The worst experience with warranty claim on a Google pixel phone. After 2 months since initiating a claim I finally received a replacement phone but it is pre-owned, somehow valued more than the same device I purchased a few months back (!) and doesn't have a warranty... Still fighting to get the device replaced with a new phone. The customer service is like nothing I have ever expected from Google. Very disappointed. Apple would never....

Google has misleading reviews . You go here to learn about business and what people are saying but Google their false accusations of companies I guess it's based on money or who paying for it. Good example select home warrant .anywhere you go shows how bad that company is but Google raise them number one and it make it where you're not able to put a real review in

Google is involved in gang-stalking. I left a Google review for a business. They allowed someone to post where I banked and the location of the bank. Then kept denying my request to have it removed from the Google search engine. After I reported it, they also threatened to block any request I had for 180 days. Their own policy is that people are not able to use Google reviews of their users without consent. Disgusting website and disgusting company to think they're entitled to people's personal info. They have demonic agents of chaos working for their company. Do me a favor and NEVER contact me again.

Refuses to refund Google One subscriptions where they hide the ability to downgrade and make it impossible to do so until a specific link is found. Only was able to find the link via Reddit where other users were also complaining of deceptive business practices. When customer services was contacted about this, they denied deceptive business practices or refunds of differences in inability to downgrade.

I've spent 1000s of dollars on google play to have a curated library of media to watch with my family.A few days ago I purchased a french language movie only to discover that the movie itself was some god-awful american dub.I requested to be refunded on these grounds since I will never watch the movie in english dub. This is the important part: if you find yourself in a situation like mine, don't lose your temper, just dispute the credit card charge.

Google fiber customer service ***** and they willfully DAMAGE your home without your consent. Situation: I own a rental home and my new tenant wanted to have google fiber installed. I called google "customer service" to request I be notified BEFORE the installation so I could be there in person during the installation. I requested this because of previous damage (multiple drill holes in the brick siding causing split bricks, holes unplugged with water intrusion, wires/lines sloppily hung -plumbing pipes drilled through to install cables !!, etc, etc.) other internet/phone companies did when they installed their connection hardware and I explained this during the conversation . Google "customer service" took my # and said someone would contact me BEFORE the tech did any installation. NOPE-the next day I was working on the house and discovered that google had come by and installed their box (drilled right through the brick) exactly where I would not have wanted it-right on the side of the house where its visible from the street entrance-its a f****** eyesore and the damage to the brick is now done AGAIN.. While talking with "customer service" I made it perfectly clear that: 1, I needed to be there before anyone started f****** drilling on my house and 2. exactly where I wanted the box to be installed (on the back of the house, out of site, next to the other service boxes-fucking common sense for god's sake) . I have now wasted hours talking with google "customer service" (bullshit !!) and have been told FOUR TIMES NOW (on 4 separate occasions over 4 days) that "your case has been escalated" -that doesn't mean a f****** thing. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE despite them telling me -"we received reports that it was resolved" -absolute lies. Who the f*** does google think they are-coming onto my property (trespassing) and then willfully damaging the property WITHOUT PERMISSION. I AM NOT DONE WITH THIS AND WILL ABSOLUTELY SEEK LEGAL COUNCIL FOR TRESPASSING AND DAMAGES.

Google's "account recovery" when it comes to Gmail is absolutely horrendous. DO NOT link your phone number to your Gmail account. If you lose access to that phone number and you have 2 step verification turned on, you won't be able to access that Gmail account ever again. It doesn't matter if it's your primary email address, it doesn't matter if you have a recovery email linked to it, it doesn't matter if personal/classified information is stored in that email account. ********************** pretty much tells you if you can't access your phone number, you might as well forget it and make a new one. People shouldn't be locked out of accounts that they've probably used for years, for business and personal use, because of Google's backwards system.
