      I have experienced terrible customer service as reported by many other people. I initially deposited funds early November of this year. I realized I needed the money for other expenses, so I requested my funds to be transferred to my debit card. After repeated attempts (all failed), I was finally informed that the debit card transfer is not working and they would correct it soon! Then I decided to transfer to my checking account which also proved to be a disaster. Every time I sent my bank statement (either in a PDF or picture format), I received various errors, name on the bank statement is not the same as my name on the Robinhood account (it is the same), statement is not from a bank (which it is), bank account number is not viewable. I have given up sending them anything at this point. I have resigned myself to thinking my original investment will never be recovered, I would have been better off playing the lottery or going to a casino! Totally frustrated with my experience with this company!

      I joined the platform to trade options, specifically Iron Condor option strategies. My first trade near the expiration time, while the stock was perfectly positioned in price, their risk algorhythm decided two legs of the trade were at risk and closed them. This broke the strategy and actually put me in more risk. The explanation I was given was non-sensical as they were saying the option could have exercised and I'd owe half a million dollars when that isn't how that trading strategy works. There is a limited risk if it's left whole and not closed by the company. I should have believed the internet when everyone said not to use the platform but I was bullheaded. DO NOT USE ROBINHOOD FOR ANYTHING. Let them go out of business for their shady and probably illegal practices.

      "Dealing with this company has been incredibly frustrating. Over the past three days, I've relentlessly attempted to process a wire transfer without success. Despite reaching out via three different emails and enduring a three-hour hold on their chat support, I've received no assistance. Even requests for a callback have gone unanswered. In ***** contrast, both E*TRADE and Ally swiftly deposited my funds for the same wire transfer.This experience is especially distressing as I'm in the process of closing on a house and urgently need these funds. It's baffling that a company like Robinhood lacks the ability to respond promptly or resolve account issues. Their unresponsiveness makes it difficult to trust them, especially in emergencies. I strongly advise against relying on Robinhood if you ever anticipate needing quick access to your funds."I'm frustrated with the lack of customer service with an urgent wire transfer related to closing on a house. The lack of empathy and support in this crucial matter is deeply concerning. It's disheartening to note that despite my request made three days ago,there hasn't been any update or response from anyone regarding the transfer.This delay not only affects my personal situation, but also reflects poorly on the reputation of the service provider, especially when discussing experiences with others. It's even more distressing considering that I successfully processed similar wire transfers with two other institutions and received prompt assistance with my funds.Currently, I've been on hold for over an hour in an attempt to inquire about this matter through chat. Despite communicating with someone named ******** via the case ID, there has been no response to my emails in the last two days.Given the urgency of this situationwherein every passing day incurs a significant cost of $400 due to the delay in closing on the houseI urgently request a prompt resolution and update regarding the wire transfer.

      I tried logging into my account. It's supposed to send me a code. It won't after multiple attempts. I tried to contact customer service. There's nothing anywhere to help you reach customer service for this problem. The have a help desk but this issued or anything closely related isn't available. Seriously? A f*cking trading firm and you can't get a hold of anybody to help you login to your account when the issue is on their end? Now I come here to post a complaint and read all the others and I'm shocked. I should have done more research. As soon as I can sign in and sell my positions I am out of here like yesterdays newspaper. I also filed a complaint with the SEC and I will continue to file complaints, post on social media, etc until I'm satisfied. STAY AWAY FROM ROBINHOOD!

      This company claims to offer customer assistance via phone, chat or email and they do not, it is false advertising. Ive been trying to get in touch with an agent for the past four days.

      They closed down my crypto account for no reason. I tried to find out why but they were sworn to "Secrecy" on this (their exact words). I just want to know why is all.

      Horrible ***************** ********************** has frozen my account since October to allegedly resolve a security issue with a potential hacker attack in my account. I have submitted all the information they requested to verify my identity and have not gotten a satisfactory resolution. They promised to resolve the problem within 7 to 10 days and they have not done it. There is no one to answer a call. They just continue to send emails with links to customer support but nothing else happens. Very frustrating and disappointing. I just want to close the account at this point. But have ot been able to do so. Stay away from this company!!!

      My money was stolen from my account, and my account has been restricted for 1.5 months and was not able to request to speak to anyone after this was put into investigation. I had someone call me (after I requested a call back) as I was trying to sell some stocks and transfer funds back to my bank account to make a large purchase. I was hoping for a quicker way then selling each stock one by one, there isnt. They had me transfer my funds to crypto- where my funds were taken. I have yet to hear from anybody to understand what has happened. This was my life savings.
