I sold an item on marketplace December 16, 2021. It was delivered December 20, 2021, and shortly there after I was promised my payment five days after delivery at the most well. The customer filed a chargeback with their bank and I was not notified properly. I had no way to defend myself or show that I had in fact, sent not one, but two items out to this buyer in an effort to keep them happy, and give them exactly what they purchased only to end up without either of my items, and no money I contacted Facebook was told about the chargeback. I explained how I was not given a chance, nor notified of the ****** Bank showed them screenshots of my account where it didnt show anything wrong with the order and they apologized said that worst case scenario I would get my money from Facebook under sellers protection, and it would take no longer than 90 days depending on how long the bank took for the chargeback well I kept contacting them. I kept getting the runaround. Its now July 28, 2022. I still have not seen a dime for this order and another order I will be attaching the order number is below. One of the orders is $426.04. Order number is ************** and that was December 16, 2021 and another order I was also never paid for that still shows pending Payment and even says Facebook credit but it was from July 28, 2021 in the amount of $357.50 order number is *************** I have tried everything to get in touch with someone at Facebook all I keep getting back or generic emails stating this case has been closed. If you want to open another one go to this link and I go to the link and it does not give me an option to contact anyone. Its just a frequently asked questions page its ridiculous. This is going on this long I have copies of the emails where I was promised my funds It even shows that I am owed the funds, but I have not received them. I would like someone to immediately deposit whats rightfully mine into my account on my marketplace page. Please and thanks!Initial Complaint

On Sunday Jul 25, I posted 4 items for sale on Facebook Marketplace, to include an Aerogarden, a cat carrier, a car bike rack, and a **************** machine. On Monday Jul 26, I was informed that I lost access to Facebook Marketplace due to a violation. My only action available was to request review, but FB does not allow you to state your case - there is no form to fill out as it states there is. It also states a review would be provided within 24 hours. On Thursday Jul 28, I just received an email stating, "It looks like your Marketplace access was disabled for going against our Commerce Policies. Because of these violations, we can't re-enable Marketplace on your account at this time." None of my items met any of the criteria in the 28 prohibited/restricted content. I am a military member and was trying to get ahead of my impending move by selling things and had intentions to sell larger items, like furniture, the closer I get to my PCS date. This greatly inhibits my military move as FB Marketplace is really the go-to place to selling items these days. I don't understand why I was banned and it is negatively impactful of a military member.Initial Complaint

I would like to file a complaint on Facebook and meta technology company July 26,2022 I so tired of not having the freedom of speech when it comes to Facebook I jokingly replied to a Facebook friend post and was hit with a message about it going against Facebook community standards I disagreed with Facebook decision and they banned me for 30 days I feel as if they pick and choose who and what they let some people say I feel as if youve ever had a run in with Facebook police (meta technology) they keep a red flag on your account so you now cant say anything funny you cant share things because youll be banned my punishment are harsh 30 days at a time .. My Facebook account has been hacked and disabled. I cannot get ahold of anyone to actually discuss the issue and their appeal form isn't working. FB is the only way I was in contact with my estranged family in ******, and it's where I was selling vintage items to support my disabled mother.Facebook says they are going to permanently delete my data in 27 days if the matter isn't resolved, but I can't get ahold of anyone to resolve it!This is a devastating loss and Facebook cannot provide me any person to talk to resolve this matter. I read in an online support group for people who got their account blocked, to that if file a report with the BBB, I might be able to get an email account to talk to a real person.Please, please help me. We have been unable to advertise through our page for the last 2.5 weeks. We have emailed and called facebook and have yet to receive a resolution. We are just repeatedly told that they are sending it to a team for resolution and then we receive no report. This has happened over and over again since we first brought forth the issue. My family and I purchased a Facebook Portal Plus Smart Video Calling ****" Display with ***** in White.The portal was shipped back to Facebook (Meta) Portal via Federal Express on May 24, 2022, and it was received and signed for by AMUNOZ on May 27, 2022. Please see proof of delivery attached.The portal was purchased online from Best Buy on November 29, 2020, Online Order No. BBY01-806382603047. We also purchased a four (4) year Geek Squad Product Replacement Warranty (Proof of purchase attached.The portal was returned for warranty replacement because it had a "software failed" error message.As of today's date, I have yet to receive my portal and I have run out of patience with them. It has been over two (2) months for them to rectify this and all we keep getting is the run around.This portal is critical in our communication with my elderly parents, who are in their 90's and live in a different state than me and my siblings. We utilize this portal in order to check on them daily to remind them to take their medications, advise of doctor's ************* etc.Waiting two (2) months for my replacement is absolutely absurd and unacceptable.We are done sharing all this information over and over again on the phone with no end result. Good evening.In December of 2021, I qualified for Facebook Device Insights as follows: "Congratulations and welcome to the Facebook Device Insights program! You'll receive a $5 gift card for every week you participate by providing screenshots to Dynata (see instructions below). You'll also get an additional $5 gift card after you complete the registration and a $5 bonus gift card every 6 weeks you participate."I uploaded my information every week once I qualified. This went on for several months and I received the gift cards, although I had to email a couple of times to get the "extra" gift cards. I continued to upload my information faithfully every week until 5/22/2022 when I was given this message: "We appreciate your interest, but unfortunately this survey is now closed."I never received the remaining gift cards that were owed me for uploading the information that they wanted. On 5/2/2022, I emailed stating that I hadn't received any gift cards since 4/1/2022. Emailed again on 5/15, 5/21, 5/24 and 6/9 and never received any response. I even emailed Dynata on 5/21 to see if they could help me. No response.This is just not right. They continued to text me and email me requesting the uploads (I still have all of the texts and emails). I uploaded and should be compensated for those weeks that I did. The email chain explains it all. In short: I made a successful sale (screen shot with order number attached) the buyer satisfactorily received the item (seco d screen shot), facebook is holding my money/payout for 10 weeks and is now non responsive for the past three weeks as to why. Please help.
