policies. I was not given a specific reason or any evidence of a violation. This has also prevented me from accessing the games I purchased from **** for the Quest 2.I followed the appeal process, but it was automated and instantly rejected without any clear review. I have exhausted all official Meta and Instagram support channels including the ************ appeal forms, and data access requests but I have not received any explanation or way to contact human support.I also submitted privacy rights complaints to the California and ************************* offices, as **** is failing to provide access to my personal data or a fair appeals process, as required under applicable U.S. consumer protection and privacy laws.I am requesting that ******************** either:(1) Restore access to my *********** Provide a clear explanation of the violation with evidence, or (3) Allow my account to be reviewed manually by a real person.I use Instagram to stay in touch with family and friends and feel that this wrongful ban was issued in error with no path to resolution.       On June 27, 2025, my Facebook Ad Account was charged $11,656 CAD within just 17 minutes between 12:00 AM and 12:17 AM. This level of spend was not authorized, expected, or aligned with my campaign intentions, and appears to result from a serious issue in Metas ad delivery, budget pacing, or platform safeguards.I contacted Meta Business Support immediately to dispute the charge and request an investigation. However, I have not received a resolution or refund. This incident has caused significant financial harm to my business and raises concerns about platform reliability and accountability.I am seeking a full refund of the $11,656 CAD and a formal acknowledgment of the issue. If this is not resolved, I will consider filing a chargeback and pursuing further legal and regulatory actions.

      I recently had my phone break, and during the process of trying to get my data transferred over to my new phone it didnt collect my Facebook info . Ive been trying for the past hour to try and login and it refuses to let me in. It keeps wanting to send a code to my old phone number when my new one is on my Facebook. I tried to send a reset password by email but every time I try it gives me an error . I put in a password but sadly it was an old one from 7 years ago. You cant contact anyone for help which is ridiculous because why have a help me section on trying to recover your account when it basically just tells you absolutely nothing for you need to login in for help which makes no sense if I cant get into it to begin with. I just want my old convos and voice records of my best friend that died and to be able to contact my family.I feel as it Meta/Facebook really doesnt care about you at all if they dont even have a help centre.

      Complaint Summary I am filing a complaint regarding the suspension of my Instagram account (@yukina._s) by Meta Platforms. The account was suspended at approximately 12:15 a.m. on June 24, 2025, for alleged violations related to child sexual exploitation, abuse, and ****** which I believe is a serious error and possibly the result of unauthorised access to my account.Details of the issue:On the evening of June 23, 2025 (around 9:3010:00 p.m.), I posted a gym outfit photo in which I was fully clothed in a sports bra and sweatpants. Nothing explicit, abusive, or sexually inappropriate was ******** 11:30 p.m., Instagram stopped loading, and I lost access to my ********** 12:15 a.m. (June 24), I received a suspension notice stating my account had been disabled for child sexual exploitation, abuse, and ******.Hours later, at 7:19 a.m., I received a login alert from ******, ***** suggesting unauthorised access to my account after it had already been ************ 8:08 a.m., I attempted to log in using my usual password, but it had been changed without my ********** 8:26 a.m., I noticed that my Meta billing information had been cancelled, even though I never added a payment method and could not have accessed the account due to the suspension.I believe this situation may involve a combination of automated flagging errors and possible account compromise. I have already submitted an appeal directly through Metas platform, but as of now, I have not received any resolution.What I am seeking:I would like this case to be reviewed and escalated properly by a human moderator or representative at ****, as I believe the automated action was unjustified.
