      I purchased a phone from the Google store that included a promotion for a 100 dollar store credit, which is the reason I chose topurchase the phone from google. Upon attempting to use the store credit to purchase the extended warranty from the google store,the website wouldn't let me check out. I contacted support and was informed that despite nothing in the terms and conditions of theoffer saying so, that the store credit could only be used for an item that cost EXACTLY the amount of the credit, that you couldn't useanother method of payment for the difference in price. Google doesn't sell any products that are the exact cost of the credit, whichmakes the credit useless. I tried to escalate the issue with support, but got the run around until I gave up and tried to purchase theextended warranty with my own money, however buy that time they informed me that I could no longer buy the warranty as they onlyallow it for 30 days after the initial purchase. I feel they purposefully took so long in the emails and chats with delays to get to thispoint

      Extremely disappointed with the lack of help from customer service and warranty from the ********************** pixel watch I bought. I always took care of my device and did not experience any sort of abuse, water damage, or exposure to anything that could damage it. That said, my device suddenly stopped working after 1 year and one month of purchase. It just stopped charging, I tried buying other charging cables and using other outlets as basic troubleshooting. But nothing worked.After trying these measures out, I decided to investigate what Google could do and if there was any sort of warranty. Turns out the warranty expires exactly one year after purchase.. to me that already started to look shady, as if they knew this device may fail shortly after. They are pretty expensive 200+ dlls.Anyways, I decided to reach out to Google and see if they could offer some sort of resolution and the only thing they offered me was a discounted price of a new one (10 dls off) of what a new one costs. What a freaking insult, I asked them I needed to escalate this and needed a supervisor to review this, or at least have it looked at or repaired. But they closed the chat and where not helpful at all! What a freaking waste of money and frustration, a company that I really looked up to and this is the kind of way they treat their customers.... Geez

      Garage ************* ** 35+ Years in business - Google trying to destroy my Biz We have been a client of Google's for over 15 years, utilizing PPC and other services. Recently, our Google My ******** ***** listing was suspended for an unknown reason. We appealed the suspension, but the appeal was rejected on June 21 without any explanation.This suspension is significantly impacting our business as we spent considerable time perfecting our *** listing and gathering reviews. We invest over $20,000 annually in Google PPC, which we are considering halting if the *** issue is not resolved.

      I did a trial with YouTubetv last July and canceled my trial on August 2nd of 2023. I did not get billed in September but in October I was billed as ever since. I contested the bill several times and I get charged anyway. I have gone through and canceled and I should not be getting charged, this is not a good business practice and it's dishonest. I have gone through our accounts with ********************** and we have no purchases and no subscriptions. It does say I'm very upset and Google makes it impossible to contact them. There is no customer service everything is done on computer, but you and I know that even computers have problems now and then. I should be able to contact somebody but this is not the case. I really don't know how to get it to stop. That being said I do not recommend ********** to anyone.

      ********** is the worst! If you change your "Home", you are unable to watch TV at all. After spending $80/month just get the run around from "customer service!."

      I was doxxed on ******** My name and numbers was released by a content creator I did business with years ago. She did it out of malice and revenge after she attacked me. ******* was informed, I went through the process, I had to beg for updates and was ignored until today. They sent me an email stating they cant identify the violation. This is after I referenced the timestamp and transcript where it was in the video. This company does not care about the safety of subscribers. They are protecting internet crimes and chose to ignore doxing. I now have to take matters in my own hand against Google/Youtube for their negligence and disregard that has caused me emotional distress.

      Google owns youtubetv. In 2021 I subscribed to utubetv. I had one person on my account. I noticed that I have been charged fir two subscriptions. There are obsolutely no working telephone to reach utubetv or Google. My partner fir 22 years was terminal I'll and his care was my primary concern. When he died in November of 2023 I had the time to pay attention to myself and my finance. What I discovered was Google utubetv was charging me for two subscriptions. I tried to reach Google and utubetv but I was unsuccessful. Each month I was charged ***** on the 26 of the month and then again on the 29. I noticed my bank that there was a duplicate invoice but I was told that I would have to wait until the pending is an actual payment. In essence I ended up with two payments on my credit card. In early March of 2024 I canceled my subscription but Google still submitted these two charges. Finally my bank was able to give me credit for four months. I was not able to get credit for almost 3 years of double payments. I removed my credit card from Google utubetv but they still billed me. Eventually I canceled my credit card in June 24 yet Google still submitted another payment on July 3 2024. According to my bank fraud section Google used a different code to bypass the stopped payment that was set up to prevent Google from charging me for a subscription that I do not have.

      I wanted to watch a WNBA game. But was denied access because of local distribution rules. I was still charged membership. Did not watch anything. Tried contacting. NOTHINE. Case reference Order Number YPC.YZK3-XD6U-2KUE-CCU9

      Do not have your card on google. 2 phones was order on my account and i called ********************** they said they cant cancel the order even though they didnt ship it out they said just wait for the phones to come to return it. The first order never came and they only offer a reship. i asked if i can return the replacement they said yes. I go to the google store to return it they said the serial number is wrong and that id have to return it online and to contact support for a return label. I contact support for a return label and they denied me from returning my replacement for my money back even though they said when it comes i can return it. Do not order from google they are a scamming company that want to takes people money. I will be Filing a lawsuit with my attorney about this major situation causing me to lose ***** dollar
