      This is based on a true story that happened last year against Robinhood. After hours, Nvidias stock started moving in the opposite direction, and I was about to take a big loss. I was thinking about selling, but when I tried, the sell button was disabled. I called customer support, and the representative told me there was nothing they could do, claiming it wasnt Robinhood doing. But thats not trueRobinhood does disable the buy and sell buttons at times.This is a classic example of market manipulation, which is illegal. Im honestly surprised Robinhood is still operating and hasnt been caught for this

      Robinhood has locked or restricted my accounts on multiple occasions. I think its wrong to hold peoples funds for extended periods of time. Right now my funds have been unavailable for over 10 days. Robinhood claims they have restricted my accounts due to security reasons. I had to submit two separate bank accounts, facial id, and a copy of my license and my account is still restricted. None of my information has changed and Robinhood has never asked for supporting documents in the past. I believe what they are doing is illegal and should be investigated.

      Restriction on account, support is no help all of my information is verified, multiple calls are fruit less submitted documentation multiple times.Theft plain and simple, will be joining the class action settlement against robinhood I have also filed a CFPB report, warned users on the app store.This is a warning to all who consider holding there money here, this company is made of thieves and liars. Stay far away

      Poor customer service. Put my account in restriction and will not make a call back. The only way to be contacted is through email. Customer support is non existent via phone, email, chat, AI! There is no help! They closed my account with almost $50,000 in it, wouldn't give me the means to verify the funds so I can withdraw it out of my now permanently closed account, and sent me an email stating that since they couldn't verify my funds, "the funds will remain in your Robinhood account and will be subject to the appropriate state or territory's escheatment process." DO NOT USE!! Would give 0 stars if possible!!

      I got a Robinhood account. Put 100. Just to mess around. Next thing I know my accounts in a deficit. They opted me into a gold account that cost 5 bucks a month. Really why would I need that I have an E*trade account that does my stuff. I called them said this was a mistake look at my account and they would do nothing. I ask for a supervisor ***** and he gave me a long list how to opt out but wouldnt refund the money. Its common ******** was not supposed to be on there. But they hide and its a scam to take your money. ******** company save yourself sometime and find a better and more stable company that doesnt have to scam you.

      They have restricted my account without a reason. They will not allow me to withdraw my funds. I just want my money back so I can't close this account. I'm fed up with them.

      This company will restrict your account with no good reason except suspected fraudulent activity. Even though it was me trying to withdraw my OWN money from My account. Now its been frozen for 6 days and I have lost money due to this. I just want my money back and to close my account. This exchange was a mistake

      If I could give Robinhood zero stars, I would. This company is an absolute disgrace when it comes to transparency and customer service. Recently, I initiated a simple transfer between accountsnothing fancy, just moving my own moneyand they had the audacity to slap me with a $100 fee. A HUNDRED DOLLARS. For what? I asked them to refund it, and they flat-out refused. Their excuse? Oh, we always tell customers about this fee. Yeah, right. Im calling their support *** a liar because I never got a single notification, warning, or heads-up about this ridiculous charge. Not an email, not a pop-up, not a whispernothing.And get this: Im hashing this out with some chatbot-like person through their pathetic text support (dont expect a phone calltheyre too cowardly for that), and she just doubles down on the lie. This isnt customer service; its a shameless money grab dressed up as a policy.If they had notified me about the charge to transfer money I would not have went through with the transfer, I would have sent the money back to my checking account ********** yourself a favor and steer clear of this shady operation. If youre already stuck with them, triple-check every move you make because theyll nickel-and-dime you into oblivion without so much as a courtesy heads-up. Robinhood? More like ***-You-Blind.       Today I spoke with Robinhood customer service, I was hung up on, provided zero help to transfer my money out of Robinhood. I am unable to satisfy the requirement of taking a picture to complete the transfer as my computer doesn't have a camera and my phone can no longer support the APP. The atrocity of not being able to access my money in a "banking" business is worthy of review. I am now taking my business elsewhere to any of the institutions that allows transfer of funds with a linked account. It is ironic that I can transfer money in without a picture but not out.
