      On July 20 at around 1:30 p.m. est, I opened my laptop to discover someone was impersonating me and was trying to put **** on my FB page. FB immediately took it down but in doing so, booted me out of my page, a page I am active in and have had for many years. I have tried repeatedly to go through the 2 step verification process to access my page and dispute that this was me. When I type in my phone number, the verification process says that is not the number associated with that account. That has been my phone number for many years, so it appears I'm being impersonated. Upon investigation, Facebook should be able to see that the computer being used to push the **** out was not me, did not come from my home, or most likely anywhere close. I would like FACEBOOK to contact me so that I may resolve this matter.

      My Facebook account was permanently disabled for no reason. I cannot access 13 years of memories and pictures of my family that are mine. There was no explanation and I did nothing wrong. I would like to have access to my account again.

      I am a small business acting as a sole proprietorship. Facebook/Meta agreed to list my Closet Clean Out business through Marketplace. I uploaded documents (social security card) needed to review my eligibility. It has been months, I have not received the funds from my business page. I have attempted to contact Meta personally. I have yet to receive any information.

      facebook is full of obvious scam ads and they should be held accountable

      Hello my name is ***************************. I had my facebook account for quite some years now since maybe 2014 or 2016. My account was disabled for no reason in December of 2021 and I completed the form to submit the review. My account was never reviewed at all due to the reason due to covid there are not a lot of employees to review my complaint. Correct me if I'm wrong but that violates the terms of your website and becoming a user because as a solution ********************** offers a solution that doesn't fix the problem. My account had old pictures with family, pictures from when I was in the Army and much more. This is a shame as a veteran who served this country I have to go through this with no explanation as to why I didn't violate any rules. I have tried to email and find numbers to call and have not had any luck or help. My facebook account was ****** Dsmooth Flowers. That account was also linked to my instagram which also got disabled. My email associated with facebook was ************************

      Downloading personal/privacy information not being permitted. Able to change password to account, but 2 Factor authentication is set up. Company will not remove feature and rejects valid uploaded acceptable identification. I require access to my personal/privacy information to download.

      On May 19, I received an email from Facebook stating that someone was trying to hack into my account and that I should change my password. I immediately tried to log in to my account, and I was unable to - my account had already been hacked into. Then, I was informed by Facebook that my account had been disabled because I had "violated their community standards". It was not me who violated these standards, it was the hacker! I have since emailed them, but they never respond. There is no phone number to call, there is no help center to contact, there is no way to get in touch with them, to get my account back! I have done nothing wrong, and I can prove it with pictures and documentation! Without my facebook page - I am unable to operate my nonprofit organization - Friends for Charitable Causes - which builds playgrounds for disabled children. PLEASE help me, I just want my Facebook account back.

      My facebook account was hacked 7/26 at approximately 6:25pm then later permanently disabled/banned mistakenly by facebook for what the hacker posted once they were able to gain access to my account for violating the community standards. I have tried to use links provided by facebooks help page to help explain that my account was hacked and verify my identity that led to the ban, but I have been unable to get into any sorts of contact with the company as they have ZERO customer service. The provided phone number is a recording and countless emails go unanswered. I have appealed the ban, but will likey stay banned since I have been unable to explain that I was hacked, which I have screenshot proof through various emails and also a quick check by them will show location login data that will show it was a hack at the time of the postings that led to the ban. From what I understand the entire appeals process is completely automated/augmented so I have little hope unless I can explain the situation to an actual person who will listen at the company which is impossible. This hack took place in a matter of minutes once they were able to log in to my account by using a recovery code. My account was banned about 5 minutes later. I have tried filling out various appeal links the to show my identity, but they no longer work when I log in to my banned/disabled account. This is an error many facebook users are encountering. I demand answers and accountability from this company as I have many memories, pictures, messages that will forever be gone in a matter of days as my ban becomes permanent in 30 days because of what a hacker did and the lack of support/answers from facebook. I am looking for a resolution soon as I have spent hours trying to figure out what to do, who to contact, and sending countless unanswered emails to facebook about the problem and the unjustified permanent ban caused by a hacker!       Date Facebook notified to delete ************************* (deceased) Facebook account: July 28, 2022 I filled out the Facebook generated form and attached a copy of my dad's death certificate, obituary including my name, and a copy of my driver's license. They sent me back an email requesting the same documentation. I am afraid my identity has been compromised and I still don't have resolution in closing his Facebook account.

      Good Afternoon,About three days ago, I was changing some settings in my Facebook account when my managed Facebook page was removed from my profile. I have attempted to contact Customer Support at ******************** to have this issue resolved. Facebook has no way to contact a physical person to attempt to resolve this issue. Every where on Facebook site, there is no Contact information for Customer Support. I have filed multiple reports through they reporting system, but I have not heard back from Facebook. I went through the process of a Copyright Claim as the Facebook page has images that the Copyrights belong to me. I was able to get a hold of a person at that specific office, but they have repeatedly told me they are unable to help me and they will not pass my information or give contact information to the correct department to help me with my issue. It has now been 4 days now that I have lost Admin permissions to my page.
