      After all of the google products I've bought, I must say I'm disappointed. If you purchase a high dollar phone be aware if you insure it, it means nothing if something unfortunate happens to it. They will replace it with a lower Quality phone and tell you ????? sorry this is all we have in stock. ******* dollar company but can't replace an insured phone. Go elsewhere where your money and patronage is respected.

      I have had a Google NEST Account for the last 6 years and they have been automatically charging my checking account. I wanted to see what I'm paying for and to manage my subscription, however, when I go into "Manage My Account" in my google account, it shows I have zero subscriptions or payments for anything. In other words, I cannot access my Google NEST subscription. I can't cancel it. I can't upgrade it. THIS IS FRAUD. I want to cancel my Google NEST Account and they keep charging my checking account $160 per year. Complete and total fraud. Do better, Google!

      Extremely Disappointing Experience with Google Fi and Google Store Support.I purchased a Pixel 7a from Google Fi in August 2023, and within 60 days, the phone stopped working. When I reached out for support, I was told I would receive a refurbished device as a replacement, which I contested since I had purchased a brand-new phone. The confusion only escalated from there. Despite purchasing the phone from Google Fi, the replacement was handled by the Google Store, and I was constantly bounced back and forth between the two entities, neither of which wanted to take responsibility. I was assured that the refurbished device would come with a one-year warranty. However, the replacement phone also stopped working, and now both Google Fi and the Google Store refuse to acknowledge their responsibility, claiming the warranty has expired. The customer service has been appalling. Calls often last over 40 minutes, only to be dropped before any resolution is provided. I've called seven times, and each time, I'm told that my case needs to be reviewed, only for the call to get disconnected. On top of that, I requested to speak with a supervisor and was promised a callback within ***** hours. It has now been four days with no follow-up.This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I want others to be aware of the poor customer service and lack of accountability at Google Fi and the Google Store. If you're considering purchasing a phone or switching to Google Fi, I strongly advise you to think twice. The hassle and lack of support are simply not worth it.

      We were trying to switch to Google Fi in May. Although the account was activated, but we could not use the service at all. No phone calls could be made, no data could be used for more than two months. But Google Fi charged us two months. Called the customer service and we were told there could not do anything although they confirmed that we did not use their service at all during that period. This is totally BS. Greedy Google...

      Thieves, constantly, every day they try to hit my debit card for a fraudulent charge for "storage", even though they claim that they're not doing it. Everyday it happens. Nothing but thieves.

      I hate that Google has taken over ******* thanks to Google a lot of ******* channels are being deleted solely based off their private playlists and that in itself is not ok. I don't upload or leave any negative comments so there was literally no reason for this ******* / Google claimed it was based off repeated violations which is a false statement 3 different accounts shut down all because of MY PLAYLISTS playlists that were not even shared or made public so i consider this discrimination as they had no legitimate reason to remove any of my channels based off my personal playlists you should be ashamed of yourselves!

      Google unfortunately cannot be trusted with important information. Locking subscribers out of their account containing irreplaceable photos, documents, workload encryptions, bank transactions, professional and personal videos all stolen by access denial. this by far is the most unethical practice, I've ever experienced by an established ********* original email address with them was anokidivine@***everything attached to it over the past 10 years is kept from the owner, despite verifiable positive identification. they will then try to convince you to "sign up for an account" although you currently have one established. in order to use very basic services, thereby being careless about disposing of the very pertinent history,of which is needed.

      ******* recently has started to keep ad revinue in excess of a fair rate. For an example the ******* channel Your New Zealand Family. Since starting an American tour, has been recieving bread crumbs. Usually their page receives 44 to 47 percent of ad revenue from views. This type of profiteering can shut down further visits, by other content creators. Ultimately leaving a sour taste in the mouth of persons from abroad. This is the 3rd such instance I have come across where ******* is doing this. And as the pattern is alarming, I felt I needed to address this here.
