  Reviews on Google Maps are not helpful in making a decision to visit or give a place business. If a moderator or the business you are reviewing doesn't like their one star review, they seem to be able to take it on their right to remove your review and shadow ban you if they didn't like what you wrote and say it falls against their policy. I would not recommend anyone using google maps to write reviews on businesses, and use trip advisor or any other platform other than google to place your reviews on a business. Twice I have wrote honest 1 star reviews, and both times they decided to take it away from public view.

  Google needs to provide better customer support for their Business Profiles. As a new small business owner, they have denied our business on Google search engines for deceptive concept. I have applied for an appeal submitting several business documents proving our legal business name, company address, *** filing, and a video of our van with our logo. At least if you are going to flag a business as not legit you should be able to provide them with an exact reasoning as to why. This is very wrong and only hurting small business advertising. Furthermore, there is no way to contact support for assistance. It is poor business practice and very unprofessional.

  ******* has done nothing to improve their ******* Music app. It use to be a wonderful app, but has fallen off hard at the end of 2022 to current (2024). I have a Family subscription for music. Songs are becoming unavailable days after downloading. The program will still shuffle these unavailable songs and then hold the consumer hostage till they play an entirely new playlist or search a new song. The app is slow even on the most up to date technology. Quality of the music you download has dipped. The app overall lacks many great features that competitors have. Its really disappointing for such a huge company to be doing such a terrible job.

  They installed the box where it comes into the house crooked and I could have lived with that. BUT they left off the cover plate, i contacted them and asked for a cover plate. Its an eyesore without the plate, I cant cover it up with furniture or anything. They refused to send me a cover plate , its not worth their time or effort. If you get google fiber watch everything they do and dont let them leave untill youve inspected everything with a fine tooth comb, because they stand behind their work.

  last 3 google play cards ive bought all asked for more info when redeemed, i sent pics all 3 times with receipts and pics of card and all 3 were denied they are straight up ripping people off even with proof of purchase and code being active still cant claim it, hard to boycott when everythings a monopoly, done with google

  ************** is a third-party contractor hired by Google Fiber, and they are digging and laying fiber all over the place without the homeowner's consent. This company, in order to save money, has hired a large number of inexperienced and highly unprofessional workers, who have repeatedly broken residents' water pipes and other companies' fiber optic cables. The workers laying the fiber for this company don't even speak English, and without evidence, there's no way to determine whether they are undocumented immigrant laborers. It is absolutely outrageous. Moreover, they shamelessly deny responsibility for the damage, delaying for months or even a year before refusing to admit that they broke water pipes and other fiber optic lines. In **************, especially in *********, many homeowners have had to pay out of pocket to repair their yards and fix the mess left behind by this company.

  I have managed Google Ads since 2006 and had perfected the ads and marketing. Google Ads decided that text ads were no longer to be used but I had 30 ads that were perfect for my specific program which is recruiting ****** parents. My ads were grandfathered in and fine until my company changed their name. Because Google ads did not allow those text ads to be edited (the company name) I had to delete 30 of my best ads. My company also changed the url of the company website. It seems that I really am starting from scratch after all these years. Their bots scan the entire website and generate ads but my program is only on one page so the ads are not appropriate for my program which is why text ads worked so well. They also put in the location of about 10 branches and only two pertain to my program so it is misleading and cannot be changed. The customer service department employs all heavily accented people who I cannot understand so it has been probably 5-6 calls so far and no help. I would cancel the account but it is still the best recruiting tool that I have and most of my budget. So far I still have videos. They also want you to use broad keywords that get lots of clicks, but inappropriate ones for my program which is why text ads were perfect. Google also does not like personalized advertising because it is ****** care and says my ads will not run in some areas. Google keeps making rules that exclude their advertisers and stop ads from running. Then you have to create new ads. Dealing with customer service has been difficult and frustrating. ********* Bing copies Google so I dont want to move my budget there because it will be the same.

  Bs I paid a 25$ gift card says need more info to be redeemed filled a form 3 times now and they only send me an automated response saying they cant help cause the info don't match WHEN the live chat employee told me they verified code and code is correct. pls refer to this reddit topic (thread) *************************************************************************************************************************************
