      Business withdrew **** out of my account and I dont know why. I have actively used Robinhood in a couple of years. Tried to call and email. Cant get to anyone without giving personal information. Im not doing that. I want to talk to a customer service representative and I just want the accounts closed.

      Must untrustworthy and frustrating company ever. I tried to simply link my bank account to withdraw money and Ive been back and forth with customer service for the last hour and a half. It should be this difficult to have something fixed. The customer service is awful. Also, the user interface is hard to use and its difficult to get to where you want to go in the app

      I have been trying to get my account verified for over 2 months. Their email support seems to be misleading and not secure at all. They send email every other day from a differnt person asking to send ** and when you send you get another one. I called explained everything and I was asked to upload to a secure location as they do not have any of my information. Where is all the ** GOING? They don't know and this is very dangerous. In my case even after uploading to the link they provided, they sent another email asking to upload. I beleive its an automated email pretending real human. t's been over 3 weeks and nothing, when i asked how long they need i was told 3 days. now even when I call they don't call me back. Last person i spoke to in their security department even made a funny with a comment " i understands you need your money, I will help you" as if he is trying to do me a favor. I still don't have my account verified. They play childish games. They are not secure and they make funny jokes. This is very rude and unprofessional and un-secure. I don't have time to go back and forth to play games..I just want my money and I don't ever have to use robinhood. I hope someone Investigates where all the ** and documents ppl send are stored? and sacure?. I bet its not. This is the worst platform ever. I have been verified and trading with many other platform while robinhood is busy doing nothing. I believe now they are the next FTX. And my money is trapped in there.

      They restricted my account and are preventing me from withdrawing my money. Ive sent them every single document theyve asked for as well as completed a phone questionnaire with their representative. Its been almost a month and they are giving me the runaround every time I email them or call. I just dont understand how it takes this long to review and lift a restriction. Ive come on hard times, and its very frustrating that I cant access my hard earned money. Ive never had any issues like this with any other brokerage and if it isnt resolved soon, Im going to file a complaint.

      I invested with this company for about 2+ years ago.I changed bank accounts and my phone number due to cost.I went into my account to change this information and was instantly locked out of my account.I have been giving them a link, my driver's license, SS card photo my number,and a selfie from their link.For whatever reason other than telling me tthey reserved the right to block me. I've made no progress over the last 7+ months to get back into my account or receive my invested monies back.I have received several emails letting me know that they are still working on the matter as well as deactivation of my account.If they can't figure that the account is mine. I would think this isn't a good place to invest.One glitch and you're locked out of your account. I have lost whatever money my investment has made and have no way to regain my losses because of their lack of attention to my issues with NO resolve other more stall tactic they continue with me on my account.I have also filed a complaint with the SEC on this matter.This started because I changed bank accounts and didn't add the account before closing my original account on their account with Robinhood.***** getting involved do you reserch on this comapny.

      Started out investing in pionex bots didn't make much wanted to try trading on Robinhood only brokerage I knew about wish I would have known more started investing there friend told me about webull so I transferred my money out to webull traded there went to take some of my money out of webull one day couldnt contacted support support told me my account was restricted due to my cobrokerage account so contacted Robinhood multiple times well over ************************************************************************************** after 1 month of waiting for a reply someone emailed me and the reason for them to tell webull to restrict my account was bc they wanted a reason why I did a acat out and why I did a crypto transfer in they wanted a reason why I told my money out and put money in at first since they didn't have that till now they restricted my account finally found a support phone number to call very hard to find I called and had to move me up to speak to someone else and after speaking to them they told me the same thing as support chat did we will email them and tell them to contact u if any company is trying to steal money by holding it as long as they can it's Robinhood they do not help you

      Someone fraudulently opened an account in my name and they refuse to help me close the account. They keep asking me for my social security number and personal information when Im just trying to verify my account has been closed. Bad business and customer service

      They dont let withdraw my money and the associates/customer service people do not follow the case or complains. Mon For month my money is trapped in my Robinhood account with no possibility to withdraw my money back to my bank account, i suppose this must be ilegal.

      It is not an eldery friendly website. If you do not have a good computer or a cellphone you are screwed. It's very hard to log in. I cannot login, I cannot take a good enough scan/picture and they will not call and leave a code on my landline. I find they do not go out of their way to help.

      My funds are held hostage by this platform. Multiple request to transfer funds have been denied. I want to close my accounts and transfer my funds and I was told I cannot do so belligerent. They are thieves with a license.
