Their enabling their ******* app to update on its own without use permission. I don't want it to update so have auto update disabled but updates in the background on its own.

A customer should not have to get the run around and jump through hoops just to discontinue device protection. And csr's should not be the condescending mouth piece regurgitating policy to ****** and dime cutomers to death.

********** is scamming people through add on packages. It is NOT clear when a subscriber signs up what each add on will charge nor the fine print of the cancellation policies. ******* wants me to pay upwards of $400 in 4 payments that are "uncancellable" for an add on service I can't access. Their subscriber model is dishonest. When you cancel your base plan the add on prices will still be charged to your account even though you can no longer access *********** ******* needs to fix their subscription models. To demand hundreds of dollars in payment for unavailable services is a scam. The solution is NOT to resubscribe to the base plan for an additional 800+ dollars for the duration of the add on. If a customer cancels their subscription then the contracts should be terminated. If there are termination fees those should be clear up front at the time of purchase. If there are payment installments those should be clear at the time of purchase. Any payment installment should be cancellable with terms if need be. And everything related to the service and payments should be clear at the time of purchase.A consumer should have the right to subscribe or unsubscribe to services. Services legally should be provided if payments are made. Unfortunately ********** which was my first choice for tv and is no longer trusted by me. I will be looking elsewhere for tv and recommending friends and family to look elsewhere for tv services. A tv business just wants money for provided entertainment, but it appears ********** wants money even if they dont provide channels and services.

Google has had a lot data leaks, and is letting its customers be tracked by foreign intelligence. They might not know, but it is possible that data has been leaked to foreign media. Apps like Tiktok, ******************* and other platforms could also be hacked. (Probably to influence the incoming US election, its economy and more. ) I could be completely wrong though, and way over my head.

Paid for a lifetime membership for an app called Wonder off the Google play store. After switching phone the app would not restore. I contacted the developer who did nothing. Google customer support said it was not their problem. The review page for said app has nothing but reviews from other people with the same issue. Google is complicit in allowing this company to scam customers and allowing this predatory behavior on its customers.

Re Google Business re-verification : Since 2015 we have had a site verified by Google, with 5 Google numerical verifications on the home page of our website. For some unknown reason, Google is now requiring a re-verification. The only option open is that of a live video that requests sensitive and invasive information : "Demonstrate proof of management. You can show that youre authorized to represent your business by recording employee-only items or areas. Record yourself opening a cash register, accessing a point-of-sale system, unlocking the store, staff room, kitchen, or storage room." I have tried to communicate with Google by "feedback" as well as email. And we do maintain a paid email account with **********************. The only response has been a form email suggesting I go to a community page. I will need to hire this video done, as I am unable to do it myself. As some the requested information endangers our security, I would also like the option from Google to verify by text code - an option usually offered but not in my case. How can I get in touch with someone at Google who can provide this option?

It really ***** that I waste all day trying to share photos with my family member only to find certain photos were not included. And the only reason they werent is because we were emailing each other via gmail that those are the pics we wanted. This is surveillance and a monopoly! I already pay for this, why am I getting abused just because my family member is not your customer? Thats a load of BS. You have more money than God, theres no call for this s***** behavior. Just let me send photos to my elderly parents next time without making me whip out a **** usb stick. You have no right to hold the internet for ******. I deserve way more than a $20 lawsuit payout.

My business was on Google Business for 3.5 years. My account was suddenly disabled with no clear explanation. I paid $39.99 just to speak with a person to help me resolve this as my business is losing customers each day it is disabled. The rep was very helpful and helped remove inadvertently added profiles. Per the instruction of Google, I submitted 3 appeals in hopes to resolve the issue so my business will become active. I was told that I need to wait to hear back from Google on my appeals. It has been over a week and again, my business is losing money. I cannot call Google and find that trying to resolve this is going into a black hole. I am frustrated and as a small business owner, very scared that potential business is going elsewhere. This is my livelihood and Google makes this all extremely difficult. I am at their mercy and by business is suffering because of it. ******************************* Owner, TS Staging and Design
