      Has gotten everything from me to validate my company including tax id number and banking and still refuses to acknowledge or publicly post my company name in the search engine for fencing contractor in my area of ***** . This has failed to resolve after 3 attempts to correct the issues

      NFLSunday Ticket complete rip off. You do not get to watch every game every weekend false advertising. Don't give them a nickel. I paid for it last year and I got none of the games I wanted they were all blacked out.

      Switched from Tmobile to Google fi.Never had any issues with Tmobile but constantly having issues with Google / Google FI. I opted to order two pixel 8 phones with the promo for new customers the phones were free with applied bill credits. Received my phone in a few weeks, activated and works great. After about a month waiting my wifes phone never arrived. Called and asked ** if they could expedite and the ** *** said that they could not do anything but I could cancel the order and reorder. I cancelled my wifes phone order and lost the promo with it. The new promo was on the pixel 9 phone. I called ** and asked if it would apply to my account. They said since I had the unlimited package my wifes pixel 9 order would be covered by the new promo of applied bill credits and the pixel 9 is essentially free for new users. Ordered the pixel 9 after getting off the phone with the ** ***. ***** received, activated and works great. Unfortunately google / google fi is not applying or giving me the bill credits for the pixel 9. I have traded emails for over a week with people in ** and they are 100% clueless. Not sure if it's a classic ************* or if their support is totally inept or incompetent.Knowing what is know now I would never suggest or recommend Google fi or buying thru their store. Service and coverage is excellent along with the phones, it's the non existant ** that is the problem. I posted on reddit and people with a similar issue had it resolve by a ** *** named **** I was told from a reddit poster Google has a glitch in their system when I cancelled my wifes phone order she still appeared as an existing user even if she never received any phone or had any phone activated. I am hoping my issue gets resolved but I am skeptical at this point. Actually I would give them zero stars if I can.

      I have had three charges each of $126.37 and three conversation surrounding a missing network box that was sent months ago and confirmed now by three reps it was received and a refund would be sent and no other charges would be added yet with no success .

      Google customer support service technician are charging money to help recover all of the people who have Google account and that forgot their Google account password we can't get in contact with a person on the phone from Google customer service and even when we do they asking their users to pay money to their customers support service technicians to get help and access my in to our own free Google account like they say it was this is completely wrong and should never be allowed to do anything like this SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE AND THIS NEEDS TO BE LOOKED INTO AND NOT JUST PUT ASIDE

      This app is absolutely just a tool used to limit free speech. I pay 20 bucks a month and I was banned from commenting because I don't support pedophiles. This app is absolutely shameful. And there's not a number to call, or anyone to talk to.

      Google charged 1 dollar on my card for play pass discount at 4 am without my knowledge or approval so how many people got this charge did google just make hundred of millions off of google accounts and where did money someone needs to check little charges i want my dollar back thank you

      I am a business owner with a service based business, with a business profile on Google's platform. I recently changed scheduling systems and was unable to remove the third party booking link from my Google profile. I contacted Google several times since June 2024. I was told to file a third party complaint form and provide proof showing that I reached out to the third party attempting to remove the link. According to their support information, the third provider has 5 business days to remove the link before Google will remove the link themselves. It has been 4 months and Google has done nothing to resolve this issue! Google is allowing inaccurate information to be displayed about my business profile and it has affected my ability to acquire new customers because of the confusion when booking.

      Google forces you to have & use a Gmail account to use android device & services; thabks to much spam my email filled up, google gave many warnings about having a full inbox and not being able to send or recieve mail soon; my inbox fills up,and all sercvices stop, and to have services turn on i have to pay for expansion, even if idelete 100s or 1000s of email my services remain off there trying to force me into a monopoly they control and own, how any of this is legal is beyond me

      I asked for answers and I got hung up on I will be ***orting this to the BBB. The customer support service is awful. Yes I was irate! I did not raise my voice. I did not point any derogatory remarks at the customer service **** I expressed that I was angry and my issue was not resolved and the *** said thanks for contacting goodbye and hung up on me. This has been the worst experience I gave ever had with customer service. I am livid. Save yourself some headache and don't switch to Google Fi
