      Not complete with the complaint. ******* has banned my account for something against guidelines when I requested to understand what guidelines I broke they did not answer and just deleted my account

      i recently traded my old phone for a new one. i used the smart transfer system and initially, everything seemed ok. that is until i tried to open an app. none of the passwords transferred with the rest. no problem, i know they are stored in the google file. however, i cant remember my password. so i decided to reset it. unfortunately, while trying to do so, i ran into a major problem. it wanted to send a code to either the phone or email. since i cant acess the email due to the password problem, i thought phone. thats when i discovered that they still had my old phone number listed. which i have no acess to. so how do you fix this problem? the website is useless because it tries to do the same thing. they dont have a customer service number so i cant call, believe me ive called every number ive found none give you help. all i want, is for them to step up to the plate and help. in person. no automated systems.

      "Frustration with Google Fi Support and Defective pSIM Cards"I'm disappointed with the way Google Fi support has been handling issues with pSIM cards. Two people on my family plan have been experiencing phone issues on and off since May. We've ordered a total of six SIM cards, and they've all stopped working. Whenever I call Google Fi, they give the same response: "This is a known issue, and our engineers are working on it." They promise to reach out when it's resolved, but they never do. I've filed a claim with the *** and encourage others to do the same. It's unacceptable that Google Fi is sending out SIM cards that die within a few weeks or even on arrival. I want a refund for the unused service and will be switching carriers. It's been a nightmare with Google Fi!

      Do not buy the Home devices. My Home Mini quit working because of a problem that MANY people are and have had. They refused to replace the device. I will not ever use Google again and recommend others don't either.

      Apparently, my religion is not protected by ******* TOS, but the religion of the person who made threats to burn me at the steak like they used to to do did not receive any violation. All I said was at least my religion isnt known Roman *********** & I got slapped with a one month restriction for hate speech - *********** has tried every way to stonewall me and offers no means of communication. They did not even tell me what I had done until I reached out to their headquarters. I pay more than $17 a month for these services. I think they are an evil company who should be dismantled. Not to mention our complicit in the genocide of Palestinians.

      I purchased a Google play card, I have card and receipt, when I went to use it, I found google had deactivated my $200.00 card. They have no phone number to call or email to refer to for help. basically they stole $200.00 from me. I would like it returned. I want my money returned to me. I have tried to follow the internet instructions to no prevail. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and want my money returned. How many people did they do this to in May/June 2024? How many people lost money from Googles fraud schemes?? Scams??***************************

      Tried ********** and when signing up for trial it indicates we need to select *** Package if we want it at time of sign up. However, when we cancelled the trial we were charged for the package!!! Unacceptable! And no way to contact them or dispute!

      Google has zero customer service. And by requiring you to chat, they are ignoring the Americans with disabilities act. It is almost impossible for me to chat on line because I am totally disabled. But they have no customer service number which can be called. Absolutely the worst company to do business with in *******.

      Absolute trash. Horrible support. Constant transferring so that the issue doesn't have to be dealt with. Money was stolen from me. Also they charge accounts days before the given due date. Google is stealing money.
