      I signed up for google advertising. As soon as I gave them my payment info I can no longer log in to my account. There is no way to contact them about this problem. I want a refund and to never be charged by them again.

      This response is the problem. The links they sent to contact them do not contact them. It goes in a circle and you end up no where. My account worked fine UNTIL I gave them payment info. Why would I pay for an account that I can no longer access? I'm sure the majority of people who fall victim to their trap do not complain. I'm glad it happened earlier than later. Some services do not work when automated and this is clearly one of them. This is the first contact from google that was not an automated response. Maybe someone will actually see this but I doubt anything will get corrected.

      I bought a Google Fi connection. I was told I will get a 600$ rebate on phone. But after 1 month they send me a email telling me credit denied I called customer service and they told me they will fix the issue. Yesterday I got a bill of 650$.       On Sunday, July 31st, I signed up for *********** as they were running special pricing for the first three months. The original price is &***** per month. The special pricing is $59.54 per month for August, September and October 2022. When I checked my checking account, I noticed that they charged me $***** instead of $59.54 on August 2nd. I attempted to contact them but they have no customer service number or any way to contact someone to get this resolved. I spent over an hour trying to find customer service information for ******* or ******* TV but could not find anything on their website page or on the Internet. This is not right! If a company is offering a product to a consumer, then if a consumer buys it and has issues with it or company has overcharged for a service, then they should provide a customer service phone number or email address. I should not have to spend time looking for this information and in the end still not finding it. I have no way of contacting the company as I cannot locate any contact information. I would like the company to contact me so I can get the $10 difference refunded back to my payment source and then be assured that the next two months payment will show the special pricing of $59.54 and not $*****. Any help you can give me would be much appreciated.

      I placed an order on the Google store on July 14, order# GS.1988-2974-8866. The item went missing before the shipping company ever picked it up. Tracking number 9261290271163318785748.I contacted Google about it July 30, and rather than just send me my order, they "escalated it internally" and I've been waiting to get any movement every since. They haven't made any attempts to fulfill my order or compensate for the delay like most other reputable companies would do. They did demand my phone number and refuse to explain why they needed it upon request.

      For a week or longer I have being sending several complaints and reports to ******* Compliance Team.. to delete videos of myself and my previous home from their platforms..       I bought three Google Play gift cards from two stores on 7-26-2022 & on 7-27-2022. The first store was ******* the second store was Staples both were in the ********** **************. For a total of $55.00 in Google play gift cards. I have contacted Google Play store and the Google customer complaint line multiple times received no resolution to my complaint. I am asking for Google to place my gift card amount of $55 onto my Google Play account from the Google Play gift cards that I purchased at a stores listed above with cash in ******** in the year of 2022. I have filled out their complaint form multiple times received multiple cases number from Google but none have gone to be resolved in putting my money onto my Google play account for the $55 cash dollar bills I spent on their gift card cards. According to their records the $55 total has not been redeemed when I contacted google. Currently Google's customer service phone number is no longer working and their email service for their customer service is no longer working as well. I still have not received my $55 back onto my Google Play account. According to the Google's terms and conditions on the back of the Google Play gift cards states that I would just need to contact their Google Play customer service lines for a refund of my money but there's customer service lines are no longer being staffed and go to nowhere. I have yet to receive a refund of my $55 from these Google Play gift cards that I purchased at these two stores in ********. If Google Play gift cards are no longer being redeemable on their googles websites then google should remove all of their gift cards from all stores in the *** then too. I'm requesting a refund of $55 from Google for the hassle of not being able to use these gift cards as statedon their website.

      Was using google Fi phone service from May (also bought a new phone from them). Noticed that I can't receive phone call, can't receive message on my phone started sometime between July 15 - 20. Didn't realize it until friends told me can't send message to me. Verified from my wife's phone which is on a different carrier. Reported the issue on July 23rd to google Fi customer service. They couldn't solve the problem, escalated it so called "higher team". Today is August 4th, problem is still there. Missed couple important calls and messages. Very frustrated since I'm still paying my monthly bill but can't use the basic function of a phone service for 2 weeks. Chatted online with a representative tonight, was told to wait for e-mail. But I got e-mail every day for the last 5 days stating "we are working on it". I asked for a phone return and full refund, I was ignored by the representative and was terminated from the online communication.

      I got those problem for dealing with their support team. Until today, more than 2 weeks after I have the phone call issue. The problem is still there. They refused my return and refund request and still couldn't provide very basic service for a wireless (receiving calls and text messages). The only response I got in email everyday is our engineering team is working hard to solve your issue (work my ass!)

      Google has disabled the reviews on our Google Maps and business profile page for our prenatal ultrasound business ************** LLC - *************************. So none of my customers can leave a review. However, my competitors, who do pretty similar services to us, are allowed reviews. I contacted google support. They put me off saying they didn't see any issue with my account at first and that they were working to resolve the issue. Just today, 8-3-22 they responded with this " After keen investigation from the specialist team, I received the revert saying that we reserve the right to disable certain user-generated contributions for individual Business Profiles and business categories." Without any reason given. I will post the rest of the chat in the supporting documents.Our business takes pride in our reviews and has only received 5-star reviews. This is hurting our business as we direct our customers to leave reviews and when they get there it says it is disabled.We need this fixed ASAP...
