      My account has been locked I have GameStop shares and I provided all the information they asked for I send them numerous email and try to get in contact with them now they are not replying to anything they told me I passed the verification process but they still won’t let me have access to my account.

      My account got restricted over 7 times during the last two months and now it is deactivated. I was so pissed when there is a service like this still available and people still using it. I have did nothing wrong, it was just all because they said to protect me they will put restriction on the account and everytime they do that they were asking me to providing the same documents over and over again many times like that. Even when they deactivated my account, they still didn't let me withdraw all my remaining funds which I was using an external wallet to transfer those funds into Robinhood wallet. It's all my money but they held me back for over 2 months already. I cannot do anything and I still don't understand the reason why they deactivated my account. When I was asking about why do I have access into other account then found out the reason they deactivated my account because me and my wife using the same devices to log in to Robinhood. That was created the case but after I have explain to them they still not reactivated my account. Can someone help me in this case? I just want to get my money in the account but this is just like a scammer wont letting me withdraw my own money. They keep telling me that they are reviewing but it was over a week already they are still reviewing it??? I am broke right now because it's all the money I have in there.
      Please someone could give me an advice what to do? I really didn't do anything wrong but they treat me like this way

      I have an account that I manage through Robinhood that was created when I was a minor in 2017 using my father’s information. When I turned 18 in 2020, Robinhood would not provide me a way to transfer the assets in the account into my name either within Robinhood or through an external brokerage. Around June 2022 Robinhood sent me an email saying they needed documentation to ensure the security of my account that included a digital scan of my father’s drivers license, his social security card, a face scan and a couple of my bank statement that was attached to the account. They had me submit that twice and then responded with a default statement saying I could no longer be a client of theirs and per their terms and conditions they had a right to remove me from the platform. I wouldn’t mind leaving Robinhood, but they have frozen my assets from being withdrawn from the account for over a month and a half now and every time I reach out to their support staff I keep getting sent to an email response whether I contact them via phone, web chat, or email. They have not answered my questions directly and keep sending generic responses to the email thread saying “we’re working on it” and “please bear with us” at the end of every email they say to reply to the email if I have questions or reach out to support and I have legitimately responded within a few minutes of several of their emails and they simply just ignore them. I have over $18,100 currently in my Robinhood account and I would like to be able to have my money back. What makes it worse is I still receive marketing emails and divided payouts, plus I’m still able to buy and sell stocks on the app, I simply just cannot withdraw my assets from the account, which is just ridiculous if they can no longer have me or my father as a client. They also restricted my personal account with my info but I haven’t pursued a resolution with that account as of yet.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have no email record with the case number provided other than that case being referenced when they merged two of my cases together. I would really appreciate knowing how long the remediation process takes, so I can better gauge whether I should continue pursuing action with the BBB. I understand I've been working with Robinhood's support team on this issue, but my questions have not directly been answered. And I'm always funneled to email support with the expectation being set that I will receive a response in a couple days and I never do get a response. Any follow up to the case in the past was a default response from a random agent that either told me I couldn't be a client at Robinhood anymore, or to wait for the remediation process to occur, or something else that never answered my question. Each time a response was sent from an agent at Robinhood, I followed up with one or more questions and not a single question was ever directly answered. Right now, my view of Robinhood is that they intend to keep my money, since they are offering no information tailored specifically to my case (i.e. how long the remediation process takes, what the steps will look like to get my funds back once that process is done, etc.) that is subject to change if I can get a simple timeframe on when I should expect to be able to have my financial assets back in my possession and am able to have my assets returned to me.

      Ive been with Robinhood since 2018 until last year. I invested on crypto and stocks. I had some issue with the bank where they reversed the $ I invested and had to pay a lot of fees. Long story short, I was negative and I was expecting them to take all my investment back but they stated it was my responsibility and only last year one lady that works RH finally said look if you pay this amount you will be able to access the rest which was 2k , then when the market when up and I had 6-7 k they sold a party of my investment which I was okay, wish it happened before, but they locked my account and they sold another part of my currency and realized that they shouldnt and return it. I am trying to withdraw my funds but my account was restricted, I was asked for ID, and selfie. Then I didnt hear from them, I wrote them email and again I had to verify my documents, it was about 4 times. Then they closed my account completely sold my stocks and left me with $65 Why? For what? You told me I will have all the money back, theyve been sending me the same emails, they promise to me within ************************************************************************************************************ I have 60 days only left to withdraw the money its been more then 60 days, I have all the emails saved. The customer service doesnt know what they are doing.They finally (thank you) let me linked my bank so I am allowed to withdraw the brokerage $ but where are my market sell $ which they sold without my consent?!

