      I have been trying to get my refund back. ****** ( a google assistant) reach out and say that she will help me but haven't hear from her since. I been waiting for weeks and days and still no response back to me nor any updates on my refund. I called google customer support and they can't even help me for s*** I asked if there is a person or someone that I can talk to about my situation. He say no.

      Google is Criminal they can decide to suspend a listing of your business anytime they see fit And you can appeal the decision and they will refuse you again without any explanation you can even hire a outside company to help like Steady Demand wich by the way is run by *** ****** whom works for Google suspending your business listing.We have been in business for 39 years and Google shut us down in 2 seconds *** ****** and his company Steady Demand along with Google need to be accountable and prosecuted to the fullest in the highest court...

      Every year the ******* side of the business continues to push more "it's not an ad"s in the app. Customers pay for ******* premium to have "offers" about *** pushed to them, to have channel subscriptions constantly a click away, and in the last couple years to have web stores directly under videos. As of a couple months ago those webstores seem to now also be in the home feed. Google is a pestulence that needs to be treated by regulation.

      very bad service i order a phone on the 10 th they just keep delaying it now today on 10/16/2024 they now forced a refund of my order , so i would think about using there phone service STRAIGHT SCAM STUATS WATCH OUT RED FLAG ALERT ALERT !!!!!!! ALSO there support center team they give u access online are very RUDE AND DOES NOT CARE IF U JUST WANTED UR ORDER SENT OUT not go all through this crazy fire abuse phone support and live chat abused also they WILL BE FAST SAY SORRY but that does cut way user service is giving out , hope this info helps someone .............!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      I would give a zero rating. My teacher sends me educational videos on you tube. After about 2 weeks, I now have a total of about 9 videos that vanish after I click on the link in her email to me, where as the link worked the first 2 weeks. It comes on for a split second, then disappears, then the error looks like this screen shot: /Users/*****/Desktop/Screenshot 2024-10-14 at 10.07.49 PM.png My teacher is frustrated they are being taken off, since she is not removing them, like the error message claims. Please explain what is wrong and how you will fix this. Thank you.

      Would give zero. Even with settings in 'off', G is still stealing my contact info and other data. Setting to turn of sharing doesn't function, you can use prompts and delete what is there, but the setting WILL NOT turn off! Hope this antitrust lawsuit goes through, but with the money and lobbyists they have, probably not. ********, *****************. My contacts were in my internal storage before they swiped them. Now I can't even directly restore them there and for some reason (again with setting off for years) they were able to access them and move them off my internal storage. Wonder what else other than contacts/messages and my photos they are stealing. I'm sure they will lie and debate this so don't bother with 'resolutions', the only one will be when they get taken to court.

      I filed 3 claim disputes w/Google financing due to a misrepresentation of promotional discount by Google store. Google has no contact with customers and every interaction Is done through an IVR system. The **** SERV is the worst. I have in the past purchased many Google products; however, I will never purchase anything with this company. Extremely dissatisfied! Worst company customer service. PERIOD! BUYER BEWARE!

      Recently purchased a ***** 9 and then returned it. It's been over a month haven't received my trade-in credit. I went to the Google Store, which is a 2-hour drive from my place, only to find out that they don't know why it happened. However, they will open a case, and if I want to know the status, I will have to drive 2 hours to their store again! How can this be acceptable? Google is making my life so ************ this point Google basically stolen money from me. I thought of letting it go but we invested so much of our time. Will see the end of this. How much dishonesty google can show. I have all the records of emails and in person meet up along with chat transcripts. The level of inconvenience and negligence google showed is appalling. It feels like harassment! It also takes more than 2 days to reply to the email.

      i did not cancel an app before the trial ended so i was charged. i opened a claim from my bank so they gave me a temporary credit then filed the refund request to google, to which the claim was denied by google. so the temporary credit was reversed from my account. the bank has stated and shown that the charge applied to google was still valid. no refund was given to me by google and the temporary credit given by bank during the claim, was taken back. so the app was paid for but i can't use it. it is requiring me to pay again. this is because the developer stated that they actually gave me a refund to google play. i reached out to google and they did not confirm nor deny this, even though you can see "refund" on my account from videoleap and I sent them an email from the developer saying this. anyway, google said they will not help me because the bank did a chargeback, then they said it's cuz I filed a claim. but what they are not doing is addressing google's response to my claim denying my right to a refund and the fact that the money was not taken from them by the ******* currently i have paid for an app I cannot use. google says contact the bank, the bank says contact google (they supplied documents to state their claim so of course it's back on google) and the developer said I can't get access because they gave me a refund back to google. what makes me even more mad, is that you can't talk to anyone by phone. you can't talk to anyone from google who answers claims from banks. you get the **** that only responds by email. the 2nd rep told me to stop using "offensive language", when I asked what did I say that was offensive, he said "you keep saying we are ignoring you". lol 1. that's not offensive and 2. it's the truth - if you're not ignoring me, then tell me why I can't use an app I paid for.....

      I purchased 2 $50 Google Play cards. When redeeming them, a message came up that they needed more info to redeem the cards. I have sent proof of purchase receipts along with activation receipts and photos of the cards (front and back) four times now. They will Not release the funds. Ive done everything theyve asked (without reason for needing it) and still nothing.
