      UNfortunately I cannot leave a zero star rating!I am a long time member of ******* (going back to 2008 at least). Recently my comments I have left on videos have disappeared into the ether so that neither the public nor the content creator can see them. There is a part of my family name that sometimes gets caught by spam filters that might be at fault because this is happening 100% of the time on multiple channels. Interestingly my ******* handle name is also my google email address, which I have held since 2006.I have remedied the issue by creating another account (that has nothing to do with my family name) and I have had no issues publishing the same exact **************** enjoys the luxury of making money off other people's work with advertising revenue, without any oversight or accountability to either the user or the creators. I have gone to their help center but they claim they can't see my account and parrot the very things I have found myself by doing research on what could be at fault. Their help is useless! There needs to be a real support line with real people answering the phone and have access to help you with your account. Funny is that ****** and ****** can manage this. Why can't *******?

      Absolutely terrible service. I've been a customer for over 10 years, and the moment I need help recovering my account, there's zero customer service. They have an awful online automated help website that just runs you in circles without solving your problem or offering an alternative. I have to call my bank and have them block my subscriptions, like Google One, because I have no way to get into my account. I'm forever leaving this awful platform that obviously doesn't care for its customers.

      Google reveiws has hurt my buiness, people can leave reveiws that have never been to my business, and i cant get them to remove them, My business is not racist and demand them to take it down

      Google randomly Suspended my business profile for no reason. Took 2 months to verify and setup... and now I'm locked out with no answers besides "we know you are frustrated but another team handles the appeals"...They requested documentation to prove I can do business. I got them what they asked for and per their website, said it would take up to 5 days to correct and reinstate my profile. Now I am again waiting on them, it's day 8. They don't offer any help, they move very slow, and they are hindering my business from growing.. meanwhile, they are charging me for ads I can't utilize, they offered a 14 day trial which I couldn't use due to the setup taking months, they offered $1500 of free ads but I can't use that bc my profile is suspended. These are unethical actions taken by a huge corporation that is keeping me from gaining momentum and earning a living.

      I keep getting emails from Google workspace with an invoice for a service I have not received. I have filed a dispute with my credit card and I am hoping that Google will do something to remove this account. I have no access to the account and no way to sign in and speak with customer care. There is no phone number to call to speak with a human. The ai is not able to help me without signing in. I cannot sign in!!! I have filed a complaint through Google's other services and they were unable to help me.

      I put an awful review about Google somewhere I think I also did it on BBB. It was about being locked out of my accounts. However cannot say that was not through my own mistakes I was out of my mind and I do apologize. I've tried to contact the BBB through phone numbers that do not work. Apparently there's no way to take a complaint down so I apologize to Google for whatever complaint I had made It was not appropriate either way. So this is me trying to correct the mistake that I made and leaving the review that I have. Life is very hard right now and I think I just lashed out about my emails and not being able to access them. Once again probably through my own poor decision making

      ********** is a SCAM!!!!!!!!! If you try to cancel your subscription, you can't and they continue to charge you, even though you were sent an email saying your cancellation had been received and would be stopped. They are liars and thieves!Anyone who reads this don't try **********!

      Google email full of sexual spam hundreds a day and clear and even more. Tried to change my Google password and live person told me I had 75 hackers and 25 infections. Talked to ***** who said he was an anti hacking tech and wanted $300 I'm sure another hacker.