      I havent received the stocks that were sold without my consent, it disappeared from my robinhood account and when I messaged to then (multiple times) I got the same response each time saying i will get response about it very soon. 

      The first pic with amount of $985.52 they sold my stocks to cover what it was negative on my account,

      Second and third its where they sold my stocks without my permission.

      I only got email from them which I included as well in this letter.

      The response I got from Robinhood didnt solve the issue, I hope they can release my funds in order to close this complaint.

      9/8/22 I sent mail query to have all my personal data removed from the system as I continue to receive emails although I transferred my money out of this company 2 years ago.9/9/22 ****** from Robinhood Support sent a template blurb with a lot of irrelevant details and in the middle of this drawn out email gives me steps to go and do it myself. I reply that I have previously asked to be removed. ****** from Robinhood Support sends a reply after digging back 2 years ago to inform me in detail that my previous request was to be removed from something different and gave me again these steps - IRRELEVANT and reminded me the new steps.

      My experience, or horror story, is pretty much inline with every other complaint. Ultimately, they will not let me withdraw my money. Ive provided all the documentation theyve requested, its been months, and here we are. Made the huge mistake of having my irs tax refund deposited into robinhood, just over 3k, and all my features on the app, including withdrawals, got disabled. So beware to anybody, if youre looking to trade crypto or stocks, there are so many other legitimate platforms that wont steal your money. These other platforms offer better trading pairs, lower fees, better features, pretty much better all across the platform. Oh, and they wont try to steal your money. Be a fool and give then your money if you want, but dont say you werent warned.Tldr; robinhood steals from the poor and gives to the rich

      I am rejecting this response because: nothing has been resolved, i still cannot withdraw my money. Last week they deleted my robinhood account, so now i cannot login or access. Then two days ago they said they enabled withdrawals and i have 60 days to withdraw my money, but, as stated, my account has been deleted/i cannot access to withdraw. I cant contact them, and they dont respond to my emails. A shady business with bad business practices trying to pull a fast one. Fortunately, i have screenshotted everything, my account balances before deletion, account withdrawal restrictions, etc. why cant they just make it right? What a terrible business, and ill be sure to let social media they are complete fools to give this company of thieves any of their money. Ive made my bbb complaint, next is finra and sec, and diligent social media posts, and ultimately a lawyer/lawsuit if necessary. What a dumb company. Stay away.

      I received an email from robinhood on 09/06 at 06:18 AM EST that my account is disabled and a request for account transfer (ACATS) has been initiated (I never requested this)I immdiately contacted robinhood (09/06 around 6:00 PM EST) an opened a case about this security incident and asked them to immediately cancel the tranfer request.Robinhood took my ID and SSN to verfiry and opened a case to investigate further. They also confirmed that this transfer request will be cancelled. 09/08 morning my portifolio shows $0 . I am unable to reach robinhood via phone and they are not responding to my emails. Can you please tell me how to proceed with this.Robinhood Case number is ******** . I had around $45,000 worth of stocks in my account.

      My account has been “restricted” since January 2022. Customer service has requested documentation which I have provided. They do not return my phone call requests generated from the app. Only once did I get them to respond via phone when stating I would be contacting BBB to file a complaint.       On 09/06/2022 I received an email that ACATS(Account transfer) has been initiated to some external account.I never initiated this transfer so I immediately contacted robinhood. I provided all my personal information (SSN card and ID proof) and filed a complaint to immediately cancel that transfer.They created a case #******** and they assured me that investigation is in progress and all my funds are secured since they freeze my account. Today morning when I checked my robinhood account I see $0 balance.I had approx $45,000 worth of stocks. Please help me to get my money back. I am unable to reach them via phone and they are not acknowleding my emails.

      Hello I have filed several complaints and have tried to obtain access to my account for over 2 years I changed my number due to fraud and every time I reach out to Robinhood investments you only have access to email or continue do upload your identification documents. I have done that several times no one has called me I Have also emailed numerous of times and nothing. There was over $2000 in my account the last time I saw it have no idea what the balance is today and I need help getting my money from this company.
