      Facebook has removed access to marketplace from me for no reason. I would like to know why they did this and I want my access restored. There was no reason to do this and I need it back.

      I am a newly-licensed Insurance agent in **, focused solely on helping people choose the best ******************* I had initiated a Facebook profile for my business on Monday, July 18, 2022 and was re-sizing my logo. All of a sudden, the page told me I was suspended for violating "community standards" and I needed to submit a picture for review, which usually takes one day.Three days later (July 21), I received the attached message that I was permanently banned and the decision was final! At NO point, did I ever do anything to my profile that would even remotely violate anything??Further, I never received an e-mail from Facebook at the time of suspension OR any e-mails from them after the adjudication!!! There is supposed to be a "case number" so you can appeal to the **************** I have yet to receive ANY communication to the registered e-mail address OR any e-mail address?? I would like Facebook to re-review my account activity, review my explanation and/or explain how I violated any policies?

      My Facebook/Meta account was recently hacked. The hackers set themselves up in the Meta Business Suite as admins and reduced my role to employee. This gives me no ability to change or undo any of the things they were doing on my business pages. I have tried countless ways of contacting Meta to no avail. I have had to contact PayPal to have them put a stop to the charges that the hackers were building up, because I couldn't get anyone from Meta to reply to my requests to freeze the pages and I couldn't get into the admin panel to remove my PayPal account from the ad account. I have provided them with screenshots of the parts of the page that I can still access that shows user names and in some cases email addresses of the hackers, and have emailed numerous Meta accounts as well as filed complaints within the platform. Meta claims to be the future of people's online existence, yet they leave their patrons completely vulnerable to attack, with practically no recourse for resolving issues once they have been compromised, and will not respond when victims of fraud are desperately trying to reach them.

      Facebook will NOT let help when you report that a friend's account was hacked. You guys are so useless, that you OVERTURNED the request from the original accountholder. All of her child's pictures? GONE! Her Facebook was hacked by some creep, you guys sure must support pedophiles because guess what they have all of her daughter's pictures now and can do anything they want. The profile in question is https://www.facebook.com/*****.*****.9, the hacker turned her name into ***************************** but you can clearly see in the address it's still HER name. I'm filing on behalf of my friend because she works at ******** my name is *********. I've included screenshots of her attempts to recover the account WHICH FACEBOOK DENIED and her message to the hacker that has access to her messages.

      I run a 501(c)(3) non-profit that raises money via Facebook donations. I noticed an issue with the donation button on 4/13/2022 and reported it to Facebook. Facebook responded and I provided the requested information to fix the issue, but the issue was not fixed.I have made several attempts to communicate with Facebook support to fix this issue and they eventually stopped responding to **** cannot support my cause without this issue being fixed and Facebook has refused to fix it. It has been over three months and the lack of customer support is appalling.

      Several minutes after posting a comment to Facebook this evening, my account was locked: "****, your account has been locked. We saw unusual activity on your account. This may mean that someone has used your account without your knowledge." This is false; it's always false. This is Facebook's way of manufacturing a lie in order to obtain your driver's license or other personal information so they can sell it over and over again. I caved in because I have a Facebook account for ********************************************************************* business, animal rescue, etc except through Facebook. Despite providing the *** ******************** kept me locked out because not only do they want my *** but they want to keep me from removing any of my personal data from the account as well. I truly hope ***************************** gets cancer and dies. He's such a scumbag piece of s***

      My instagram account got hacked and instagrams trouble shooting instructions and links sent to my email where absolutely useless. The links and instructions kept sending me in circles and gave me no option to contact anyone from support. This is beyond frustrating given that me nor my friends are able to make sense of instagrams instructions and the fact that no real human being is available to help is very angering. Their entire help center needs a major review given that the instructions where telling me to click on links that were non existent. I just want someone to help me get my account back.

      Without warning Facebook disabled my account using a false charge. Every avenue I used to contact them failed. They never allowed me to see the post that they say I made. I wrote letters and emails and received not one reply. How can they do that?

      I saw an item on Facebook marketplace and engaged with the seller in messanger. He sent me a few additional pictures we agreed on a shipped price and he sent me a payment request... i paid it through facebook pay and since then the seller has not shipped the item and closed his seller profile. I contacted Facebook but despite facilitating this payment they will not take any action to help resolve this. They lack empathy or customer service. This seller is active on multiple social media sites and Facebook takes no action..I.request a full refund and this seller to be band form using any social media site associated with Facebook..

      For them to stop restricting my account. For them to start asking what I meant by it before they decide to restrict me or not. Us minorities talk differently and they need to learn and understand what we mean by what we are saying. I want all the times I have been locked up removed and I want to my restriction to be lifted. The crazy thing is no one ever goes to fb jail for explicit things ****** murder and I go to FB jail for the dumbest s*** and when I go to dispute or try to contact them I get no response. That is really one of my kids and she is in her 20s.
