      Today I spoke with Robinhood customer service, I was hung up on, provided zero help to transfer my money out of Robinhood. I am unable to satisfy the requirement of taking a picture to complete the transfer as my computer doesn't have a camera and my phone can no longer support the APP. The atrocity of not being able to access my money in a "banking" business is worthy of review. I am now taking my business elsewhere to any of the institutions that allows transfer of funds with a linked account. It is ironic that I can transfer money in without a picture but not out.

      They froze my money with no explanation and no are threatening to close my account without returning the money. This has to be illegal and am looking for help in addressing this issue right now.

      Do not use RH! My crypto account was restricted for weeks and when i finally regained access. I tried to send my crypto to my cold wallet to only be limited to 5k per day. After 1 week of transfers they reduced my limit down to 1k per day. I can not get any customer support and when I do the representative can barley speak English and the connection is terrible. They claim that the limit is for my protection- bs! At this rate it will take me months and not to mention each transfer they charge a min. We're going to have to hire an attorney.

      Buyer beware. While using Robinhood to buy and sale crypto I had a sale fail to execute properly. Despite the price going as sing my order price several times the order failed to process. The amount included Robinhoods percentage charged as a management fee. When I chatted in and spoke to a person by the name of **** he was rude and dismissive. When I began pointing out mistakes and falls assumptions he was making, and asked to speak to a manager **** rudely disconnected the chat. Ill be canceling my account, and have gotten my friends to do so as well. For the issue of less than $100 **** has cost Robinhood thousands in trading fees daily. It is no wonder Robinhood stock continues to struggle.

      The app with it's functionality is great and the trades and everything are seamless. But if you ever run into a problem, good luck. They only offer chat and call back support and it takes more than 2 hours to get a hold of someone. On top of it, they can't guarantee they can help you. It is an absolute terrible way to run a business. They only care about the money not the customers

      The worst of the worst . They are applying the ( talk to the hand policy) we got your money so you can go F your self . Sketchy fees and hidden fees everywhere. Transfer money to them = speed of light getting your money back wait for 4 hours to chat with someone . Overall they are scamming everyone their customer service is useless and pathetic.

      Robin hood has terrible customer service I have had a restrictions placed on my account after all my personal documents was sent to them .I believe ther is some kind of fraud is going on

      The customer service I have received has been absolutely terrible. My access to the mobile app was revoked on January 2, 2025, and I was asked to submit a government-issued photo ID and a selfie. I have tried submitting these documents multiple times, but the app has been unable to process them.
      I have spoken with 5-6 different customer agents, and each time I received a different explanation. One of the reasons given was a discrepancy between the date of birth on file and the photo ID, which the team promised to fix within 24 hours, provided I submit my photo ID via a link they shared through email. Despite fulfilling this request, it has now been 7 days, and my issue remains unresolved.
      They continue to provide me with different time frames for resolution, none of which are mentioned on their website, nor have they provided any official documentation with these time estimates. This lack of consistency is deeply frustrating and feels like harassment.
      This situation has also severely hampered my ability to trade, resulting in financial loss. The company's poor service and repeated delays have caused significant inconvenience and distress.
