My Robinhood account has been hacked, I have no way of talking with them because of the high-jacking of my account. It is linked to my bank account and $2550.00 was debited from my account unauthorized.I have filed a report with the police, contacted the federal trade commission, alerted my bank and put an alert on Equifax. I feel SO violated and completely helpless. Plus whatever fund I had in my Robinhood account is gone also. I received multi phone calls and text messages, plus emails. For several months (since May 2022), I have not been able to gain access to my Robinhood account. I have contacted Robinhood for several month, including today, 11/18/2022, to close the account and refund money via check. Robinhood has not closed account and continues to notify me that they have to 'escalate' my request in order to close my account. Lets start with the fact that you dont own your crypto wallet keys on robinhood. Lets also talk about how their customer service has no idea on how the blockchain works. Robinhood does not follow the rules of the blockchain at all. They make their own. I have submitted multiple Ethereum transfers out of my robinhood account, yet robinhood has not submitted them to the blockchain. This feels like an attempt on robinhoods part to delay submitting transactions on the blockchain to acquire more money from their customers in fees. Also robinhood is clearly using the crypto currency customers buy to trade with within the companies personal accountsyou can see this by diving deep into the robinhood crypto holdings through blockchain explorer. I want my crypto transferred out of my account and my account closed. Robinhood needs to be investigated imminently by the **** and SEC. There gross negligence in handling customer should be illegal !Business Response

Robinhood has now deactivated my account. They deactivated my account on 11/7/2022. They will not explain to me why? I messaged them multiple times asking why was my account deactivated & that I would like to have my account reactivated. But no one will tell me the reason why my account was deactivated. They keep closing the chat out & saying we'll respond through email. It's been 3 days as of today 11/10/2022 & no one has responded to an email or reached out to me to answer my questions on why my account was deactivated. I don't know if Robinhood is mad because I filed a complaint with the SEC and the BBB. All I know is that they're not responding & my account is still deactivated. I'm missing out on money & trades due to this action Robinhood caused with my account.Business Response

My complaint with ******************* is that the customer service online or phone are not able to successfully help me access my original account with a email address that I have no access to.
