  I opened an investment account with this company before my husband passed, which distracted me for years as I had to focus on my children and deal with grief. Now, years later, I am receiving emails about my account balance and when I reached out the representative looked up my account, verified the balance and asked if I wanted to transfer it and start a new account. But when I told them I just wanted to cash out the call dropped and it continued to happen each time I tried to call back. Now I can't get an answer. I just want what is rightfully mine.

  Same thing as all these reviews . I put money in they restricted my account . Wont let you get your money out . Wont let you close it . Ask for more and more information to lift restrictions . They have everything but my DNA . Its been over 3 weeks and no resolution . Robinhood is horrible they rob from everyone and they are the only ones getting richer .

  Do not use this platform. This company scammed me after my first deposit The funds were just gone after calling customer service and waiting hours on hours to speak with someone and then even getting them to email me. They told me I transferred my deposit to Bitcoin and then transferred it out which I never did any of this. After explaining multiple times I did not do this transaction. They were no help and did not care that I just got a scammed out of my money

  This company is the worst company ever!!! Do not use them! Stay away! They are easy to take your money but do not solve any problems. I was hacked and its nearly impossible to reach someone that can help me. They give you a run around so you can get back into your account but dont protect you against hackers. I will make sure I let everyone around me know you are horrible! Now the hacker can do whatever they want and Im here just waiting. I will be withdrawing all my money asap!

  Robinhood restricted my money for over 1 month and wouldnt release the funds back to the bank. As of now they restricted since 9/11/2923 and it is now 10/14/023 and I still do not have my money sent back to the bank. They say fraudulent account but yet checked my ID twice which is all on line. They dont give you any direction on how to get your funds back so my next step is calling the police because of their so call process. I would not recommend these thiefs of a company l. The customer service is useless and no follow up to even talk to someone. All via email. They say I will not be allowed to use them, hah that is a joke l. I would not want my money with a company like this. Be aware of them holding money on you

  This people arent for real I invest some money in crypto submitted all the doc and they keep rejecting my request to add my bank account so I can withdraw my money this is a ***** company please dont deal with this people they are fake unfortunately.

  I can't say anymore than the comments below. Horrible company that doesn't have any intention of taking care of its " customers." Has a manipulative system of "instant balances/negative brokerage balances" that can cause issues with banks and can lead to lost profits.

  This morning I received a series of email stating that someone was trying to login to my Robinhood account from unknown locations in ***** and **. This was followed by confirmation emails that my password was successfully reseted without my authorization. I have attempted to reset my own password multiple times, but each time it gets reseted again without my authorization. After several attempts to change my password, i am no longer getting acct password reset link sent to my email or a phone code to continue. Instead, i get an error message stating that my request was throttled. My complaint is that there is a non existent customer service support that exist on their website or a chat feature I can use to communicate with someone who can guide me to resolve this. I have sent series of emails but no response. Robinhood claims there is a 24/7 support on their website, which is a total lie. Without my ability to login, i fear that the hacker may be able to gain information on multiple bank accounts my Robinhood account is linked to. I have read that their support response time is about a week, which is absolutely absurd. For a company that deals with peoples sensitive financial information, there is no justification on why a company would not have better support system in place. Hard ****** learned

  Horrible place and tries to keep your money and when you try to get help they promise it everyday but then no one ever contacts you. Place just gives runarounds everyday about my money. They sent it to wrong account and I've given them all the info they asked for to correct it but still cannot get any help. They just promise the supervisor will be contacting me and they have to switch to email and then they hang up chat on you and no one ever contacts you. Stay away from this company. They are thieves.
